What I don't like about Celonis is the prices, if we compare it with the competition it is way above its prices.

Celonis in Santander's projects is above all providing transparency on processes, making it possible to discover inefficiencies that will lead to savings in many areas.

Total transparency of the entire process. It will show you the critical bottlenecks to work upon them and improve the over solution. Help to improve customer experience.

I know it's very expensive. Not all firms can afford it. It might need to look into the market so that medium size industries can utilise the tool and get benefitted.

It'a process mining provides shocking truth about the process and how complex it is. After the proper analysis we had a lot of items which are disturbing the straight path, we were able to reduce the deviation.

I like Celonis as it is a very nice tool for process mining

It has helped me to create a more standardized process and I have worked in UI and signavio.It has a well integrated collection of applications which are used to automate the process and which is really helpful and yes , compared to other tools, it is flexible and we are able to create our own use cases.

1.The drag and drop option has to designed in a flexible manner inorder to make it easier to access the tool. 2.Price of the user license is little bit high when compared to other tools. 3) Late response from technical support team.

It's helpful in deciding whether the process is to be considered for automation and user friendly and easy to deploy. It's really helping business to improve the processes by identifying and automation of tasks.

Some unique feature I have liked about Celonis is its incredible ability to create and share interactive process maps, which we use to communicate process analysis and improvement recommendations to stakeholders. The software also integrates with various systems and data sources, providing us with a comprehensive view of processes across the organization.

Not much dislike for the software, except I, have found it to be relatively expensive as compared to other process mining tools. It’s also challenging to set up and configure, especially for our organization as we have complex systems and processes

The user interface is easier to understand and use. The data analysis helps us to ring fence the problem and tackle it. The task mining helped us to track details at very small level

Celonis also has its fair share of disadvantages despite its advantages 1. Price of the product is higher than the other products in the market 2. The customization can take a long time 3. It should have a simple drag and drop option to make it easier for anyone to access the tool. 4. Whole trying to integrate with any other tool it has thrown errors.

Celonis comes with a wide range of benefits. Some of the benefits that I have witnessed are 1. Easy to use- It is very user friendly 2. Easy to Deploy- Deploying the tool is more accessible, and the user community gives a lot more support than any other product 3. Automatic Process mapping is beneficial

Celonis Process Mining helps in identifying the pain points in a process, how well the current process is performing compared to the "to-be" process, drilldown to the root cause with ease and a user friendly interface. It has a well integrated collection of applications thag can be used for automating parts of the process using Action Flow. The EMS store has pre-configured templates for transformation, extraction and analysis which can be leveraged when working on standard processes (p2p, o2c, ap,ar). Replication cockpit allows real time data to be brought in using delta loads.

Celonis Bookmarks have a major disadvantage that they are not retained if the analysis is duplicated or moved to a new space. The Sql environment for transformations uses Vertica DB, whenever an error is encountered the line number is not mentioned in the message and all errors are not displayed at once.

Celonis is helping Businesses improve their process by identifying and solving problems, automating repetitive tasks. For eg: with Celonis we can identify how long a process or sub process is taking and if it crosses a threshold then we can further analyse the elements causing it based on which the user can take action. The analyst/consultant can configure KPIs, chart and table components to display data as per requirememt, the process explorer shows the activity route the cases take, case explorer gives the raw data on the case table where we can track each individual cases event time, activity route. Good connectivity with SAP tables to perform extraction.
