We are only at the start of the process, specifically for my project I now have ways to track DSO success and also anticipate on billing error rate for customers who will be onboarded into e-invoicing automation.

We use Celonis not only as a process analysis tool, but also as a monitoring tool and workflow system. With the help of Celonis, you can keep an eye on your processes at all times. You can analyze weak points and continuously improve your process performance. Different decision-making levels have a transparent overview of how actual processes run internally. Optimizations can be implemented directly with Celonis.

We have optimized the communication process in order processing through the use of Celonis and thus massively improved throughput times and quality in order processing. Can analyze and integrate process data without expensive interfacing

the process explorer. It should be much more matured in terms of showing clearly (aggregated bottlenecks) regarding the Process Domain Performance (KPI's) . It also should be limited to process variation as the number of activities, not the number of connections necessarily, or it should be possible that an easy filter can be applied to deselect certain process activity characteristics (select/deselect SOX activities, standard process activities, commercial activities, quality activities , etc.)

Process Performance monitoring on ERP processes (O2C, P2P, AP, AR, INV, PROD) SNOW, SFDC, MES. Improvements: Customer Lead Time, ITO, AP on time payments and process efficiency, customer complaints handling, etc. In roll-out: Footprint analysis, E2E supply chain improvements.

Very good experience both with the use of the software and with the support of the celonis team. The team is always available to help in whatever is necessary, from the first steps to the most complex developments, always involving a lot of professionalism, wisdom and commitment.

The complexity of development of some analysis and PQL formulas.

We can have a friendly view of our processes in an integrated way, which helps us make decisions to improve our processes and gain more productivity. In addition, we configure e-mail alerts sent directly by the Celonis software whenever a pre-established condition is reached, helping in quick decision-making, mitigating some bottlenecks in the process. And with the online interface, we can keep up with our process from whatever we are.

Once we get data, we can quickly model the process and leverage pre existing analysis to shorten our time to value.

Takes alot of time to internally get data. Cannot simulate changes or improvements

more options for visualisation would be great, a lot of use cases are hard to implement as the we do not look at standard processes Consider using the cloud version, it gives much more functionality regarding automation and transparency than the on premise version of the tool. start with one process and have clear use cases in mind you would like to analyse. it does not work well to visualize a process without any clear questions on your mind you would like to answer. in general we found it difficult to generate general insights that did not go hand in hand with a gut feeling we had before. you realy need to know what you are looking for. We included our custome processes wich makes it difficult because you cannot gain alot from other companies experiences. you have to build everything from scratch and cannot go back to standard templates celonis already has in their library. this is realy a pitfall or a USP if you look for your standard accounting processes and dont want to look into your custom processes.

process transparency incl. efficiency, we just implemented celonis with our work flow management tool, so that we did not gain many insights yet. we already got a great transparency that has been scattered across different applications before and needed a lot of manual rework to put it together for the transparency we needed. we are looking forward to realize the full potential of celonis soon.

I haven't found anything not to like so far.

Actual vs estimates cost. Time from requested power connection to actual work performed and connection is made. Time frame with actual 15 day commit date for estimate to customer.

From celonis I am getting the actual data with detailed version in easy interface. This is the best tool to pull data within few minutes and present to the teams.
