You must have a great technical knowledge of the ERP tables to be able to extract the correct information, perhaps a glossary could be offered with the main data tables of the main ERPs

Celonis has allowed us to optimize purchasing processes, accounts payable, collections, inventories, helping us to understand bottlenecks, adequate inventory levels and even improve our data management

Celonis process mining is one of the best process mining tool where we can find find root cause behind process inefficiencies . We can also perform automation through the process mining. In process mining we can create dashboard which show's how's the process flows . We can identify the important KPIs . In process mining we can visualise our processes . The simple to use low -code analysis features allows us to make dashboard with minimal Times.

The only thing which i have observed in dislikes that is it's more expensive than others tools. And also we are experienced very bad customer support with our tickets they take long time for a single reply sometimes without having any valid reason they closed our tickets .

It's RCA feature and connectors which can interact with a lot of applications which is very useful. We can transform data in Celonis which is not present in process mining tool of UiPath

Celonis should make UiPath connectors more powerful like we still can't do a lot of things when it comes to UiPath from Celonis and I want Celonis to also include OCR

Data jobs sometimes unreliable/failing. Communication with service desk cumbersome at times. Maintenance windows are not always outside of the business hours.

The implementation of our solution has been very successful. The initial engagement created typical challenges with the scope and expectations but once those issues were resolved, we all operated as one team. The team not only has excellent knowledge of the platform but understood and learned our processes within a short period. Within six months, we have automated about half of the steps of the initial scope. We are now moving into expanding the automation and using the analytics portion the platform to identify more business value opportunities.

Our automation is very time sensitive since the data needs to be refreshed every two minutes. We have some technical issues during the initial release. There are 3 things I like about Celonis. 1. Variant and Process Explorer view 2. Action Flow & Action Engine. 3. Multi Event Logging Using action flow and Action engine you can bring up automation in the process by integrating with other RPA tools like uipath, blue prism,etc. Using MEL (Multi Event Logging) you will be able to get insights of multiple source systems in a single click. In Variant and Process Explorer view you can get insights of process like Xray report of process like no. of deviation you have in process, different paths followed by the process during its journey, etc.

Once a workspace is deleted you would not retrieve it back until you have a backup of the workspace saved in a different package.

Celonis helps in improving the process by visualizing the digital twin of process, like an x-ray vision where you will be able to get detailed information about your process from a single point of view rather than having discrete reports.

Too easy to learn, set up, implement and deliver. It's maintainance and support is also less resource intensive. It is a tool to enable the hyperautomation journey of an enterprise. An enterprise can use it to identify it as a single source of truth. It helps organizations to identify the frictions in their complex business processes after giving an end to end visibility of their processes.

It's dashboard designing and the vertica SQL is less mature because it does not provide the specific reason, if there be any error. So if he error logs can be a bit ore user friendly then it will be great. But mind it, it applies only for newbies to SQL, expert resources like me are okay to live with the hint of error and I don't need the detailed information about errors.

The cost of the product is high. Celonis process mining is available only on cloud and hence sometimes certain set of customer do resist providing their data.

We are using the tool to discover processes from event log available in IT systems. Analyze business processes and their variants and identify process frictions and remove these frictions using Action Engine. Create digital twin of business process and run simulations to validate results of process improvement oppurtunities.

Celonis is very easy to use and you can get trained by using detailed courses from Celonis Academy free of cost which I think is a very great thing which Celonis team did

Not particularly do I dislike something but Celonis is constantly working on improving its tools and I am sure in near future they will make Celonis more powerful and make it more flexible

It's solving the same thing for which Celonis is designed i.e. Process Analysis. Using Celonis, we can automate a lot of tasks using Action Flows and can present data in a better way to the stakeholders

And since we're talking about identifying patterns in processes, it's even possible to anticipate them and act even before the problem ahead occurs. Just one word on the Celonis people and teams that are always ready to help and make things work the best for us as a customer. It’s been a constant path of mutual learning and contribution to make things happen.

Process Mining isn't "Process Magic", which means there is still some effort and knowledge of the process needed beforehand to instruct the tool on how to "mine" the process for you, mainly if we’re talking about processes that were never explored with Celonis before. There could be a friendlier tool to link the business data to Celonis allowing faster integration and easier data transformation.

We’ve thoroughly analyzed our credit recovery process and we were able to observe some of the inefficiencies we already knew but also to discover new ones. Once we found their root causes, we let Celonis notify the end users to execute the most important activities. By focusing the users on what to do first and when, we were able to reduce the time to recover credit which is crucial to our activity.
