Great support Team. Huge potential to find value in the business. Potential to streamline and automate business processes.

The huge amount of potential makes it difficult to get the business to focus on particular business cases. User adoption is difficult without dedicating specific resources. Sometimes analyses and connections can be difficult to configure quickly and properly.

We focus mainly on the P2P and AP processes in the future and have started with minimal business cases. While benefits realized to date have not been very tangible, we have high hopes that with further implementation and expansion into the business a larger value will be realized.

It's very easy to spin up and create new process models. Great visualisation capability with Studio and Views. The Action Engine and Action Flow functionality makes Celonis unique and allows us to monitor inflight processes really well.

It can sometimes be really tricky to certain charts that would be very easy to create in Tableau or Spotfire. It would also be nice to have functionality to be able to easily format components on a page (e.g. snap to grid, align etc.). We also get ad-hoc errors when loading our data models in Celonis which are often hard to understand the root cause of which can be frustrating.

We are a process mining centre of excellence in our company and use Celonis across all parts of the business. We have worked with Finance, HR, Procurement, Ops and R&D. We are able to very quickly shine a light on how processes are being conducted and identify areas of non-compliance with the process and variant explorers and selection filters. We have also been using Celonis' CVA's to help us derive insights and value from the process models we have built. This has been really useful in helping us come up with tangible benefit calculations.

Intuitive user interface, standout functionality when compared to other process mining solutions. Extremely versatile vis-a-vis it solutions for data extraction and automation of internal and external business functions.

Some bugs have been reported by myself and others for YEARS and are still in the software. Fast paced development leaves its traces in the form of strange bugs or lack of functionality, that stand in stark contrast with the otherwise polished product.

Process inefficiencies of any kind can be analyzed and abated, only limited by creativity and the willingness to actually change inefficient processes. Benefits can range from faster, more efficient and smoother processes to happier customers, to large amounts of savings. All dependent on the process.

The flexibility of the dashboards makes "what if" discussions more productive. Celonis has enabled us to take a deeper dive into our processes and related data and find efficiencies hidden in our old, static reports.

Some of our process flows have so many variables that it is difficult to identify the bottlenecks, even with Celonis process mapping.

In the first six months, we've made business cases for several process automations using the Celonis process insights to justify the change. The process automations implemented are saving 200 hours of labor a month, and we expect to double that in the next six months.

Setting up the data load for a non-standard process and with non-standard IT tools is quite challenging.

Celonis provides new forms of anaylsis to find new opportunities. We are able to utilize it to finally definitively calculate the cost of doing business and process inefficencies.

As a new technology, Celonis (and process mining in general) has a steeper learning curve. In addition, the service has a few more outages or technical issues than the more mature cloud products. Lastly, the building and deployment of the technology requires specific and hard to find skill sets that may prove to be a challenge for some organizations.

We are currently using Celonis to find cost savings that we have overlooked with our standard processes such as underpayed invoiced and inefficient processes. We are also begining to use it to ensure that our service providers are actually meeting their stated process KPIs in their contractual SLAs.

The software helps us to get a holistic overview of all processes from different levels. E.g. we can drill down from a high-level management perspective up to very detailed accounting views

the analysis of key figures is helpful. Where there was previously a great deal of effort in calculating the key figures, it is evaluated in just a few steps with Celonis. In Celonis I can link my analysis results directly to an automation in order to improve my key figures.

Cost model. When you purchase a process you with 256GB of space. Once you exceed this you have to purchase another 256GB of space. A process is very expensive so maving to pay twice just for more GB is a raw deal

Celonis provides excellent data management. This data mining tool has lots of options and flexibility for customization. The system is well organized and easy to use; we are constantly growing our footprint of the usage every day. It is an enterprising tool that is rapidly developing each day, to fit the evolving analytics insight industry. The people who work at Celonis are of a high caliber and have expressed a comprehensive understanding of our business goals and objectives while also providing exceptional customer support. Celonis enables deep dives into dating mining without overwhelming its users.

A very big advantage is the process transparency that is created with Celonis in a perfect combination with the KPIs. With this combination, process knowledge is generated and process optimizations are identified. In addition the action engine brings added value which the business users can be proactively triggered to intervene in the process. Furthermore we got the opportunity to expand and professionalize the foundation of our Center of Process Mining with the BVA engagement. With his comprehensive know-how the BVA has shown us which topics we should focus on in our company and how we can push process mining even more in order to uncover optimizations and to show success. We now have the right baseline and the right tools and methods to reach the next level with process mining The cooperation with our Celonis colleagues, such as Customer Success Manager or BVA, is very positive. The support is very professional and constructive in order to find or work out solutions together.

The setup phase and the establishment of the data connections take some time.

In the first step, we implemented the Accounts Payable process and created process transparency for a better understanding of the process and to identify process inefficiencies. Currently, we are also implementing process mining into the eCommerce area, to identify optimization opportunities.
