Sometimes it can be crackly but more down to internet speed

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

The fact that I'm using a computer as a phone is quite cool :)

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

It can be slow at times, but it's easy to use and forward calls.

What problems is CloudTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reaching customers conveniently is the best feature. It recognizes your already saved contacts and instantly gives you a peak into what you need to know prior to picking up the phone.

"Smooth, close and customized"
What do you like best about CloudTalk?

Simple to use, very intuitive interface. No hidden costs. Diego Díaz, our POC, is awesome, too helpful during the trial phase, integration and handoff. Helpdesk works like a charm, very fast and sharp. Jessica Pliego, our CSM is always available and willing to help.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

I'm happy with the solution and haven't found any inconveniences so far. We have it integrated to Hubspot and it is pretty seamless, gives room to create and analize data.

What problems is CloudTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Basically flexibility. We changed from another caller because we had to make some changes in our sales force and our provider wouldn't try to meet our needs. Cloudtalk re-appeared as a simple change, ended up being an upgrade.

"Great communicator for all over the world"
What do you like best about CloudTalk?

I am able to call my clients that are outside of the area code for free, meaning the connection is great and the calls are recorded for me to be able to review.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

there is not much i dislike about it, it gives all the needed options. sometimes i forget to save notes and it doesnt let me go back, unless i just havent figure it out

What problems is CloudTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?

it is solving the issues of having to pay for international calls, i can go back on my recordings and makes notes if i need to note anything down,

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

I like that there is a notes feature in the app so I can collect info while I am on a call. The app also stores call history and marks missed call numbers I haven't gotten back to as yet.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

If I forget to confirm your notes while I am on a call and the call ends before I do this, I lose the notes. I hope that this can be fixed to prevent this from happening.

What problems is CloudTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping notes and call history in one place. It also links to HubSpot which easy to work because when a client calls in, it can be registered to their file without me having to rush to find the file.

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

The platform is easy to use, integrates well with our CRM, and the support via the chat function and via email is quick and the agents seem to know what they are talking about. Overall a great experience so far.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

Your best bet is to reach them is via email or chat, I have never reached anyone by phone yet. The texting function is a bit funky as you don't receive easy notifications for messages that come in.

What problems is CloudTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a fully integrated, cloud based phone system across multiple locations and timezones. Cloudtalk ticks every one of those boxes for us. It's great to have a cloud based phone system that just works without any hassles.

Nothing, the price is worth the service provided so I would recommend it.

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

I like the fact that it's integrated to our CRM, so our calls and conversations with customers are recorded. We can also listen to the conversations at a later date if need be.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

I like all the features. There isn't anything I dislike.

What problems is CloudTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's connected to our CRM, so we know how many customer calls were made. The recordings can also be accessed by anyone interested in what was said between our customers and us.
