The best part of DocuSign is how fast and easy it makes sending multiple documents for signature at the same time. Being able to put a signature and date icon on various fields instantaneously has saved us so much time. We also have faster turn around on receiving our signed documents and save money in postage. Any time I have had an issue, DocuSign support has been there to assist me, and they offer great lessons to do on your free time to learn more about the program. I use DocuSign multiple times a week and find it integral to the operation of my company. We had an assisted training program when we first joined DocuSign which helpd many of us learn how to use the program, integrating it into our company seamlessly. Once we set up new members, it is very easy to show how to use the program and get them started.
Sometimes with the drag and drop method of uploading documents, the page encounters difficulties or lags.
DocuSign is helping us and our clients save time on signatures and also saving us time and money on sending documents for signature via mail. Using this online program and digital signatures has increased our effeciency tenfold.
As a user, the interface is very friendly and does not need any formation to be use. They have a lot of features for every kind of businesses. As a software company we can integrate Docusign very easily and they provide a very good support over the phone and through their forum.
Docusign is quite expensive and does not offer a very good plan for integrator. As an American company, they did not offer the possibility to manage everything outside USA to avoid to be under the patriot act.
Docusign help our project manager to sign document with their client. Also we integrate docusign in our application to offer a very easy to use signature system to our clients.
It is the most recoginized signing service so you can feel safe when you get a link from them. Recently I have discovered power forms which has made sending documents to multiple people so easy. Power forms enables you to send the same link to several people and when they click on it they get thier own document to sign and it routes automically from there. You can enbed this link into your email and send the emai once to all participants, it is coming from you not docusign. It is a functionality I use all the time now.
Pricing can be more than other services, but they do have the most functionality and integrations.
We have a team tht often needs to sign the same documents individually. The power forms functionality has been a huge time saver.
DocuSign's feature to allow multiple recipient types to complete different fields on a large document has been highly impactful for my organization. We've been able to onboard 40+ investors in an automated and nearly error-free manner. On top of this, the conditional rules help make long, confusing documents as easy as possible for our investors.
I would like to see more ability to brand your documents and embed DocuSign into websites or processes without API or in a no-code manner. I would also like to see AI functions where I enter in a document and its able to detect fields without me selecting the field manually.

tech support. I dont know how to get hold of anyone.
quick signing for documents, mobile signing. Its makes my process onboarding client process very simple.
DocuSign has allowed for me to complete my work at a much more timely and efficient manner! I cannot imagine do it any other way.
The template feature has its limitations and although works great for how I utilize it, there are some features that are only available for higher packages. It would be helpful to batch print

Documents can get signed fast with just a few clicks of a button. Documents are uploaded into email and presto! your document is at the receiver's end waiting for their signatures. Great feature is that you can view when the recipient has reviewed it and/or signed the document(s). It is so easy to use. Just upload your document into DocuSign and each page is presented to you for where you need the signature blocks for signature, date or to write in informaion. I use this a lot in my business for employee documents that need to be signed, such as onboarding documentation, getting handbooks signed and returned in a timely manner. It's so easy to implement.
Nothing to improve as DocuSign is simply a beautiful tool to have at your disposal.

Sometimes it takes a long time for response time when opening a service ticket.
They are making updates to make it easier for clients to sign documents.
It is a highly intuitive product and doesn't require much in the way of preparation to be able to use it successfully.
If I recall or void an envelope, I would like the ability to do so transparently without having to alert the recipients to the fact that there may have been a problem with the initial envelope
