I enjoy how easy it is to send and store documents using DocuSign. I can look up any documents I've sent to my clients using their email and DocuSign keeps them stored in an organized fashion. Easy to print or resend anything I need.
I hate that some times DocuSign will lose a signed document or if the client signs the signature isn't saved but the form is returned as completed. This has caused serious frustrations, especially around the tax deadline!
It' solving the issue of needing a document signed NOW and you are in another state or even country! You can get what you need done at the touch of your phone. Very convenient
I like that DocuSign is web-based and a paperless way to sign documents. We should not be printing papers anymore and physically collect signatures in 2022. It is easy to use and you can get signatures from all around the world.

DocuSign is solving many problems. First of all, you can get a signature from anyone, wherever they may be in the world, at any time. It is so easy to send and receive signed documents. It helps with signature fraud, as there is a time stamp as well as a location stamp. It saves money by not wasting paper and time to get the signature via other means, like physically sending a document.

The docusign keeps track of all documents needing signature in a clean clear package. This make sending contracts to be signed much easier and clearer for both parties.
It is difficult to use docusign if you want to edit contracts. Currently you must create and upload a new contract if you'd like to make edits to the contract.
Sending over multiple contract packages for signature.
The convenience - saves so much time with coordinating times to meet people, chase papers, all for a quick signature. This has saved me so much time with business and personal transactions!
There's not too terribly much to dislike, outside of maybe that editing is a little tricky and really can't do much as a recipient, in case there needs to be a change and resent back for a signature.
Time - it's the resource we only have a finite amount of, and DocuSign gives us that back, without having to schedule just to sign papers, and makes it easy for all of us to sign when we have a free moment instead.
The best part about the Docusign / Greenhouse integration is how smoothly everything transitions from one app to the next. Makes my work very efficient.
I honestly don't really have any complaints about this integration!
DocuSign makes sending offer letters painless, in conjunction with Greenhouse.
Its super quick to get documents signed. No need for the recipient to download an application to sign documents. Easy to help less tech-savvy users to navigate.

The ease of use ensures that ordinary employees can handle signing documents without any technical assistance. The fact that the papers are signed electronically makes me feel better that the environment is being saved from unwanted waste
The software is a little bit pricey bothers me as we have to pay much more than the competitors. It was also a case in which a DocuSign update took all our users out, and we had to put them back manually, which caused big trouble for our company
It is solving us to receive the recipient's approval that they will be attending the event and that we are by the GDPR by obtaining their consent to be contacted
