What do you like best about Easyship?

- The platform user design and user experience - Integration with shopify

What do you dislike about Easyship?

They charged me for 23kgs when my item was only 1.5kgs and then a redelivery fee (for supposedly 3 attempts) when tracking shows 1 attempt & taken to depot within 2hrs, no other attempts To dispute they asked me for specific photos showing product in box with measurements and weight showing which i did. Its been over a month and still funds not returned!

What problems is Easyship solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Easyship?

They refunded my money, but it still wasted my time and the shippment was unnecessarily delayed.

What do you dislike about Easyship?

I tried shipping a book to Israel. After two weeks the book was returned to me. No explaination was given, since they blamed it on USPS. I've shipped this book literally hundreds of times through the USPS in the same package without a problem. This was a huge waste of time.

What problems is Easyship solving and how is that benefiting you?

None. It didn't work.

What do you like best about Easyship?

The platform looks sleek at the beginning. Wait till you start actually using it and lose your customers because of their mistakes.

What do you dislike about Easyship?

Where to start? If it was only the lost parcels, poor logistics services and extremely late deliveries, I would have simply stopped using your service quietly without posting negative reviews, because I know nothing can be perfect and it is hard to start and grow a business. But after I realised (by chance, while looking at my credit card statement for something unrelated) that you charged me hundreds of dollars in the past 8 months, and you subsequently refused to refund it despite black and white emails from your team saying that you would not charge me, I realised that it was not just INCOMPETENCE but also DISHONESTY. Conclusion: I wish someone had warned me before I started working with Easyship for my business, and I hope that my warning will save at least a few e-commerce merchants all that wasted money and time.

What problems is Easyship solving and how is that benefiting you?

I used Easyship (among other platforms) mostly to ship B2C orders for cross-border e-commerce. Lost countless parcels, been systematically overcharged because of "weight discrepancies" (it became such a problem that I manually re-weighted and re-measured every single SKU, made sure all the info was right before shipping, but these dubious charges kept coming anyways), and worse still, got upgraded without my knowledge or consent to a premium account while I had been assured black on white (I have the emails to prove it) by their support team that it would not happen. Funny enough, unlike virtually ALL SAAS COMPANIES, they did not bill me for these charges, no email, no notifications, not included in the monthly billing recaps, they did not appear anywhere except my credit card statement which I randomly looked at 8 month later when hundreds of dollars had already been taken by these people. I gave them a fair chance at making it right, but 58 emails later they went from "It's not our fault at all, no refund" to "It's not our fault, but here's 50% of the amount in Easyship credit" to "Ok it's our fault but the best we can do is compensate you for the amount in Easyship credit" before finally having their head of customer service Ryan Beardsley reversing course and telling me that it was actually my fault. Save your time, money and sanity and stay away from Easyship. Try Pirateship maybe?

What do you like best about Easyship?

Very nice app, loads of great features. Some features we don’t even use.

What do you dislike about Easyship?

Conditions of subscription change without prior notice. The management was in such a hurry to change the subscription levels without anyone noticing that they changed their pricing structure online overnight but they forgot to update their help manuals. We had 3 courier integrations and were trying change 1 of the 3 with a new agreement. So we deleted the integration and never could manage to implement the 3rd again as the company decided to change the conditions one sidedly without giving us a prior notice. This is unethical by all means. Trying to push customers to up their subscription levels like this is a greedy and unprofessional approach.

What problems is Easyship solving and how is that benefiting you?

Shipping labels created easily and comparison of prices are much easier

What do you like best about Easyship?

Good prices. Nothing else is good. And so many bugs

What do you dislike about Easyship?

Interface is acceptable. Website is so full of bugs, it's crazy. Make a shipment, label is rejected. No explanation, of course. But I get a mail DHL was notified to pick up my item. But my label was rejected (no explanation) so what do I do? This is one example in many. This site is terrible, it rarely works. Frustrated beyond description.

What problems is Easyship solving and how is that benefiting you?

No benefits. Only headaches.

What do you like best about Easyship?

Nothing about the service or support worth discussiing

What do you dislike about Easyship?

They lost one big shipment for 10 days then refused to ship on to new location. I paid for early collect which they did not do, took them 4 days to collect initially and they refused to return additional fees charged for early collection. Tried one more shipment, paid for it and again they have not collected the shipment and ignore my request for refund. They do not care and take no responsibility, just take money
