Performance of our email campaigns was a bit lower than average on the market. After the audit, we restructured the domains, did authentication, managed senders and a number of emails to send from each sender. What's important, we have a strategy on how to grow the email channel correctly.
Several hesitations about security as we needed to share sensitive information. However, it all went well, and I am satisfied with the results we got. Probably it is all possible to handle an audit internally, but it's too time consuming.
