The functionality I saw (and our leadership saw) during the sales demos is exactly what we received at Go Live. The tool itself looks easy to use and actually is easy to use. We are able to quickly search for active contracts, not only in the Gatekeeper record, but also in the contract PDF itself. The tracking of contract expirations all in one place is a huge help and significantly improves visibility.

Really nothing - great tool - we are very happy with it so far

We now have a single repository for all of our contracts that is integrated with our accounting system (NetSuite) and our e-signature platform (DocuSign). The repository is easy to use and accessible to all departments and teams across the company. It has enhanced the level of collaboration within and across our teams.

There are lots of customization options to meet our needs.

There isn't anything that I dislike about it. The program meets and surpasses our needs.

We needed a program to help manage our vendors with a simple way to group them by vendor type. This will also help us with tracking vendor insurance.

User friendly and the Gatekeeper team is amazing and always willing to go above and beyond to assist the team. We have felt very supported throughout the buildout and launch and we continue to feel our partnership is valued and appreciated by our Gatekeeper team.

It creates a warehouse for our contracts and is a one-stop shop for data-analytics. It also creates a mechanism to streamline contract requests.

Gatekeeper has been a lifesaver for our company. We’ve used them for over three years, and the service and functionality have been exceptional. Gatekeeper system - we doubled the number of monthly contracts executed even with a smaller team managing it. The workflow transitions and features are easy to configure, and the automation streamlines the entire process for our internal owners and legal team. Exporting the data and the ability to upload changes in bulk when needed is beneficial. Gatekeeper has reduced internal emails, significantly increased efficiency, and is a contract repository across the company and departments. Gatekeeper service - you cannot beat Gatekeeper’s responsive and helpful team members. We enjoy working directly with Melanie M. as our Customer Success Manager. She is absolutely the BEST – it is easy to book meetings with her, and she always follows up to ensure we have what we need (and sends short videos to help answer our questions). We also work with Mark P. as our Account Executive, and he is fantastic to work with. Gatekeeper does not nickel and dime customers like other vendors. They make their pricing straightforward, with no hidden fees or surprise charges throughout the year.

No complaints. Gatekeeper continues to roll out system enhancements, so any improvements we initially requested have been implemented (like the Admin control features, DocuSign integrations, etc.). Out of all the systems used by our company, this has been the easiest and with the best ongoing customer support.

Gatekeeper allows the company to have a single repository for contracts that is easy to use and find what you need. It has improved how employees submit requests to the legal team and quick turnaround times for contract execution.

A great and easy tool for all our contract & supplier management

The only bug bear would be the time not changing with the clock change. All time stamps are currently an hour behind the actual action time

They've just added the ability to move documents from messages on cards to the form which has been a great addition to save some time!

It is very user friendly and bring clarity into our day-to-day contract management.

External questionnaire form for new contract requests. This should be incorporated into Gatekeeper environment on the entry-price level.

It give clear ownership in the approval workflows. Moreover it gives all employement better visibility over their contracts.

It is excellent to keep your suppliers organised! I can manage all my suppliers, contracts, and even send reminders. The customer service is also outstanding, I was always able to organize a call in the next couple of days if needed, and my emails get answered very quickly; thanks Nick!

Can't think of anything right now, it is very straight forward

Gatekeeper is helping me to manage all my contracts and suppliers. I can see the end date very clear and I can also send reminders when a contract is about to expire Nick showed me how to create a workflow and to Bulk import TODAY!

Having all of our contracts and suppliers in a single place. The automated workflows are great to help us build a sustainable procurement function. The team members at Gatekeeper are always helpful and knowledgable and able to provide feedback effectively.

The additional modules are quite expensive and big jump in costs between bands.
