Goflow Expert Review

Goflow charges $499 a month for 750 orders and $789 for 2,500 — so $290 more buys 3.3 times the volume. The Launch plan works out at 66.5 cents an order, more than double the cheapest Scale tier and eleven times the rate at 50,000 orders. Goflow’s volume ladder is otherwise well built, falling smoothly from 32 cents to 6 cents an order, and its free tier is unusually generous — 500 orders a month with every feature included. Launch is the one rung that does not fit the curve, and it is the one a growing seller reaches for first.

  • What it is: Multichannel order, inventory and listing management for online sellers.
  • Best for: Sellers past 2,500 orders a month, and small ones who fit the free tier.
  • Pricing: Free; Launch $499; Scale $789–$2,999 by volume. Verified August 2026.
  • The honest catch: Launch is priced for capability, not volume — and reads like the opposite.

What Is Goflow?

Goflow is an operations platform for multichannel ecommerce sellers. It consolidates orders, inventory, listings, purchasing and shipping across marketplaces into one system, with accounting sync and — higher up — wholesale and EDI support for sellers who supply retailers as well as consumers.

Out of the box it connects Amazon, eBay, Shopify, TikTok Shop and Walmart, with unlimited channels above the free tier, plus QuickBooks Online and, on paid plans, QuickBooks Enterprise.

The commercial terms are refreshingly plain and stated on the page: month-to-month billing, cancel anytime, no long-term contracts, no setup fees.

The Findstack listing carries 77 user reviews.

How Goflow Works

Four tiers, metered on monthly order volume:

Core Launch Scale (Most Popular) Enterprise
Price Free forever $499/mo $789–$2,999/mo Custom
Orders included 500 750 2,500 – 50,000 Custom
Channels 5 named Unlimited Unlimited Unlimited
Users 3 Unlimited Unlimited Unlimited
Listings 1,000 Unlimited Unlimited Unlimited
Accounting QuickBooks Online + QB Enterprise + QB Enterprise + QB Enterprise
API access — ✓ ✓ ✓
Wholesale / EDI — — ✓ ✓
Onboarding — White-glove White-glove Dedicated CSM

The free Core plan is genuinely substantial. It advertises “All Goflow features” with 500 orders a month, 3 users, 1,000 listings, the five major marketplaces and QuickBooks Online — no credit card required, free forever. For a seller doing under 500 orders that is a working system rather than a demo, which is rare in this category.

Goflow Pricing

Goflow’s pricing page showing Core free forever with 500 orders, Launch at $499 for 750 orders, Scale at $1,449 for 10,000 orders and a custom Enterprise tier

The Scale ladder is good; Launch sits off it

Bar chart of Goflow cost per order: 66.5 cents on Launch, 31.6 cents at 2,500 orders, 14.5 cents at 10,000 and 6 cents at 50,000

Scale carries an order-volume input. Driving it produces the full ladder:

Plan Monthly Orders Per order
Core $0 500 free
Launch $499 750 $0.665
Scale $789 2,500 $0.316
Scale $1,149 5,000 $0.230
Scale $1,449 10,000 $0.145
Scale $2,249 25,000 $0.090
Scale $2,999 50,000 $0.060

Scale’s curve is exactly what volume pricing should look like — each step down costs less per order than the last, from 32 cents to 6 cents, with wholesale/EDI allowances rising alongside (100 orders at 10,000, 200 at 25,000, 300 at 50,000).

Launch is the exception. At 66.5 cents an order it is more than double the cheapest Scale tier and eleven times the rate at the top. Read as marginal cost it is starker still: moving from free Core to Launch buys 250 extra orders for $499 — two dollars an order — where the very next step buys 1,750 more for $290, about 17 cents each.

The comparison that matters to a growing seller is the simplest one. $499 buys 750 orders. $789 buys 2,500. That is 58% more money for 3.3× the volume — so anyone considering Launch because they have outgrown the free tier should price Scale in the same breath.

In fairness, Launch is not a volume plan

The above is only half the picture, and the page does say so if you read the feature list rather than the number.

What Launch actually unlocks is capability, not throughput: unlimited channels, unlimited users, unlimited integrations and listings, QuickBooks Enterprise, API access and white-glove onboarding. Core caps you at three users, 1,000 listings and five named marketplaces.

So Launch is the right purchase for a seller who has modest volume but has outgrown Core’s structure — a business on six marketplaces with five staff and 700 orders a month. For that buyer $499 is defensible.

It is the wrong purchase for anyone buying orders, and the plan’s position — sandwiched between a free tier and a “Most Popular” badge — invites exactly that mistake.

What actually decides your cost

  • Your monthly order volume, the only real meter above Launch.
  • Whether you exceed 500 orders, 3 users, 1,000 listings or 5 channels — any one of which ends the free tier.
  • Whether you need wholesale or EDI, which starts at Scale.
  • Whether you need API access or QuickBooks Enterprise, which start at Launch.
  • Not billing cadence — everything is month-to-month, with no annual discount published.
  • Not setup, which carries no fee.

Who Should Use Goflow

Goflow fits two groups cleanly. A small seller under 500 orders a month gets a complete multichannel system for nothing — all features, five marketplaces, QuickBooks sync — which is a genuinely good offer rather than a lead magnet. And a seller at 2,500 orders and above gets a volume curve that keeps improving, plus wholesale and EDI support that most competitors treat as an enterprise conversation.

The month-to-month terms deserve credit too. No annual lock-in, no setup fee and cancel-anytime is unusual for operations software that takes real effort to implement — the vendor is carrying the switching risk rather than the customer.

It fits badly in the gap between them. A seller doing 750 to 2,000 orders a month is paying either 66.5 cents an order on Launch or buying Scale capacity they will not use. That band is where the pricing works least well, and it is worth modelling both against a competitor before committing.

Honest Pros and Cons

What works well:

  • A free-forever plan with “all Goflow features” — 500 orders, 3 users, 1,000 listings, no card.
  • Five major marketplaces on the free tier, including TikTok Shop and Walmart.
  • Scale’s volume curve improves monotonically, from 31.6¢ to 6¢ an order.
  • Wholesale/EDI allowances grow with volume — 100, 200 then 300 orders.
  • Month-to-month billing, cancel anytime, no long-term contract, no setup fees.
  • Unlimited users, channels, integrations and listings from Launch upward.
  • API access from $499, rather than reserved for enterprise.
  • Order volumes are published across the whole Scale range rather than hidden behind a quote.
  • QuickBooks Online on the free plan, Enterprise above it.

What to watch:

  • Launch costs 66.5¢ an order — double the next tier and 11× the top.
  • $290 more than Launch buys 3.3× the order volume.
  • The Core-to-Launch step prices marginal orders at $2.00 each.
  • The 750–2,000 order band is poorly served by either plan.
  • No annual discount is published — month-to-month is the only cadence.
  • Enterprise is quote-only, as are pricing details above 50,000 orders.
  • The affiliate link lands on a demo request form, not the free signup, despite a real free tier existing.
  • Only 77 Findstack reviews, a modest independent base.

Goflow Alternatives and How It Compares

  • Linnworks and ChannelAdvisor are the established multichannel order-management platforms, both typically quote-only and priced well above Goflow’s published ladder.
  • Cin7 and Katana compete on inventory-first operations with manufacturing support, better if production rather than marketplace breadth is your constraint.
  • Sellercloud targets the same wholesale-plus-marketplace seller and is the closest match on EDI.
  • Extensiv (formerly Skubana) is the direct comparison for high-volume sellers running 3PL networks.

None of these currently has a Findstack listing, so all are named without links, and the order-management category page is not live either. The structural point: Goflow publishes its volume ladder where most of this category will not, so it is one of the few places you can model cost without a sales call — which is worth something in itself when comparing.

The Verdict

Goflow’s pricing is mostly a good example of how to do this. The free tier is real — 500 orders a month with every feature, on five marketplaces, forever. The Scale ladder is published in full and its per-order cost falls steadily from 31.6 cents to 6 cents. And the terms are clean: month-to-month, no contract, no setup fee.

One rung sits awkwardly. Launch, at $499 for 750 orders, works out at 66.5 cents an order — double the cheapest Scale tier and eleven times the cheapest overall. The step up from free prices marginal orders at two dollars each; the very next step prices them at seventeen cents. And the comparison a growing seller will care about is blunt: $499 buys 750 orders, $789 buys 2,500.

To be fair to Goflow, Launch is not sold as a volume plan — it unlocks unlimited users, unlimited channels, QuickBooks Enterprise and API access, none of which Core has. For a business that has outgrown Core’s shape rather than its throughput, $499 is a reasonable price for that. The problem is placement: sitting between a free tier and a Most Popular badge, it reads like the natural next step for volume, and for volume it is the worst value on the page.

So work out which constraint you have actually hit. If it is users, channels or listings, Launch is correct. If it is orders, skip it — Scale at $789 gives you more than three times the headroom for 58% more money, and every tier above that gets cheaper per order again. And if you are still under 500 orders, take the free plan and revisit this when you are not.

FAQ

How much does Goflow cost?

Four tiers, all billed month-to-month. Core is free forever with 500 orders, 3 users, 1,000 listings and five marketplaces. Launch is $499/month with 750 orders and unlimited channels, users and listings, plus API access. Scale runs from $789 to $2,999 depending on volume — $789 for 2,500 orders, $1,149 for 5,000, $1,449 for 10,000, $2,249 for 25,000 and $2,999 for 50,000. Enterprise is custom. There are no setup fees and no long-term contracts.

Is Goflow’s Launch plan worth $499?

It depends entirely on why you are buying it. For order volume, no — Launch includes 750 orders at 66.5 cents each, while Scale at $789 includes 2,500 at 31.6 cents. That is 58% more money for 3.3 times the volume. For capability, possibly — Launch is what unlocks unlimited channels, unlimited users, unlimited listings, QuickBooks Enterprise and API access, none of which the free plan has. If you have six marketplaces and five staff but only 700 orders, it is the right plan.

Is Goflow’s free plan actually usable?

Yes, unusually so. Core is free forever with no credit card and advertises “All Goflow features”, including 500 orders a month, 3 users, 1,000 listings, QuickBooks Online sync, and connections to Amazon, eBay, Shopify, TikTok Shop and Walmart. The limits that will push you off it are order volume, the three-user cap, the 1,000-listing cap, or needing a sixth channel — not missing functionality.

How does Goflow’s pricing scale with order volume?

Smoothly, above Launch. The published Scale ladder is $789 for 2,500 orders, $1,149 for 5,000, $1,449 for 10,000, $2,249 for 25,000 and $2,999 for 50,000 — a per-order cost falling from 31.6¢ to 6¢, with each step cheaper per order than the last. Wholesale and EDI allowances rise alongside: 100 extra orders at the 10,000 tier, 200 at 25,000 and 300 at 50,000. Beyond 50,000 orders you are into Enterprise and a quote.

Does Goflow require a contract or setup fee?

No to both. The pricing page states month-to-month billing, cancel anytime, no long-term contracts and no setup fees. There is also no annual billing option and therefore no annual discount — the monthly price is the only price. For operations software that takes genuine effort to implement, carrying no lock-in is a meaningful term in the buyer’s favour.

"GoFlow is making online selling easy"
What do you like best about Goflow?

We like how GoFlow makes handling our online store a breeze. It's got a super nice dashboard that's not just easy to use, but also easy to understand and navigate. Implementing it into our system was a smooth process too. It's fantastic for keeping an eye on many different products and stores all in one spot. Our entire team uses GoFlow multiple times a day, which shows how useful it is for us. Plus, they're always adding new features to help us sell more. And when we need a hand, the customer service team at GoFlow is always there to help. Another thing we love is how easily it integrates with our other stores and marketplaces, making everything work together seamlessly.

What do you dislike about Goflow?

Honestly, there's not much to dislike about GoFlow, but it's important to know what you need it for. GoFlow is awesome at managing orders and keeping track of stock among other things. But, just remember, it might not do everything. This isn't a downside, just something to keep in mind. It's like having a really good tool that's great for some jobs, but you might need a different tool for other tasks.

What problems is Goflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

GoFlow solves our problems with managing orders and tracking inventory across various online stores. This helps us by saving time and reducing errors, making our e-commerce operations more efficient.

"Powerful and super clean easy-to-use UI"
What do you like best about Goflow?

Goflow's team puts a lot of time and effort into making their software as clean and easy to use by their customers as possible. They always put their customers first and work very hard on implementing anything to improve your day-to-day interaction with Goflow. Organization is a key component to any company's success and Goflow allows us to maintain the level of organization we need.

What do you dislike about Goflow?

I cannot wait for Goflow to have complete API capabilities. I do understand that Goflow never rushes into releasing any project/update before ensuring it is entirely functional.

What problems is Goflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Any area that we believe could be optimized is always open for discussion and taken into consideration by the Goflow team. Goflow has allowed us to maintain peak organization for our ever-growing catalog.

"Greate Software and Store Integration"
What do you like best about Goflow?

The UI and UX are one of a kind! you can easily do and find the things that you need! They have a great API for developers to integrate their own system with goflow. The customer service is very fast and helpful for all your needs!

What do you dislike about Goflow?

You can't open a product or order in a new tab, all the pages are only in one page. But, you have in the main page tabs to all pages that are currently in use. They should have more API endpoints to integrate.

What problems is Goflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

They are connected with all sites that you can dream to sell online, and it's ready to use as you sign up with them. Specificity with Target Plus, and you can connect all the orders, if you are using your other order management system.

What do you like best about Goflow?

This software is a breeze to use. User friendly and easily connects to all my vendors. Shipping, sorting, and picking make e-commerce management efficient. I love the sales report. They give detail data. The purchasing and adding in the bills' indirect cost/ shipping and unloading gives us a good grip on our real COG .

What do you dislike about Goflow?

no back button. Inventory stock reports only goes back 9 months, not a year two etc.

What problems is Goflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

getting all orders in one shipping software printing orders getting efficient tracking keeping track on inventory sending invoices to QuickBooks Good grip on COG Sale report real time , based on pending, shipped, and invoice having all customer data in one place Our business wouldnt be able to function without it

"Great Software"
What do you like best about Goflow?

The ease of processing your orders on a day to day basis really makes Go Flow shine.

What do you dislike about Goflow?

Honestly not much to dislike here lol. Even when there is a problem, support is great.

What problems is Goflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Go Flow helps with one of the most precious things we have, which is TIME. You can't get that back so being able to process orders in mass and print out labels all at once without having to input info for each label is great.

"Go GoFlow!"
What do you like best about Goflow?

GoFlow is very user friendly. Having previously used shipstation, it was an easy transition that made sense. More capabilities and the integration options are amazing.

What do you dislike about Goflow?

There's really not a lot to dislike about goflow. The only thing is that the mapping of products is not automatic, so that can be challenging when adding a bulk number of products. I don't know if there is a work around (there might be, I'm just not sure).

What problems is Goflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

GoFlow is excellent for streamlining processes- It keeps inventory organized and keeps important data readily available.
