They have a more advanced level of training than some of the other providers I've worked with. The labs are great as well.

Some of the info needs to be updated. Especially the files associated with each training series. Also, some of the instructors have very thick accents that make it hard to understand them.

CCIE training for sure. I was looking for a provider that had an extensive CCIE training program and they seem to be the best one available.

Value for money and variety of content available for study.

All the content is not updated / up to date and the support needs to be improved. Must have a live chat / phone support and the turn around time should be less. The support teams should be quick to fix issues. Also the courses need to be streamlined - more learning paths required.

the most helpful INE and attractive feature in my experience is the browser-based labs.

Labs that require a VPN connection mostly cannot be started due to maintenance-related, but I believe the team is working to get it fixed.

Amazing content, labs for some courses are amazing. A huge catalog of courses from differents IT related topics.

Some content seems outdated (sliders from some cybersecurity courses hasn't been updated since 2017) and the new web labs are so poor compared with the older VPN based with more interesting exploitations paths and techniques

Training for eLearning security certifications and learning some new skils. I found the courses well structured and it helps me to pass my eWPT exam a few weeks ago.

Course contents and lots of topics in which you can learn.

The reverse engineering course video quality is atrocious. Impossible to read the assembly code without feeling a headache. Malware analysis audio could use pop filters and are cheap to buy. I also preferred the old lab format with vpn and local machine. Maybe implement a choice?

Instructors are very clear in what they want to teach and how the "teaching" techniques are applied.

I have been experiencing on the platform some crashes of pages and slow videos reproduction. I have tried with different browsers and internets, still the same issues.

Training!!! It is the best option to catch a good job and keep you updated regarding IT certifications and technologies. The most benefit is the INE provides practical courses, preparing for day-to-day jobs.

The course content and having all topics available on one platform. Also, the new acquisitions of the pentest academy and updating of the labs. The way the courses are structured is beneficial

Some course contents are not up to date. I joined because of elearnsecurity courses, but they seem outdated. INE needs to put more effort into updating the courses for pentesting under elearnsecurity same way offensive security has started updating and engaging more and more with the public. Also, INE Should consider taking over the unofficial discord channel since more students prefer to use that than the ine community forum they created.

It has helped me in my career, and keeps me updated with current technology. such as the new log4j exploit that Adams did a video on.when I need to learn a new technolgy I jump straight to the INE platform.

Some lab has issues. And I think it is better if WebApp Pentest Lab using sandbox lab as PortSwigger Web Academy does. Some Labs has to work on windows, when I connect to the lab via RDP, it's quite laggy. VPN file kind of annoy when I can only run on linux. (Mac and Windows don't support tap interface). Also a lot of course are out dated.

The videos could be better, for example by adding an actual human voice rather than a computer voice. Also the labs could benefit if they were faster.

Wish the content was a little more organized when looking for "latest" updates. It would be nice to be able to see some updates to the content as the technology features update (i.e., VXLAN - implementation from 7.1 is far different than 9.1..)

Have been referring INE Material since 2014-15 and it has helped me a lot in understanding the way networks work

There are a lot of good content on networking, which is what I care about. My two goal on getting the INE.com subscription is to pass the Cisco certification test and learn the new knowledge or just refresh my memory for something I have not done for a while. INE.com does very well on these two purpose. to my understanding, INE.com has more than just the networking stuff, it also has security, data science and some other stuff I may not be interested but someone else may find them helpful. for what I can access, I am so far pretty satisfied.

I will have to watch it online, however, I understand why they do that. for the mobile apps, although they did upgraded it recently, however, to my personal opinion, it still doesn't cut. it does work on certain level, however, it cannot save my progress, or at least I don't know how to do that. Also again, because it is the mobile device, I do wish they can let us download the content so I can watch it even with Internet WIFI is available while I am travelling.

mainly networking, all kinds of training I need for my networking career. also, I have VoIP as my side kick. not too much of it, but INE.com does have some good content on the VoIP field.

The wide variety of IT Topics available on the platform, as well as the ability to study on the go on a mobile app.

It is difficult to keep a good track of my active courses. I wish the dashboard were more concise and visually understandable.

Its a go to repository for multiple IT Topics, not only Vendor/Certification specific, but also the general coursed on wireshark, IT Technologies, etc. And of course great resource to complement Certification specific studies.

Up-Leveling for Engineers

The content is comprehensive, and finding what you need within a specific course is easy.

Finding the course or learning path to start with can be challenging. The navigation needs work.

INE enables continuous education and growth as an IT professional. Training material on a vast number of topics is always waiting for me when I need or want it.

The fact that exams are practical and there are a lot of labs and quizes

Some tutors looks like they really don't want to do these tutorials. They often looks like forced to make this.

Getting valuable certificates

The teachers are great experts and you can follow the classes whenever you want. Also, the certifications are widely recognised. The support team is wonderful.

The web is usually really slow. Also, some sections lack of laboratories, which would be very useful. Some teachers should use more slides.

Basically, providing a certification that is widely recognised. To be honest, the material can be found anywhere else.

I liked that the lessons are divided in small, digestable modules

The downside is that there is no possibility to have them offline

The variety of courses available to choose from.

The labs are down most of the time, and some of the course content is outdated. During the Exam, the exam environment crashed and went down on the 4th day. Requested help from support and only got a reply when the exam period was over.

Certification

The content is really good and covers most of what is required. The course are also structured properly to help the students.

I don't know about others but in the course I'm doing the instructor doesn't give me much confidence.

INE is giving me a proper study material and holding my hand when I'm trying to learn something really new and the certification is a real motivation to keep learning and working.

All courses are available and all are covered almost all the required topics.

For collaboration, no lab access, it will be good if added LAB for collabration. (CUCM, Expressway, etc)
