The amazon process

I like how easy their website is to use and how real time their reporting is so that you can make better decisions based on accurate metrics. It's helped us to identify new products, problems with our listings, and helped us to optimize our ad spend. It was very easy to implement and integrate with amazon. Their customer support actually cares and they respond so fast, it's refreshing because amazon customer support is about as good as tiktok. I wish everything had the level of support that Jungle Scout does. I will continue to check it multiple times a day as we hone our sales.

I wish that it worked for other sales channels as well as Amazon, hopefully someday but other than that it is perfect.

If you you adblockers or firewalls, the JS extension does not load the information properly. If are able to add exceptions in your firewall and disable adblocker you will be fine using the extension.

I was able to do some analisys of certain niche to make a more educated decision what product to launch.

Its easy to use! I love all the little tutorials inside the app. I think its easy to navigate around and find a great product to sell. Customer support is top notch.

It is a bit pricey. I don't use it often. I found my product right away in about the first 2 weeks which was nice.

I had found a product right away. After 2 months ths of dealing with a not so great manufacturer I had to find a new manufacturer. When I logged back in my product was no longer listed. I immediately wrote JS for advice and they got right back to me with a solution. I felt relieved!

Jungle Scout has a very good Chrome extension that helps quickly determine what are the sales of any competitor. The accuracy is good enough for any kind of research - market or product research. It has all options that an Amazon Seller may need for tracking and upgrading their business. They also provide very good and timely customer support.

The downside of the Chrome extension is that sometimes it has to be re-installed to have access to all features but I am sure they'll fix it along the way.

Jungle Scout helps track me track product performance. It is also the best tool for market and product research on Amazon with best accuracy.

They cover almost everything required to do business on Amazon. If you have a jungle scout, then you do not need 10 different tools to solve the problem. Proper guidance in the Academic Section, Supplier's Database, Product hunting tools, marketing tool, inventory management, and above all they have the best support team if you have any issues.

It's not exactly dislike but I want to use the same license on my devices, as per the plan I have I can only connect one device at a time with one license.

The tools that Jungle Scout offers for research and analysis of Amazon products are very powerful and useful in getting started. My favorite thing about Jungle Scout, however, is the Academy and the Community of like-minded people who are willing to help and offer great guidance through the process. I couldn't imagine being presented with the Jungle Scout suite of tools without the proper training.

Once in a while, issues arise that would seemingly be easier to resolve with live people that you could speak with whether it be via phone or video chat. Jungle Scout customer support is very quick to answer and resolve most issues, but I could see it being an issue with more complex problems.

I had no idea where to begin in my process as an Amazon Seller. the Jungle Scout Training and tools are doing a wonderful job of walking through the process and setting me up for successful launch of my first product.
