We use this in classes and during trainings.

What do you like best about Kahoot!?

I like how there are multiple types of user interfaces to create a game. The games are always so engaging. It can be played on any kind of device with internet capability (phone, iPad, Chromebooks, laptops, etc.). There is a wide variety of already created games and surveys too.

What do you dislike about Kahoot!?

There isn't a whole lot I dislike about Kahoot. It is easy to use and it is very engaging. I guess one think I would like to see is a way to categorize your saved games.

What problems is Kahoot! solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use it for assessment and survey purposes. Students are more engaged and get excited about using this.

"My students love Kahoot!"
What do you like best about Kahoot!?

I love that students can review for a test using Kahoot while utilizing a competition.

What do you dislike about Kahoot!?

There is nothing about Kahoot that I don't like, we do sometimes have an issue with it freezing but I think that is our b uilding WiFi.

What problems is Kahoot! solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kahoot gives students a way to review through a fun platform. The students enjoy it and have often told me later that they got the answer to something on a test correct because they remember seeing it on Kahoot.

"Students Love It"
What do you like best about Kahoot!?

I love that Kahoot makes reviewing content fun for students! They get excited to play the Kahoot game and do their very best to solve problems correctly before their classmates to move forward in the ranks.

What do you dislike about Kahoot!?

I do not like how often students get bumped out of the game. Upon rejoining the game they lose their status

What problems is Kahoot! solving and how is that benefiting you?

Students getting bumped out of the game is the only problem we have had with Kahoot. A benefit is the motivation it provides students for learning and reviewing.

"Fun, fast, and Educational!"
What do you like best about Kahoot!?

Kahoot is a fast way to hook your students and grab their attention. I use kahoot to introduce a new topic, practice a new concept, and review for a test. Kahoot offers more than just quizzes, they allow students to stop and think about a question or discussion point which is a great way to change up a lesson plan. Students can work by themselves or as teams to try and figure out the answer.

What do you dislike about Kahoot!?

While there are many different options for creating questions, sometimes I wish there was a way to adjust all of the time settings at once instead of going through each question individually.

What problems is Kahoot! solving and how is that benefiting you?

Getting students to participate in the class can be challenging. This platform transforms lessons into interactive games that promote student engagement and learning.

What do you like best about Kahoot!?

It is a good way for students (primary or cycle one secondary) to take a break from the lesson and spend their energy in a guided context.

What do you dislike about Kahoot!?

Some quizzes are inaccurate in the spelling. It is contradictory when using these quizzes in the esl practice when there are some errors/typos in the language.

What problems is Kahoot! solving and how is that benefiting you?

No problems to report. Overall great application to create own quizzes and have students interact with technology while being social.

"Great Game for Learning"
What do you like best about Kahoot!?

I absolutely love kahoot for ease of use and platform. Kahoot makes it very easy to create a multiple-choice style game for learning. The game works for students of all ages- children and adults!

What do you dislike about Kahoot!?

Kahoot can sometimes lag on the user end, as all users besides the administrator of the game are playing on their own device. They connect to the game with a code, and sometimes students screens load faster than others, allowing them to answer quicker. Points are given based on quickness to answer, so this can be unfair to those that have faster or newer devices.

What problems is Kahoot! solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kahoot provides an easy, free platform to make learning fun for all ages. You can create a multiple choice game that involves intriguing graphics, fun sounds, and interactive for all learners.

"Kahoot! is awesome."
What do you like best about Kahoot!?

I like that I can create my own questions or search for someone else's already made Kahoot. I like that Kahoot stores my students' results so that I can analyze who got what right. I also give students a grade on their Kahoot performance, either based on the overall score or on which questions they got right/wrong. Also, it's free.

What do you dislike about Kahoot!?

I don't like that only multiple choice questions are possible, but I can understand why that's the way things are.

What problems is Kahoot! solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Kahoots to help my students review before a quiz or to re-cap at the end of a lesson. I also use Kahoot as a lecture tool. I tell students before hand what to read for homework the night before, ask a general Kahoot question that they should be able to answer from the reading, and then lecture in more detail on exactly that topic. After that, I have a Kahoot question that involves the students applying exactly what we just talked about.
