Love the Instagram preview so you can see what the grid looks like, plus its drag and drop functionality is fab.
It's no biggie - but when viewing the content weekly, I could do with seeing the full 24 hours on one screen rather than having to scroll/adjust my screen size.
Later is the backbone of my Instagram strategy! I rely on it to schedule my content at the set times, propose relevant hashtags based on keywords, and using it helps me work more collaboratively with my assistant when scheduling stories (she creates the graphics, uploads them to Later and schedules them - I hit publish and add the funny gifs!).
I love the ability to add content to my copy easily and with the ease of making changes as necessary.
I dislike not having the two social pages linked so that I don't have to copy and paste after my first content edit. Sometimes I have had both appear at once and other times I have to copy from the first edit.
I now can work on social media on a consistent basis, knowing that my previous work is saved. I love the benefit of working ahead of schedule and not scrambling to get content out there.

It doesn't handle large videos as well as I would like.

I love how visual the platform is and how easy it makes things like reporting, content curation, and community management. One of my favorite things about Later is the ability to organize and edit your content easily. It doesn't matter which device I'm using, I can manage my social media anywhere!
I would love to see capability for Linkedin at some point but ultimately this doesn't deter me because Later has everything else. Another slight point would be that the Hashtag Finder tool doesn't always sift out the overused hashtags. That tool could be a lot more targeted with the use of AI to know who's using the platform and which hashtags are also relevant to their account, not just a similar hashtag. But this doesn't keep me from it. The saved captions feature allows me to save hashtag lists which is HUGE!
Every feature they offer solves a problem for me! I've used Later since it was Latergram and as it's grown as a company, they continue to keep solving problems for their customer. They really listen to customer suggestions and make improvements that are needed. I manage multiple accounts and so being able to essentially drag and drop an image and plan a post in under 10 minutes is a total gamechanger. I recommend Later to literally everyone with an Instagram account.

The mobile version on Android doesn't show well. Can't schedule from my phone - find it much easier to schedule from my laptop (vs phone, iPad).
Best outcome - my accounts have posts at least daily, even when I might be super-busy or on vacation.
I love being able to write copy for Instagram captions ahead of time using scheduling and having my photos planned out. Also love having access to LinkinBio!
The only thing I don't like is that I have not been able to setup automatic scheduling to my instagram profile.
I'm not having to spend tons of time in the Instagram app writing captions and messing with hashtags - and I can schedule almost a month's worth of content in one day!
It saves me SO much time. I batch my time one day a week to do all social media content and Later does the rest!
I would love to have a way to organize or file my saved captions and hashtags separately. It would also be great to have a search function so I could find the saved items I'm looking for faster.
Solved my problem of forgetting to post my stories in IG. It is my greatest time-saver over all the apps I use for my business!
Later has definitely made my posting much, much easier. There was a small problem I had with multiple emails back and forth but you never got frustrated and stay until the end so that I could correct my problem.
There really isn't anything in particular I dislike. I have had trouble with carousels or multi posting and yet, we worked with customer service until a solution was figured out.

There is so much to like! One of my favorite features is the fact that we can add hashtags..in a comment!! I also really love the hashtag suggestions for when I am needing some ideas.
Would love to be able to import text and photos somehow via spreadsheet. This would speed things up so much for me and would be a HUGE game changer. Would also like to make Boomerangs upload-able. Lastly, it would be nice to be able to edit posts without having to delete and start over.
Later has saved me so much time. Being able to set it and forget it, has changed my daily work-flow tremendously. I used to have a spreadsheet where I kept all of my scheduled content and it was such a drag to keep up with!
I love that Later allows for people to schedule Instagram posts so far in advance. It saves so much time, and my team and I don't have to worry about manually posting to Instagram every day. It's especially great for businesses who have to post every day or frequently during the week. It's also great that we can preview the posts as well as move them around depending on the type of aesthetic that we are going for. Later is also amazing for showing the best times to post on the calendar. Later has made my job so much easier and I can't imagine going back to manually posting every day.
The Hashtag Analytics page do not show which hashtags helped the most. Sometimes the Hashtag Suggestions are irrelevant and don't fit.
Later helps so much with time management. Later's analytics page also helps greatly with weekly and monthly reporting.
Scheduling posts makes my life easier! I love being able to sit down and schedule 2 weeks of posts within 2 hours. It's awesome to be able to see all my profiles on one calendar and move them around and the auto-publish is invaluable. The hashtag suggestion tool is super helpful as well.
I wish I could utilize profiles I don't work with (like Twitter) and put those connections towards another profile. For someone like me with multiple account subscriptions, it would be a huge saver for me. I also wish they would add the ability to add a square background to a photo, so you don't have to use a 3rd party app for that. I wish tagging on Facebook was more seamless. But those small things are greatly outweighed by the pros.
I don't have to wonder what to post on a profile anymore. They make collecting UGC really simple and effective. The time-saver is the biggest take away for me.
It enables us to free up our time on social media to actually run our business, being a small business it has made a huge impact.

At the present we are using it for our social media enabling us to be creative and on time with our posts, we are excited to explore all its benefits going forward.
The best feature about Later as opposed to other social media schedulers is the ability to plan and arrange your Instagram grid while you schedule. This makes it simple to keep up a pattern in your feed! It also allows you to schedule the first comment on your Instagram post, which is handy if you need to have an extended description or want to separate your hashtags from the original post.
You get a little more for slightly less money on Hootsuite if you want unlimited posting. Additionally, Later only allows you to have a single set of social media profiles. This may work for many use cases but isn't as effective if you have to manage a couple of different profiles on the same social media.
It was great for figuring out what we could do to make our Instagram profile look more unified and beautiful.
My marketing team and I love the auto-post feature. It is the most convenient feature. We can sync our posts to IG and FB at the same time. Caption, hashtags, and content are consistent. Our favorite feature is the ability to plan the hashtags and save the hashtags for future use. One outstanding feature of Later is that you can search hashtags and learn about suggested hashtags. Then, you can save them for future use and have different categories of hashtags. It's a dream come true and helps a lot when trying to post different types of content. I used to have a large word document with hashtags, but this saves a lot of time since it is all in the same place.
I would appreciate being able to plan IG and FB stories with more ease. If it is possible, it is not intuitive. The media library is a little cluttered and I would love the ability to categorize the images into folders. This would help with understanding certain types of photos. We utilize theme days on our feed and it would be very helpful to be able to file away our content into Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The ease of planning the month in advance would be exceptionally improved.
We have been able to plan our captions and content without having to be together in person. My marketing team and I can communicate clearly about the posts and the feed design. We have realized that it is easier to be efficient with our time, especially remotely. We have also been able to create an aesthetic and branded look that is more consistent on the Instagram. Our content is created and then inputted into the media library. At this point we can shift around the grid and understand what looks the best.

Later is an incredibly fast and easy to use software, I love how intuitive its interface and features have really made it easy for us to manage our organization's social networks, such as Instagram and Facebook, I like the ease with which I can schedule the publication of images, videos and stories for several days without complications and with the ability to edit them if necessary.
Later does an exceptional job and is extremely easy to use, I have not had any displeasure through its use.
The main advantage that I have been able to obtain through the use of Later is that I can manage my time more efficiently and dedicate it to other needs in our organization, without neglecting at all the administration of our most used social networks such as Instagram and Facebook, keeping them always up to date. It definitely represents a saving of time and an organized work at a very reasonable cost.
I was particularly using Instagram at a very low level, when I started using Later everything has been improving, I could upload content easily and with a fully integrated management with other software. The software is amazing, it's very fast. The interface has a lot of colorful activity.
I had to improvise at the beginning, it doesn't have a guide or simple information on how to configure the software.
Later has mainly been applied to realize content management projects on Instagram. Our customers are happy with their accounts, we can upload and load material on Instagram very easily. We also use it to manage the internal Instagram account and have a good advertising repertoire.
I love Later's ability to post to my story timeline automatically for me. Not a lot of apps do that like Buffer. It's so annoying. Later is worth the price tag because you get so many tools at such a great price. My favorite newer tool is the ability to schedule swipe posts (multiple pics in one post). I also love that I can create the first comment on a post. I can set it and forget it. I've literally curated my posts for the 1st half of September and it's a relief. The added bonus: Later is NOT just for Instagram. It works with other social platforms including Facebook and Twitter.
I dislike that I cannot automatically post swipe posts and that I cannot automatically post to my stories on Instagram.
I am solving the problem of regular posting on social media and posting during times my audience is most likely to engage with my posts. I realize that I benefit most with time management and authentic growth on my social media. I literally don't have to think about my account every day. I do the designing and scheduling in advance which frees me up to run my online business or binge watch a show.
You can post to several accounts at once which saves time! The most helpful part of Later is the auto publisher. Set it and forget it! Another upside is the ability to upload multiple images at once then go back and use them over time.
I wish I didn't have to pay separately for each social set. It's $15/set which is reasonable!The only downside to Later is that you still have to choose all of the content and timing. I offset this by hiring a social media intern each semester.
I'm able to save time by posting to multiple social channels at one time. The auto-publisher is the best part! This solves the issue of efficiency within my business which is a huge help!
