It has many features that help you keep track of your brand's online presence, and it makes it easy to get alerted when something happens that you need to know about. Brand24 is a software as practical as powerful to manage and analyze the profiles and interactions/mentions of our brand in different social networks in real time. I like how intuitive and navigable is the platform of Brand24 both on computers and mobile devices, the detailed views provided of the activity in each profile on different social networks, plus how attentive and efficient is its customer service staff.

I haven't found anything to dislike since we started using Brand24 in our company, its operation and results have been optimal.

This program is quite good in general, it has qualities that make it different from others, such as providing an instant view of all the social network profiles that you manage, you can also know by following the competition networks to keep up to date the updates. Pretty clear and efficient tools, showing the results immediately.

It is a bit expensive in my opinion, but in terms of operation there are no complaints or major negative details to give.

We love Brand24 because we can follow-up any comments from our clients across the web. Brand24 helped us to improve communication with our clients and grow satisfaction.With this tool we are much more responsive.

Sometimes there are some results missing from facebook, but it's an issue for all of the social media monitoring tools, facebook policy have been making life harder for them.

Mostly responding to positive comments and occasionally to dissatisfied customers. This tool helps to nip negative mentioned in the bud, but also to show our appreciation to a good word from our clients.

We are huge fans of the new PDF reports. We sent a note a while back to our rep asking for many of these enhancements, and Brand 24 delivered in a big way. Specifically, we wanted to be able to customize the reports to include information that was pertinent to our client, and we wanted something that could be white labeled so that it came from our agency instead of Brand 24. These new reports deliver on the ask and more.

It is extremely helpful to share this information with our clients and back up our findings with hard data. We’ve found that this is crucial in breaking down any preconceived notions that the client may have regarding their brand.

It's super easy to set up and the dashboard is very intuitive - this is so important to me because, in order to use it as effectively as possible, I need to be very comfortable using it. And, of course, there's all the data - and the tool generates a lot of quality data, from sentiment to demographics and influencers so there are so many different ways that you can use it.

To be honest, I can't think of anything specific that I dislike about the tool right now.

I use it in a multitude of ways, many of them on a regular basis, like monitoring my brand name and staying on top of any mentions (I get email notifications every day to track any new mention/articles published/etc.) and monitoring my social media and analytics. Occasionally, I also use it for market and audience research and to discover new influencers that I'd like to connect with.

The user interface is so easy to learn and very informative. The customer service is phenomenal. Scott was amazing and helped me out with every question I had whether it was a large or small problem. Our new account manager is Milada and so far she is great! Always answers in a timely manor.
