LearnWorlds is the spearhead learning platform and invests heavily in keeping up an impressive pace. The development side also seems tightly connected to customer support, meaning that new features really help us adress new business opportunities. Customer support is straight down the best I've ever come across.
Nothing. If I was running something on a very tight budget, I would probably be more price sensitive. But for it's value the price tag is nothing strange.

As I have been creating a new course, I found it necessary to enter a ticket with the help desk. Not only did they have an answer for me within 12 hours, they actually FIXED THE FILE on their end and sent it as an attachment for me instead of simply sending me a link to figure it out on my own. This was next level and an absolute gift with as many files as I am juggling while constructing the course. 10/10 recommend because of this team - thank you, Themis!!!!!!
LearnWorlds has taken a but of getting used to. It wasn't clear at first how to login between their site and our landing page ot how to navigate between courses and pages. So it took me a while to figure out how to structure content. Now that I am familiar with it, it's much easier. And it is going to be much better on our student's side, which is the end goal!
LearnWorlds is helping us offer a range of ways to submit content, making it much more accessible and equitable within our learner community. Our company emphasizes the value of lived experience with mental health conditions, so providing multiple ways in which students may comminucate without barriers helps us deliver on the values we teach.
We develop mobile microlearning. We are a very demanding client when it comes to features and responsivness from our providers. After 20 years as a techie and mobile mikrolearning professional that tryed almost every platform out there, i can say with confidence, Learn worlds solution and responsivness is mind blowing good. Try it and you won't regret it.
The only thing we miss is the possibility to connect groups to the fantastic automations. Maybe also some starting course templates to edit as start point.
A stable platform that we can grow with. LW gives us an edge and innovation.
Stephanie was very helpful and resolved my issue today and even allowed our meeting to be recorded so i could use as a training exercise for other members of my team.
That the only way we could try and resolve issue was via email initially. Would much rather be able to have staff access computer remotely to resolve any supporting issues i have.

1. From the minute I started my Learnworlds trial period, the support staff has been amazing. 2. The robust features of the platform enable me to do so much more than I ever imagined I could for the price.
The only downside is that I had to wait overnight for some support when I was dealing with a critical challenge.
I had built my business on Wordpress, but because what I wanted to do was complicated, it wasn't easy to figure out. Learnworlds is robust and very intuitive.
I love the platform with the in-built website and page development. The amount of options there are for creating content is wide, relevant and varied. The recent development in implementing AI has been amazing. Whenever I have not been able to find the answer to my question in the comprehensive help centre, I have submitted a ticket. The response is always quick and accurate and the resolution is very quick and resolves the issue. A colleague asked for a new course and it was easily and rapidly created from existing and new content. I use it daily and it is easy to integrate with our existing content on 3rd party platforms.
There are so many functions that it takes time to learn but worth it.
The main one is giving us an awesome platform.
their customer support is highly responsive with clear instructions and what I appreciate most are their helpful instructional videos providiing me ease of implementations and ntegration
actally things I would highly appreciate are more language features - so instead of manually transferring all my school content into a different language make it easier to translate instantly eg. from German to English. Also the integration of gamification tools woud be a plus.

completely white label, an amazing support team always available to help out, and multiple gamification features. Though there are some limitations, most of the time we find a workaround. I am absolutely grateful to Konstantina Sachinidou for her incredible support, and intelligence in finding ways to improve the learning journey experience for our users we currently run 7 accounts and will add over 15+ more in the near future.
considering we have so many accounts, we need to use a different email address every time we create a new account, I wish we could use the same email address to open unlimited accounts. The other issue is that we have limitations when it comes to making the school available in multiple languages, especially if the languages have different writing orientations, as in from left to right or right to left. The gamification feature with the badges is also not customizable enough to be useful for us specifically as we have different targets and you can only change the photo/name of the badge but not the trigger. I also wish we had a feature of adding a library with downloadable materials that are easier and built-in, where we can dump in a bunch of content so users can go in and download photos, videos, and documents. Would be nice to also be able to share posts and achievements on social media through the platform. Finally, it will be nice to add an engagement feature for users to track their progress and excite them to complete they're learning journey, like a journey map that automatically updates and visualizes their progress everytime they complete a course they move across the map closer to the final goal.

I am a 7th grade social studies teacher who is building a business supporting schools. I was able to get all the tools I needed and excellent support when I was stuck. It did take me some time to learn the system but the support tools are very helpful - first, they have a self guided "class" that consists of short videos about how to get started. Second, whenever I hit a snag a simple search of "Learnworlds how to..." almost always led to a helpful, current article about the topic. Finally, when I needed to reach out to customer support a real person was very helpful in guiding me. Beyond that, Learn Worlds has tools and features I didn't know I needed. Since they have been in the business of providing paid courses it was very helpful to plug into their system without having to figure out how to do things myself (e.g. signup, payment, course creation, welcome emails, invoices, etc). My course looks better than I would have expected! One of my favorite features is the ability to add text and features to video content. So, instead of me just droning on I am able to add my log, text to support my ideas, and check-up breaks to get the user engaged and thinking about the content.
There is nothing I really don't like about Learn Worlds. I would say the experience of building my own business is much more complicated than I expected. So, this has taken me a large investment in time. But, I don't see this as Learn Worlds' issue. In fact, the system saved me quite a bit of time and allowed me to avoid many pitfalls.
I have wanted to move from my teaching career into consulting with schools to help support staff. Desire doesn't not equate to ability. Learn Worlds has actually guided me in all of the steps to creating my online business. Of course, I provide the content and expertise in my field but Learn Worlds has given me the skills on the business side.

Sometimes there are some minor issues that might require workarounds or creative solutions. No platform is 100% free of issues. Thankfully, LearnWorlds has a great knowledge base and excelelnt technical support and customer service.
It has a great website builder, it has an awesome custom code section, it has great templates, it has API and webhooks, and last but not least, it has great staff!
