We are delivering animated eLearning courses for improving business performance and have found LearnWorlds to offer the best functionality for our courses. In addition to this, LearnWorlds' support is excellent! They answer fast and very precise.

Not much to dislike, however as we have a lot of international customers, the possibility to select language per course (or group of courses) could be very positive for our users.

LearnWorlds enable us to offer an easy-to-use academy with needed functionality such as security, reporting and administration.

With LearnWorlds' support, we are able to carry out significant operations within our infrastructure smoothly and with a high level of security.

At times, the response time for asynchronous communication can be a little on the longer side.

We need a robust platform to host our courses that offers good performance and user-friendliness.

I can only be thankful to LearnWorlds when I had a problem with a 3rd Party hosting service and thus my site on Learnworlds. They stayed in contact with me as my ongoing concerns arose and solved them as efficiently as they possibly could, while showing what sememd genuine concern as they did so. Which is invaluable for someone who isn't particularly tech aware.

The only thing that I don't like about the interface is that I don't seem to be able to make and view changes to my website without first saving the changes, which means the editing and changes is in full view to anybody accessing the site.

The LW team actually understand learning, which just isn't true of their competitors! The support is incredible & you can build anything you can imagine.

Look, it's a bit complex, but you can't have a truly flexible system that can support any use case you throw at it without some complexity. When I got lost the incredible Support Squad rescued me quickly.

We've reduced training for our clients by nearly 50%. It's saving us time and creating clients who are much more knowledgeable about our platform. It's really remarkable.

The Support Staff are off the charts good, always quick to respond and always with the most perfect information, simplified making the actions very easy to navigate through. Also all the templates and customisation options in the plateform are so helpful in the design department.

I have not come acorss anything yet that i am not liking about LearnWorlds.

Having an easy platform to upload all of our training material. Also alowing interanl private LMS as well as public is next level good.

The product is great, the developer team did a great job and is open to evolution, and the support team is so super and quick to respond to any request, we feel at home.

Sometimes we feel that the QA team has missed some regressions, but fortunately, the support team is here to manage it quickly. All the best.

Cost and reliability, also the architecture is great and solid. Working smoothly and fine.

We enjoy the clear and concise use of the platform

Nothing, it is mostly nice to use. Besides one part of our LearnWorlds: there is a sticker on our learnworlds which says 'free' on one of our courses but it is not free and we dont know houw to get rid of it.
