I love the idea behind kajabi of being able to have everything in one place. It also has really nice templates and professional-looking layouts.
It's difficult to implement. Customer service didn't respond to my questions after a full week. It's more complicated than what I need at this point.
I wanted to find a platform where I could have my courses, email list, sign-up forms, etc and loved that kajabi had all this as well as its own website.
The idea of having a lot of features in a single platform is great.
Unfortunately, when most of the features don't work consistenly, you spend more time dealing with the support team than you do running your business.
It's an all-in-one platform for training courses, websites, and email marketing.
I like that it has a lot of options, like the landing pages, hosting your site, the course, affiliate tracking and more. Realistically, it's a solid option for the course part but I'd skip the rest.
The funnel builder creates everything for you but then puts things in odd places. Landing pages haven't converted for me despite looking nearly identical but the single most terrible thing is that it doesn't track email stats correctly so when you email your list, there are some things you can track and some that you can't and it makes no sense.
I would love for Kajabi to be my entire online business but it's really only effective when paired with other tools.
