I wish more of the tutorials were video based.
I previously used Thinkific and LearnWorlds support is far better. I need to have answers within a day or so. LearnWorlds is also more of a full school site, with capabilities to share news, to bring in an RSS feed, to build a community of learners.

NONE! I have not had any issues with Learnworlds as a customer for almost 3 years.
By having an all-inclusive system, Learnworlds enables online course providers to connect with clients and deliver their products. The integrations available in the Learnworlds platform allow me to connect to my current and future students through a variety of channels, thus enabling me to have more exposure.
I've tried many platforms for my courses and LearnWorlds is by far the most convenient. And their support team is just incredible!

When I had an issue, I was able to speak to a live person for assistance. The second time I emailed, he fixed the problem without my assistance. Now that's customer service!
I would love to see more diversity in the video section. I did see some diversity, but it was very limited. The system also stalled during production, but I couldn't tell if that was me or the system.
I need videos for various commercials. It used to take hours to create small clips for production, but LearnWorlds has shortened the production time by days and reduced the cost tremendously.
I love LearnWorlds' commitment to a level playing field, their comprehensive offerings, and their deeply human support and connection to their members and our work. They really care, and it shows.
I wish there was an option to zoom or call a support person rather than sending screenshots and emails. That being said, they are very responsive and helpful.
They are making the whole process of online course creation and support more humane and community oriented. This matters because true community commitment is sorely missing these days.
LearnWorlds is even better than what I hoped when initially comparing different learning platforms! It is full of amazing design and learning features (even more have been released since I started using the platform that I have since added to my program), and fully customisable while still being easy to do for yourself. The customer service has also been incredibly invaluable to the whole process of setting up an online learning website. I knew I would have lots of questions, so I wanted to select a learning platform that offered customer service (as some don't even have an email to contact). Learnworlds go above and beyond- they respond quickly and provide lots of details. I couldn't recommend them more highly
So far I haven't had any down sides to using LearnWorlds. Any challenges I've faced or questions I've had aalong the way have been solved by the customer service team.
I wanted an online learning platform with the most up-to-date and engaging learning features- this was the most important factor to me. It was an added bonus that LearnWorlds also has amazing customer service and beautiful website-building tools as well.
When you contact their support desk, they responded 24/7 including on weekend and usually solves issues within 24 hours. They also do research and give recommendations of third party services. Very sincere service overall.
A glitch can happen sometimes but again they can resolve very quickly.
There was a glitch and deformation of the page theme, but they fixed it within a few hours.
I find LearWords intuitive to use. There is excellent technical support should you need extra help. Fast, friendly and helpful!
The price! It is expensive to use, so I need to generate a lot of sales to pay for it.
It provides interactive video, which will help my courses to be excellent for my students. I like the marketing features possible with LearnWords, although the automated SEO does not work well. It needs to be set up manually. This looks complicated; I have to read a lot of blogs to find out how to do this so it's on my list.
Every time I click a different button I had not used before, I find its functionality to be outstanding and highly useful! This platform is probably the most powerful I've used. Customer service was responsive and quick and resolved my issue, which to me is one of the most notable and important components of a company like this.
There could be more tutorials. There was an issue with the certificates that wasn't explained on the site but I resolved it thru trial and error.
LearnWorlds is able to provide me with all the tools, and more, that other platforms require higher and higher priced levels. So this is a outstanding platform with an abundance of tools, some still yet to be discovered, at the right price!
Customer support is great and very prompt in responding to any inquires.
Realse date of new features is bit longer than expected.
