Mighty Networks leaves no stone unturned. They've thought of everything that's needed to make building an online community as simple as anything you can imagine.

I'm not sure there's a downside to using this platform. Whenever I've come across an apparent problem, their helpful associates have provided quick and easy solutions.

Providing easy and secure connection for our stakeholders is paramount. Mighty Networks accomplishes both of these objectives in spades!

I've used quite a few community software platforms over the last several years, and I've been really impressed by how flexible Mighty Networks is. From private groups to polls and articles, there are so many ways to build a platform that works for you and your clients.

There are still some features I would like to see included, like the ability to group customers more easily on the back end, but I'm sure Mighty Networks will get to those things eventually! They're easy to work around for the time being.

We host our customer community on Mighty Networks. It has given us a great, flexible platform to share content, host events, and engage our customers more effectively.

When I decided that I wanted community to play a big part in the development of my clients, I did my research about all the big platforms like Kajabi, Teachable, & Thinkific and found that in each case, the course was the priority and the community was the red-headed stepchild that was included at the last minute until I found Mighty Networks. After joining the Mighty Community and buying their course, I got a first-hand taste of how a community could help my clients get so much more from my course and it was exactly what I was looking for! What I love best about Mighty Networks is that I can bring my clients together on one distraction-free platform that can be accessed on the web, on a phone, and/or on a tablet to deliver a high quality experience for their learning, communal, and implementation experiences as they use my group coaching, community moderation, and self-guided course to accomplish their big goals without getting overwhelmed by.... well anything.

I decided to use a different payment processor because their set up was a bit complicated without some of the payment options I was looking for. I simply use zapier to connect Mighty & it works great!

It brings together my need to create a course and community all into one location so that I can create a simple and focused experience for my clients. That empowers me to be more productive with less solutions while empowering my clients to get more out of my services.

I really love the app and how great it is to use, it's really helpfully having all aspects of our community in one place. I also love having the events and courses in once place so you can keep your community together without having to go to different locations or apps.

It's a bit annoying that Apple wants to take a cut of payments for users who are on ios. I know it's not Mightly Networks fault but it's a penalty for people on that platform. That's pretty much it, really happy with everything else so far.

It solves the problem of having all the aspects of our community which were formally in many different services all under one roof. It is now the one place that represents everything about our startup community.

There are great tools you can use and features that are getting developed all the time. The team tries to be responsive in feature requests and truly want it to be a great experience. There are a ton of resources they provide to help you make the most out of the tools

There are some small things like, highlighting in dark mode pastes with a black background; you can't *yet* link to the Livestream you schedule, and the app is a little slow. I wish there were a way to help community members get wired to Mighty networks vs us the hosts

It's giving us a space for dedicated community members and with spaces, multiple ways to organize different types of engagement that helps people find what they need. I like that they are really listening and trying to speed up the development of highly requested features as much as possible.

I've found Mighty Networks as a great stack to lean on for community management. Intuitive and easy to setup, MN provides for just enough flexibility to customize for your specific use case. I would certainly recommend it.

The mid-level price point is a bit high for non-revenue generating communities. It would be nice if some of the Pro features (like Zapier integration) was purchasable a la carte to maximize ROI on the stack.

From a monetization perspective, owning your destiny is better than building a group on FB or LinkedIn. Addtionally, the mobile app user experience is a terrific feature.

The ability to have free, paid, recurring memberships, go live, have chat, social feed, and best of all courses! Easy sign up with existing popular accounts. Looks and works great on mobile and desktop! Very slick interface

The sharing of courses results in the wrong picture and description.- they have been notified are working on it.

How to network with my peers outside of traditional social media. Getting all of them to see what I have to share without an algothythm getting in the way of organic views.

It's everything compressed into this beautifully looking tool. We evaluated tribe, slack and a bunch of others and only mighty seem to fit the bill. Circle had a limitation on the number of members which made mighty a clear winner

Haven't explored the dark side yet. So far it works great

It's helping us create a community without the hassle of learning coding or know technical stuff. We were able to go live within a day. The tool is simple and intuitive

I love being sorted to create an online community built around Connection and community. I've really called the high level of support in building it out and the ongoing development and strengthening of the product itself.

To be honest, I'm not sure I can think of one. Perhaps needing to connect with other expensive services to bill for tax.

Some of the UX is not as intuitive as it could be and is a bit clunky. But, with the new Spaces launching, that may solve the issues.

We wanted a way to keep users engaged after completing a lot of coursework on our site; to keep them coming back to the platform and using all our other features.

I like that it was extremely easy and quick to set up your platform. I also like the "Welcome Checklist" feature, and the fact that it's like your very own Facebook.

In the beginning, it was hard to find certain things, and I had to write to Support, but now I have gotten used to it. Also, I need to have a place to store documents and resources. Is that possible in the platform? I have been looking for it but cannot find it.

It's allowing me to unite people in my industry and carve out a little space for myself which I am leading and driving with my own creativity and vision.

Simply put, the platform is a joy to use. I particularly love being able to keep up with interactions and notifications right from my phone. My network is still young (just a few weeks old presently), but I can already see my decision to bring my content to Mighty Networks was the right one.

There are a few features I enjoyed on previous platforms I've used that are currently missing on Mighty Networks (as best I can tell). For example, it would be great to be able to add affiliates and track their earnings. As it stands, I've had to create multiple plans for each affiliate and provide them with links to two separate landing pages (to my two current price tiers). Not ideal, but this is the only way I can see to ensure I know where the folks they're sending are coming from. I wish I could duplicate a plan (its description, benefits, etc.), but just change the price. Most of my programs have multiple price tiers, either right from the start or as time passes (or both). When I want to duplicate a plan, I basically have to recreate it from scratch and have an existing version open in another window so that I can copy and paste the content I want to duplicate.

I've never had a community before gathering around my disparate online trainings, or a community gathering within a single training for that matter. Technically, I've accomplished the community aspect via Slack in the past, but I much prefer having everything in one place, PLUS the ability to post new and helpful content to the community, just like I would on Facebook, say.

MightyNetworks is such an awesome platform.- especially if you're wanting to connect to your community & pour your energy into the people who want to be in your space. I've loved it so far.The amount of support, training & bonus content to help build your own Mighty Network! I didn't expect the amount of support you get at every level.

The landing pages aren't majorly customisable for each plan/course/membership. It allows you to put in the basics, but if you wanted to fit it out, you'd have to create separate landing pages.

Having my own space that's not reliant on ever-changing algorithms. It's helping me connect to my community. It's given me more motivation to create impactful content, because I know that the contet is actually going to reach my community.

We researched a lot of different platforms before choosing Mighty Networks, and ended up going with MN because of the price, ease of use, and ability to heavily customize our member site. I like that we can have multiple paid/free options, give them unique names (we call our groups "Squads"), and the user interface is intuitive and beautiful.

Customizing landing pages and content isn't always as streamlined as I'd hope. Even after a few months of using it, I still find myself struggling to find what landing pages are where, and how to customize them. I'd also like to be able to more fully customize sign-up pages.

We're a small business looking to build community, and we needed an affordable and easy to administer platform. Mighty Networks takes a ton of the back-end work out of running classes, creating groups, and sharing information with our community.

3 years ago, Mighty Neyworks didn't serve our purposes. We ended up on Podia. But the updates they made this last year--live-streaming, native video, courses--were compelling enough to port over all of our course content and move our community. The constant improvements being made are one of the main reasons we switched over. There's longevity in customer-tailored innovation.

Both of my top downsides for Mighty Networks are both being worked on currently by their dev team. One, their native video is slightly broken on the iPhone app. Two, the structure for courses/groups lacks the customization we've had previously. Our groups have content included, but MN groups do not have a place for content. As a workaround, all of our groups and courses currently live in their Courses section, which is somewhat limiting. But, again, both of these are being currently worked on. Their update projections for the year include a total overhaul of the organization to include "Spaces" instead of Groups + Courses, which solves our current issues. And, from what I understand, our current issue with native video is being solved currently as well.

A tight knit community that feels like a social media platform but without the distractions, advertisements, and other clutter--that's something we've yet to have. I didn't expect the community to be so vastly different from solutions like Podia, but the iPhone/Android apps make far more of a difference in engagement than I previously had realized.

MN is a great, inclusive easy to use platform that has a native set of robust features that are simple and intuitive to use for new and experienced community builders alike.

There are some limitations, especially on the landing page builder that can be very frustrating and can make it difficult to truly brand your initial impression,

A single platform that natively incorporates livestreams, segmentation courses and more. All with the ability to effectively manage and support your community while leaving plenty of room to scale and grow.

I like the ability to have a group without competing with Facebook or algorithms.

I do not like that you cannot schedule posts on the app currently (8/2022) and that I cannot organize content to put similar content together if I choose to

That I can have a community group without being reliant on Facebook. It is easy to use and I love the email notifications so I do not need to check my group constantly.

Setting up paid plans within Mighty Networks is confusing. I had to re-do multiple things to create a paid plan.

Mighty Networks is creating a smart platform to bring people together with similar interests, goals, etc. As I look to build a community of writers who are hungry to learn and grow, it has everything I need, all in one place.

Lots of useful functionality, i.e. creating events with automated Zoom links. Easy to start conversations with group members, whether through private chat or public conversation -- love the option of creating polls to get people engaged. Helpful to be able to send an automated email notification to remind folks to open up the page. Good design with just enough possibility for customization! All in all, it's been a brilliant alternative to Facebook groups. I love it.

Can be tricky to figure out how to get folks to actively use the platform, but that's not really the platform's fault.

Creating a way for my writing group meetings to connect with each other outside of meeting times and share their work. It creates more of a sense of continuous engagement over time.

The focus on community management with paying features and courses that you can implement on the platform. The design is really nice and the mobile app provides a seamless experience

The tchat features could be improved: answer to a given chat, like a chat in particular, correct my chat if I sent a typo, simply copy paste à picture in the chat..

We federate a community and provide alll kind of contents. I the future we want to enable the marketplace features and be able to propose courses directly on the platform.

The customization options within Mighty Networks are incredible. Now that we can also livestream directly within Mighty that is incredibly valuable and convenient to provide premium content to community members

Honestly I don't have any issues with Mighty Networks - the functionality that I need for my new community is integrated seamlessly. So with that - keep on innovating!!

Removing the "noise" from being members of other social platforms - Mighty allows me to keep my community focused on the messages that resonate with us all. The extensibility of the platform also means I can grow into the functionality

It just works better than the platforms we used before (Squarespace Members Area) You have many different options to interact with your members.

I do not like that I can't access my members' data unless I pay for the more expensive plan.

The platform we used before didn't have any interaction built in. We needed to use slack, facebook and newsletters. Now its all on one platform.

Functionality is absolutely outstanding. It's familiar and easy to use, and the fact that there is an App. No brainer.

I wish I would brand the App the same name as my online community. Would like GIFs and different 'like' responses to be available.

We are removing the need to be on mainstream social media.

I like that no matter what I share in my Mighty Network that people can see it and it's not controlled by an algorithm

I was looking to migrate 7 different platforms in one that would provide resources, member ability to submit articles, events and also a seperate payment side. Mighty Networks has delivered this and more. Member feedback has been fantastic and it's made my life as a community manager so much easier.

I would love more options for what posts I can implement with present functions e.g. embedded video post, collections of grouped posts. A search function for setting options to find items quicker.

Mighty Networks is supporting me as an alterative to Wix for a main website, Patreon for a supporter site, mailchimp for my maillist emails and slack for my resources and member sharing information. Having this all in one place is great for our members.

Mighty Networks is an extremely powerful community platform that provides a huge assortment of functionality.

One thing that I dislike about Mighty Networks is it's rigidness when it comes to the functionality it provides. For example, I'd want to be able to allow users to post anonymously, or I'd want to be able to put a different variation of the logo on the landing page.

I am able to have a payment gateway, I am able to give controls to different members. I've realized I can easily monetize my content from this platform.

I like the fact i don't have to worry about getting hacked.

I dont like the price point for the top level of service.

I have a secure place to post content.

How easy it is to communicate with my community + all the features and integrations

Sometimes the backend can feel confusing and it's hard to remember where everything is

Keeping in contact with my members and allowing them to create connections with eachother. This is also a really easy way for me to notify members about changes, updates, and programs.

The intuitive functionality and that it comes with an app that solves the problem Facebook workplace had: To use the app for different platforms/communities.

It could be much more fun and gamified. A community platform needs gifs, and emoji buttons, and live streams! The community plan is very limited with data storage. Not so cool for a growing non-profit community. Much more focused on marketing/push sales than customer service.

So far, non of my problems/questions were solved. I just got an answer that they have these things on a list already.
