I can create any diagram (UCD or Database) with the shapes and tools. I also like that I can convert the product into a pdf and many more options however you want.
There is nothing to dislike about the Miro App.
Miro helps me to create my Database diagrams easily and without any trouble. It also helps me to create my System Analysis diagrams and then convert them into PDF's.
Miro gives you functions like swimlanes and flochats that helps one to visualise his/her projects so that you track the progress and evaluate any area that may need some improvement. This software is very simple easy, anyone who comes up as a new user, has a lot to learn within a short period of time. The neat and clean interface also remains easy and accessible platform for diagramming, mind mapping and whiteboard.
As a daily user,I have not experienced anything unusual to note down as a dislike.
Time and money. It's a very reliable software that allows us to have our daily meetings without considering whether we're on the same place or room.
The templates are so helpful to kick off projects.
I wish you could add bullets to sticky notes.
Miro allows us to collaborate across the entire Marketing team to brainstorm, map out new processes and more.
It's really easy to use. You can bouil digrams during a call with colleges.
Nothing, it's really compleate and user frendly

Saves time and money. With Miro, you don't have to meet physically at the same place. You can share your ideas virtually.
What looks amazing about Miro is the ability to collaborate in real time with other stakeholders. This makes it fast to iterate on design and ideas to make sure that each and everyone remains on the same track. With Miro, you can find amazing templates and icons that are perfect for any audience. Miro offers a very reliable services when it comes to visualisation of collaboration. Nothing to dislike as far as I'm concerned.
Reliable collaborative software for weekly team meetings. The team not physically in the same room or place and this saves time and money.
Miro is an amazing software where you can organise and communicate your thoughts with others in the same room or remotely. The platform makes collaboration process more dynamic and interactive by offering an array of services such as images, emoji, shapes and lines that helps one to express his or her ideas visually. Another advantage with this platform is that,it's user friendly to us and our clients. With this collaboration, we can keep and maintain the privacy of the client's information.
In my experience as a daily user,I'm satisfied using Miro.
Time and money. Having our monthly meetings has become so easy, not necessarily meeting physically. We can interact and share ideas virtually.
We primarily use Miro to create wireframes that explain the UI flow, making it easier for developers to understand the functionality and challenges that they may encounter during development. It makes it simpler for our teams to collaborate with one another. Its integration with other project management tools like ClickUp had made our life easy.
Nothing that I can think of right now, but any new features would be greatly appreciated.
It helps our product teams to explain the process flow better for our developers using mindmaps.
Easy to use and very quick and a great tool for collaboration and brainstorming ideas.
Some tools and features are intentionally limited in terms of functionality. For example, the bullet point's indentation can not be adjusted.
Miro improved the collaboration experience that we were lacking due to everyone working remote. My team is spread all across the world and Miro brought our ideas together.
Miro takes a couple of minutes to learn to use and become productive in a very fast and efficient manner. There are no upper limits to who can be invited to the miro board -so I use it extensively to collaborate with my Scrum team and also a general tool for showcasing specific areas of my work with the general stakeholders within the company. The vast number of templates makes it easy to position and start the collaboration process.
I've not seen any downsides of using Miro just yet. I would like to be able to duplicate and export Miro boards into other formats -it would be cool to have function that you could select an area of the board and then export that into a powerpoint slide or jpeg/png file.
You can express an initial idea and then you can collaborate with the attendees. The session becomes interactive and open to everyone to express their own opinions which opens up the dialogue and shows different perspectives not originally thought about.
I like the performance of the Miro app. This is the first thing that comes to my mind. Second, it is so versatile and easy to use that it can be used to do many different kinds of tasks. Thirdly collaboration with other users and live run time view on changes made by other users is also fantastic.
I cannot think of things that I dislike about miro.
We have sprint planning, and it becomes so easy with Miro to collaborate and do it together with the team.
Miro is very easy to use; the templates help you get started quickly. The ability to incorporate different files into your workspace makes it easy to share your ideas with others.
In the free version, you can only create three projects which can feel too little.
I am a design teacher, and I use Miro to work with my students in brainstorming workshops, discussions, and general collaboration.
Miro is one of the best collaboration tool. It is super easy to create user flow chart diagrams, mind map and concept maps. Also, during meetings, Miro makes brainstorming super easy.
Although, Miro is a great product, but there are couple of things which can be improved. One of which is limited customization options. There are limited themes and templates.
Miro helps us in creating user flow diagrams and concept maps. It also enables Tech and Product team to create mind maps and flow diagrams. We also use Miro for Brainstorming sessions.
Miro is an excellent choice for Remote brainstorming sessions by utilizing a variety of tools; you can enhance the brainstorming process such as virtual whiteboards, video conferencing tools, and a wide range of templates for brainstorming sessions, such as mind maps, flowcharts, and SWOT analysis. Remote brainstorming sessions are documented more easily on Miro, which can help to capture all ideas and discussions for later review. This can be particularly helpful for project management teams that need to share ideas and progress updates with stakeholders.
Miro sticky notes are better than Stormboard sticky notes because Miro sticky notes can be easily integrated with other Miro tools and features, such as diagrams, mind maps, and boards, allowing users to create a seamless and interconnected workspace for collaboration and ideation.

Additionally, Organizing and structuring brainstorming sessions can help to increase accountability and ensure that all team members are actively participating and contributing to the discussion. This can help ensure that everyone is invested in the session's success. >By using Miro to organize and visualize our marketing strategy, we can monitor and evaluate the success of your campaigns and initiatives and use this approach to engage stakeholders and build support for the project.
As a business strategist who works for a remote company, Miro has been an absolute gamechanger for online collaborative work thanks to the infinite canvas, various tools, and large selection of business templates. In my role, I am responsible for fostering a culture of innovation within my company. Thanks to Miro I have been able to create and facilitate engaging design sprints very easily that help introduce my colleagues to concepts such as design thinking and OKRs.
Although I love the vast array of tools, templates, unlimited opportunities that the infinite canvas holds, and the ability to collaborate with my colleagues creatively in real-time, I've had huge technical issues with the video chat feature. My video connection will often erratically go in and out. I may not realize at the moment that my team members can't even hear me, and it's incredibly frustrating to have to either refresh the page or exit the board and try logging in again in hopes that the video chat will work. This in turn causes unpleasant pauses and delays to my presentation, and it often takes minutes for Miro to load for me again. There are times when the screen often lags for a while and takes forever to load. Furthermore, I often have issues with zooming in and zooming out. The screen will sometimes zoom in too much or zoom out too much when using the zoom feature to the point where you can't see the toolbar and continue your work. It will take a while using the zoom feature to get the screen to look right due to lag, or it will require refreshing the page altogether to get the screen to be at the right level of zoom. Sometimes when uploading images or sticky notes, they appear very tiny and are impossible to find on the canvas.
Through Miro, all departments within my company have been able to benefit greatly, since we are all remote teams, and this tool helps us to quickly collaborate and do outstanding work due to all the tools and templates available. I can easily create and facilitate design sprints and full staff solutions sessions/meetings for my remote team. It's been helpful for mapping out timelines, OKRs, organizational charts, business models, planning social media content, and other project management tasks. As a career coach, it has also been a helpful online and engaging tool to conduct client sessions with. We love, from a design perspective, how easy it is to put together a workflow template, diagram, and map, etc.
- Easy to use - Almost every element for online collaboration available - Many templates - Invitatations - Great community
- Because of the cloud environment / data protection regulations some clients are not allowed to use it
- Online collaboration sessions - Ideation sessions - Retrospectives - Design Thinking sessions
I love how easy Miro is to use and the simplicity of its tools keep it light and not bogged down with unnecessary features or a difficult interface. Miro keeps it simple so you can stay on mission.
I would love to see more tutorials or background information / videos on how to best use some of the templates when facilitating meetings or brainstorming sessions.
Getting everyone together in the same space to visualize issues and plan solutions.
Miro is so easy to use - many helpful templates get you started right away.
I haven't found any dislikes yet - other than my monitor is sometimes too small and navigating a large miro board can be challenging sometimes.
We recently implemented SAFe and had our first PI event. Loved having the template available. Made getting ready for the meeting even easier - especially being remote and multi-national.
A lot of features to create a board for visualing team work. It helps collate images, tables and even jira tickets. Integrated well with other tools.
Very difficult to create boards. Not very intuitive. I struggled to get basic alignment right.
It helps communicate the road map to multiple teams and track the progress of each team in achieving a larger goal.
Miro is good on what it does. We use it extensively for online meetings, collaboration, brainstorming and aslo tracking the progress of various projects. Miro include a variety of templates and drawing tool that enables us to visualize ideas. It aslo easy to intergrate with other applications we use in the office.
Miro is expensive for larger teams. That the only drawback we have with this application.
Miro is great tool for collaboration and brainstorming. It aslo a great tool to communicate with team members on various issues. Miro aslo integrates well with our application and customer support has been impressive.
