I like how each of the tasks can be categorised and how all the tasks can be marked as in progress/done/pause/deleted
I would prefer a more smooth ui and a more easy to understand looking screen.
Monday.com is solving everything wrong with it and im loving it.
The tracking of each project's progress.
The basic plan is limited. I wish it contained a little bit more of the standard plan.
Communicating projects where several areas are involved is effective, sharp, and easy to get.
The ease with which I can organize my tasks and accounts.It has all the tools where I can control myself what I add and what I remove. I can customize each action and divide it into sections.
At the moment I haven't found anything I don't like, I focus on all the good stuff. MONDAY HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO WORK EFFICIENTLY AND EFFECTIVELY.
It helps me organize and add notes about my clients and benefits me when I have to find documents or notes, it makes everything easier and I don't have to use other platforms.
Scalability, design and flow. We have boards within boards for each department with forms and automations into our other systems
Some team members who are not tech savvy struggle with learning the layouts

I'm not sure if I can nail down one most helpful thing about Monday.com, there really are a ton of great features. It's easy to collaborate, and you can do so much to customize different projects and items to fit whatever type of project you're working on. I think the UX is great as well and easy to learn how to use, though I still feel like I regularly find out about features I didn't know about from co-workers.
The only thing I have had issues with is the search feature within Monday. It doesn't search comments within items so sometimes it makes it a bit challenging to track down specific items.
Stay organized and collaborating more efficiently with teams internally, as well as with external partners.
This thing lets you manage a project with great ease but is powerful enough for the power users.
I wish we could move sub-items to other sub-item groupings a little easier.
This is keeping our marketing objectives on target and our personnel on task.

The fact that you cannot create rules on the existing automations. For example if the formula generates a specific result then to change status to completed and move to completed tasks group

Monday.com's project management software has been instrumental in the success of my business' growth and development. The services are able to be tailored based on the needs of the business; making it a cost-effective investment for either small or large business ventures. In addition to being malleable to fit the needs of your business, the customer service is unparralled!
In utilizing Monday.com, I have not yet come across an aspect of the software that I dislike. I have found that many of my concerns or questions stemmed from me just not taking a few more moments to either try out a template or just reach out to the ever-friendly customer service.
Monday.com has helped me complete a total re-structure of several mid-size construction businesses, and so much more! Monday's ability to be integrated into various types of software, whether they be financial, marketing, etc. has been a true benefit that I did not even realize I was missing.
I've brought in Monday.com to 3 differnt organizations over the past four years. It works beautifully in all use cases varying from Marketing, Sales, HR, and Agile/Scrum project management. It turns spreadsheets into easily digestable and shareable data saving me time and headaches and organizations a lot of money. It integrates with platforms I am already using and provides an excellent way to collaborate with a globally distributed team to improve process efficiencies. Out of the box, it easy to use and comes with tons ofcollaboration features, timeline views, calendar views, time tracking features, and dozens of integrations - it's really the best.
There are a few enhancments I would like to see - such as linking subtasks to multiple boards and has some limitations for task dependencies. Their support has been good, but I think it can be a slower turnaround and automated responses - unless you're an enterprise user, I don't think you can get hands on help which I would like the option to pay for from time to time vs. digging through webinars. This, however, doesn't discourage me from loving Monday.com - I'm just looking forward to enhacmeets to the already great product.
The visual boards that can be viewed anytime saves us time/money/ and unnecessary meetings - overall it improves project/program management efficiencies for our organization.
Monday. com makes it easy to develop low code applications quickly. It allows you to interact with all areas of the business and deliver quick reports to measure KPI's for decision making. The advantage of using monday.com is the speed of development.
Creo que deberian existir menos versiones de licenciamiento. Por ahora no hemos visto desventajas alcontrario monday.com ha acelerado nuestra comunicacion interna.
