Monday makes it possible to update the progession of the projects. It is very clear and intuitive to use. it also helps that you can assign yourself to tasks and mark it as complete.
The only thing I don't really like is that you need to have the same columns on your board. Sometimes it would be handy to have other colums on the same board but for different groups. Maybe there is a specific template for that, that I don't know off.
overview of all openstanding projects and the status of the projects and also to see who is in charge of what specific item in the project. it also shows other departments what the status of a project is.
The ability to use various forms of collaboration with team members and track project progress easily. It's nice to be able to add an informal checklist to a pulse or sub-pulse for further task management.
Unfortunately, the scroll targets leave something to be desired. Searching and filtering work reasonably well but there are speed issues. Almost all issues I've had have improved over time and Monday has consistently improved on the product.
As an avenue for team collaboration and project reference, Monday has been great. Small notes can be made so nothing is forgotten, entire conversations can be saved, and the interface is reasonably intuitive.
Easy to update tasks. Perfect to manage a large number of activities and streams
I think it can improve the notifications settings, specially to give more detailed options in the channels.
Specially the task management, the storage of information across the different areas of the company. It s very helpful to receive the planning of new Deployment with different stakeholders.
I like how flexible it is and that it can be used for projects of different sizes. Most of the features work well, and it is an excellent tool for project management. The best features are it's automation ability. That I can set rules to droup cards by their status.
I dislike the editing options. When adding bulleted pionts to an update or bullet poins within a bulleted list, the editor messes up the formatting. This makes it hard to copy bulleted lists into the updates and notes
Monday.com has made it easier to realize our project management goals for different clients. We use it to manage our project requirements, resources and plans for future improvements.
We use Monday to ceep track of all the different development projects we are running and with Monday we have full control from the idea to the finished product!
Monday is very flexible and if you don't know all the features it can be hard to get started in a good direction, we like to have more examples for product development.
With several people working from home, Monday helps us to keep everyone on track with all projects!
I love how easy it is to share a board and enjoy the Slack integration so I can keep tabs on when updates are made to a board that I regularly rely on or reference.
I don't personally find it super useful as a To Do list and for organizing my tasks, simply because I like the traditional to do list better and don't need the bells and whistles.
Super helpful for storing a bunch of information that an entire team needs access to regularly, but wants to be able to find the very specific piece of info they need in just a glance.
A very intuitive system for project management and peers collaboration. A lot of third-party integration options makes it easier to migrate existing data
I wish that I could customize automations for my purposes.
easy way to collaborate with peers and keep track of project advancement.
How easy it is to track where you are in the process of a project form scoping to live project/development to QA and all moments in between.
Everything meets my needs within the Monday system.
We are creating large-scale efficiency for our team internally.
Monday is a very powerful tool that can be adapted to suit many different use-cases and workflows. It is easy and intuitive to use. For team task management it is excellent.
One of our workflows required reconciling financial data recorded in Monday with third-party tool and this proved difficult. We found use-cases other than simple task management were not as smooth as we would like.
We used Monday to manage order workflow through the stages of quoting, invoicing and shipping. We used it for team tasks, and tried to use it for managing software development.
It is very flexible and allows different setups for different teams or project types. Easy to compile information and communicate on a specific project.
Some features are not fully fleshed out. Features we find useful have dissapeared in the past in favor of other features that don't work as well for us.
Project data all in one place. Communication around a project all in one place.
Projects and tasks can be organized in one place.
The tool needs to add more features included in their plans, basically, you need to pay for extra features.
My workspace is organized, we have 2-10 users, and each team member has its own tasks board.
I love the UI and simplicity of this CRM. It is very easy to use, train users, and execute common tasks that are done on a daily basis in any departments of any company
There is not much in the form of automated action nor customizability of information. For example, there is no dashboard analytics to be used for sales funnel information, and there is not much you can add for each lead as well.
We are solving the problems of being able to easily communicate and add information for our manufacturing/value add projects, while also being able to accurately track lead information and communicate with our sales teams for better conversion rates.
Monday.com is highly user-friendly, so even the less "tech-friendly" employees at your organization will be able to use this with ease.
There's honestly nothing I don't like about Monday.com.
It's simplified ownership of accounts for our sales team. It's also helped tremendously with our monthly and yearly-end goals and projections.
1. The user flow and easy navigation between features. Here I can track all the tickets and kick-off the entire project using Monday.com. We recently moved out of Atlassian and getting used to the platform. 2. All the features are handy and can mark the status as per the current status of the project. 3. The status marking, adding the stakeholder to the task, and marking the priority level are well architectured.
1. The user video tutorial pop-up is confusing. So the video placement is not correct which giving a weird look to the dashboard, indeed the first-time user gets confused with the video there on the bottom right of the dashboard. 2. Also I am unable to mention the summary of the task and I need to edit that page by clicking on the edit icon. 3. To add the other stakeholders to the task the invite option doesn't work for no reason.
1. It's an easy way to build a feature from scratch - Design > Dev > QA > Release. All the options are provided right afront. Basically, there's very little friction. 2. Though the software is an extended version of Jira, it has got many jubilant features 3. The classification of the issues and adding new feature requirement notes is a great choice for the users to classify among their work. 4. The features which are on the left panel to organize the projects is another advantage of taking the building the new products instantly.
Monday has been the solution to the exponential growth of our company. Undoubtedly necessary for the management of new projects taking into account the team's growth, the best tool so that no task is forgotten.
Not being able to directly have an assistant in Spanish by phone to help us find the best distribution solution taking into account the needs of our company
team management, task control, timings, detection of work peaks
The schedules are easy to keep track of. Project management is effortless which numerous types of columns. There customer service is very responsive and quick. I love having colors for charts and tabs.
Need more templates such as doing time sheets, or a better calendar integration. Program does have some lag issues. Need a better app for mobile devices would help. It is hard to scroll through scheduled and columns on my phone. Offer a way to attached emails from outlook.
It helps me manage my projects and keep everyone up to date on project.
The ability to share and work seamlessly with peers. This tool creates the ability to work together and have seamless integration into other platforms we use everyday. Monday.com gives us a holistic view of our projects. This way, we can provide our team with fast and personalized help.
Great product nothing to dislike. We liked everything about the platform.
Having quick access to projects is super convenient and helps us turn our team into well informed team members who can add value in different areas of the business through there visibility the app provides on projects.
I like how flexible and visually appealing the platform is. Monday is also very easy to use. In a lot of ways, Monday is similar to Excel, which I like, and it exports to Excel which is another big plus.
The settings on notifications are a bit confusing. I have not figured out how to turn off notifications that go off for each action I do in my Monday calendar. I would prefer to not get notifications each time anything is updated in Monday, espiecially since I was the one doing most of the updating, and getting notifications for each task I updated.
I currently use Monday as a content production and distribution calendar to keep track of the current status of all of our pieces of content. It also helps to project manage other things like a web development project I have been working on. It helps keep in snyc all of the steps we need to take to accomplish our project.
The colours and the layout of monday.com is good
I think the notes section can be more expanded
organizing projects/bugs/testing
Monday.com is really to simple to use and setup for our project, inner task and product backlog management.
The workflows don't always execute. We're not sure why,
Having a team board of all the tasks and projects we're working on. It's really easy for the board to see this level of detail.
