easy to use, and I like that you can see how many tasks you have on any particular day
nothing, its so much easier than any platforms I have used in the pst
I know exactly who I have to call and can see the most important leads first
All the platform's versatility and the great team behind who are consistently answering our needs
I think that charts need to be more editable.
We solved our team´s priorities. Made time tracking, standarized some procedures, and more and more.
The ease of use and the way that it makes clear to check on status and also to share info with clients.
Honestly, I still did not find a particular thing I dislike about Monday.
Checking individual sprints for projects and also having a board dedicated for an overview of all ongoing projects. It makes our lives easier with a glimpse and everyone stays aligned.
Easy to use and navigate. Simple to follow online guides. It has compleytely changed the way we work as a company for the better.
It's frustrating when you can't get quite the right automation set up for an activity.
Monday.com is streamlining our activity. There is much more trasparency accross the company which has improved efficiency, process, workflows and teamwork.
Using Monday allows me to keep track of all my projects, manage my workflow and collaborate with others in my organization and external users. I moved to use Monday from a different platform and I got to admit that Monday is better by far.
The only downside I found using Monday is there is no ability to bulk update permissions to users/boards, only manually.
The most significant advantage for me using Monday is the ability to collaborate on projects and share info with internal and external users.
If you're new to Project Management tools, I recommend Monday.com as it is effortless to use and navigate. The interface is clean and visually appealing. It's highly customizable based on your use case, so it doesn't matter what line of business you're in. The features are mostly self-explanatory, and there's a community you can tap into for support. In addition, there are so many templates to choose from and make an inspiration when building your boards.
Pricing makes this tool less attractive to me. I much prefer paying per user like any other Project Management tool than for the number of seats.
It's makes working and collaborating a lot easier! It saves me a few hours by automating things :)
Monday.com helps us to manage all our projects in a seamless way. The user interface is built with simplicity in mind. It's highly customizable in order to fit in to our different projects needs. It's aslo help the management track each project and aslo see the time taken for each project completion.
Monday.com is very flexible and easy to use application. We have no regrets so far. No dislike.
Monday.com is one of the most advanced project management application. Easy to use and it's highly customizable. It's easy to track each projects progress and see the time take on each project. Customer support is very responsive and ready to assist.
There are too many to list. From the board variety to the automation and integrations - it is hard to find something that lacks. The company is always improving and releasing new features. They have a transparent idea portal with a roadmap to see what is next. The tool is easy and intuitive to use, and if you want to become a power user, there are a lot of resources to help you learn the platform's intricacies.
I honestly can't say I really dislike anything. I have been using Monday.com since early 2020. Everything that I had wished they had then they have since implemented. We even use Monday.com for personal use (Party planning, household projects, budgeting, etc.)!
Monday.com helps me track projects at a high level and the minute details. We integrate it with Typeform to capture survey responses to analyze the data. It helps me track my individual tasks. We integrate with Fellow, and I can pull in my action items from there to track in Monday. We track new hires and associated onboarding tasks. The rest of my organization uses it for informational purposes (company directory, asset tracking, etc.) and project management. I know many of my colleagues also use it for personal task tracking. I even have a board template for onboarding my new direct reports.
i like colors and user friendly interface
so many freatures take time to learn, easy access to tutorials would be helpful
task org and kpi tracking + sales tracking
Boards management, tasks submissions, automations. Direct messages and notifications to email and slack account. Filtering tasks in boards. Substask management of a task. And commenting of a task - I mean writing updates and making conversation about the task in the task thread.
Organization of archived "done" tasks. Because my team always open another board for each month to collect all completed tasks. We dont use these boards. It works as our archive.
Tasks logging and priorization. A good organization which task is assigned to whom. And the chat thread that each task has helps to keep track of the discussion.
