Easy to Use, Great Organizational Tool for an organization!
Nothing, it seems that overall with the updates it works as well as it should!
It's a great organizational tool to keep track of current projects and their progress.
Monday.com help me navigate our project assignment more clear and accessible. User-Friendly.
Monday.com is so easy to access by everyone. The security that files might be edited by the team is so possible.
Daily workflow is easy to grind because of Monday.com. Files and documents for every project is accessible by everyone in the team.
Working for a global company, we can work on collaborative boards together.
For what I Monday for I don't have any negative feedback
Started in the pandemic, we needed to find a way to help us collaborate and work together without doing double the work
The facility to follow the projects in progress and their evolution. We know who is doing what and when We use tables with sub-elements to distribute the work between the teams
For me, the only thing missing is a function to fill the cells when they are created automatically, or to copy / paste mutiple cells but it is so easy to use that you can do it manually with just a few clicks.
Thanks to Monday I am able to solve the follow-up and organization problems that can occur in a company with several departments and employees. Our performance and speed have increased thanks to Monday.
So easy to start using without a lot of training. Standard version allows me to do what I need and let guests use the board to make updates.
I'm still trying to figure out what dashboard templates I can use to help see what I need easily.
Easy to see all tasks and who's assigned, what the status is.
Easy to use. Able to create projects with a variety of parameters, such as tags, dates, people etc. Very easy to utilize amongst peers.
Sometimes there are updates made and most of the time everything had been going smoothly and the update is not an improvement.
Being able to keep track of project status that is shared with other team members.
Monday.com is a central place for us to manage all out projects, communications, files and help collaborate all different teams from different geographies and timezone. It has great user interface, the tool is highly customizable and super simple to use. Our team generally uses Monday.com to create and manage tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress. There are other ton of important features that Monday.com offers like preset templates, integrations with 3rd party platforms, reporting, etc.
Becomes quite expensive for larger teams and organizations. Also, the mobile app is not as powerful and flexible as the web app. The customizations offered are great but sometimes overkill in terms of managing those features.
It is a central place for everyone in our organisation to get a stack of each project and task. What's stuck and who is accountable can be easily tracked while the time tracking helps identify how much billable/non-billable hours have been spent on any particular task. Also, a great collaboration tool for our team and the end clients
Easy to use. It is a tool that can be used for different things to keep track off and helps organize.
I would say the cost for membership enrollments.
The graphing and dashboards are very helpful when creating reports.
Monday gets everyone working and collaborating in the same space, up and running in a short time and in a flexible manner. This pairs well with choosing your way of working.
I would love to see some improvements with batch changes and better functionality with the mirroring capability. Better integration for subitems to items would help too.
We are planning book publishing, periodicals, feature films, social media posts, marketing campaigns, online articles, online courses, events, all within Monday.
We are able to cebtralise all the information of a project within a single place. No emails, no ppts, no excels. And immediate exchanges are done through the comment fields.
I would like that the guests we are able to add to the board were illimited at least with only view rights as our projects are huge and we have extensive stakeholders that need visibility too.
We use to use a wide variety of software and tools to store information and to communicate with the stakeholders. With monday we've gained on time and visibility
Is an intuitive solution that allows you to manage long processes easily, I like being able to have several people involved and that each of them can have their control
I have nothing negative about it. So far, I'm pretty satisfied with the solution.
Process management, task organization, scaling projects, knowing how things are going without having to ask
We use Monday for project mgmt as well as a ticketing system for updating records, creating new users, report requests and troubleshoting. Monday.com makes it easy to customize our ticketing form or project details and be able to keep multiple stakeholders updated on the progress of the project.
We have run into a couple of different API updates that end up breaking our Zapier connection to Slack each time, which is a bit of a headache, but we have been able to resolve the issue each time it has happened. The pros definitely out weigh these issues that have only come up a couple times.
We are using it as a ticketing system for updating records, reporting troubleshooting tickets, requesting new user setup, new field/feature requests, and reporting requests. This has allowed me as an admin, to reduce the number of individual slack messages I am receiving which has given me additional time back in my day to work on proactive projects instead of spending so much time being reactive. Other parts of our company are utilizing it for managing projects. They've been able to keep organized on their project progress and keep multiple people updated on those statuses.
Monday is customisable, so we build project management, dashboards, task tracking and resource management to fit our needs, and can adapt as the business changes.
I don't feel Monday really acts a CRM in the way I need it to. I'm sure we could build it, but it feels like more work than something off the shelf and less powerful.
Monday.com provides our business with a management tool that provides visibility across projects for our team and for our clients. It creates transparency over workloads and allows clear and simple communication on tasks and projects.
Its clear and intuitive, but still powerful and highly customizable.
Limited integration with microsoft teams, would like to be able to create a todo from a chat message.
Staying on top of multiple projects.
- It helps me to plan all my activities per the Sprint and complete them within the time allotted for the task. - It helps me to organize my activities per the priority. - Good tool for coordination of the task within the team and easy to divide into subgroups. - It helps me to fill out the timesheet. - It helps me to track my all past activities in one place.
Dividing the task into multiple subgroups needs improvement.
Planning the task in advance. Time Tracking of the activities. Organize all my activities in one place. Track the issue.
Great product for managing demands in big corporate teams with complex structures. Love the freedom in customization for diffent types of workflow.
The use is more focused on internal demands. Would like to see more integration with external channels of communication.
It solves our need to collaborate with different teams inside the company and keep track of different projects and tasks in a centralized way.
The UI is clean, user-friendly, and intuitive, making it easy to track, share, and view information. I love that it is highly configurable and efficiently manages test management for our projects for various stakeholders.
I wish it would calculate due dates based on child tasks and have visuals to indicate where jobs are late, approaching running late or completed early. I wish it also allowed me to capture dependencies across single or multiple boards.
Creating a simple, clean and friendly way to capture test management for a global project with many stakeholders. It also provide support to capturing, assigning and tracking tasks for the program.
It has everything! Integrations with CRM, Active Projects and other work verticals
GitLab integration its not that good, and GitHub integration is out of date.
Our roadmap was kind blurry, without good planning, and our backlog was everywhere.
The system is so simple to use, incredibly flexible, and takes only a few hours to learn. New employees can pick it up in a week and existing employees have no trouble in switching to it as an alternative.
There are one or two things the system does not yet allow for that would make the entire process slightly more powerful. I would like more flexibility in graphing users tasks and burn-down charts.
My company had massive issues tracking and recording tasks that our team was focused on. Many of our dormant projects were not being revisited because we did not have successful methods of storing our project milestones lists and notes. The daily mail feature helped us stay on top of current tasks and plan our future tasks. When we paired this with the "My Work" section we noticed a massive improvement in the overall control of tasks and deadlines.
I love how customizable it is to fit most any need. I work with a lot of different professional teams with unique processes and needs and Monday is by far the most comprehensive tool I've found to stay organized and collaborate.
Sometimes it can be a bit confusing, and there's a bit of a learning curve at first. Nothing that can't be overcome :)
I am on so many different teams and I need a tool that is customizable to fit each need. I love the automations features and customization options.
