its easier to produce report on all the thing/task that we have done

no point based reward for team effort/task, i had to use formula column my self

Monday is so helpful for all our workspace needs. Across a large team with different departments, there's been no better way for us to work on projects and communicate efficiently and effectively with one another. We use Monday daily and have loved the process of implementing it across all departments this year.

Monday has many intricacies and although there are some tutorial videos, I wish there were more in deptch tutorials so I could best maximize all monday has to offer.

Monday has helped us solve communication gaps and deadlines misscommunications

The layout off the app is really simple and easy to locate projects and notifications. Once a task is completed you can tick it off, set deadlines and is a great piece of software to work collabratively as a team, I use this app everyday! I would highly recomend Monday to my friends and family. Using Monday is like having a visual to do list helping your work load not feel overwhelming and prevents any incomplete tasks. Monday team have been really helpful answering any queries the team had when setting up our account and now all staffs are able to use MOnday with ease.

It would be great if it had a built in timer so you could track how long a task takes.

It is helping with my time management, keeps my work load organised and easy to locate. The abilty to give projects deadlines and priority ranking is a great feature :)

As part of a dev team, i use monday to keep track of issues and schedule in changes and amends.

Monday.com is very easy to use, setup, configure and obviously, the API endpoiint is really straightforward once you get used to the requirements to make it work with 3rd-party systems. It has several important features like: dashboard, triggers, integration with all the environments. Also, we use the software frequently since we have all the production team involved using Monday for daily operations. Finally, we do also love the tech support when we get any issue.

Sometimes there are some issues that needs to be scalated thru customer support and that takes a few hours until we get them solved but service is really good and helpful

We use Monday.com to track our daily operations there by integrating it with our own CRM so we can easily follow-up on each order by the constant deals that come into the pipeline. That helps us a lot to keep control of every account that we need to work on.

I love Monday.com and I tell people about it all the time! As a marketer for a multi-location brewery, I use it all day, every day for a variety of projects from event submissions to managing our various social media schedules to keeping track of my personal to-do list. It's so easy to use, and I love the automations that most other task managers lack. I can't imagine not using it at every job I have going forward.

It can be a bit glitchy on occasion, and the mobile app doesn't work exactly the same as the Mac desktop app. For more complicated processes like taking event submissions and copying them to multiple boards, it can take some creativity to build a system of automations and buttons to get them to all the right spots, and when I asked for customer support to clean up what I'd built, they basically said, "yeah, this works" without offering any guidance.

We manage all of our projects and to-do lists in Monday.com including event submissions, social media schedules, merchandise planning and tracking, sales calendars, etc. It keeps all of our projects in one place and offers tons of automations that speed up and streamline our workflow.

It is solving communication problem. Since we are working remotely, we are in different timezone, monday creates a way to get personalized notifications

I use Monday for projects, task list or anything I want to get out of my head and take action on. It has been a great tool for me in running several businesses.

I wish the calculated formulas were a bit more like Excel type formulas. That would make it much easier to add those fields.

It keeps everyone on the same page allowing us to see projects visually, customize as needed and take action .

There are many things you can do and I enjoy their custom automations.

There are many features and it the platform definitely has a learning curve that is a bit intimating and time consuming.

Being able to have a large group focus on the important parts of a project and having project items all in one place.

Not all columns can be migrated to board

Monday dev is providing frequent updates that bring more and easier ways to use the platform in my daily work. Everytime I get an email notifying about these updates, I get excited and want to know about the news.

Easy to use, great for planning/organising work and notifying colleagues when work is completed or for leaving messages regarding a project.

It would be nice to leave replies to individual list items within a message.

Monday.com will help to organize all of the ongoing projects, It will help you to keep track, follow up, and have everything under control in your organization. All the automation helps to avoid manual entries and have a professional way of communicating with your stakeholders via email (integrations are easy to do) In my department, we use this daily and it has been such a great experience.

Even though there might be some things that are not there yet, the team in Monday.com implements your feedback and we can see some enhancements every month. If we have any questions or feedback we can contact Customer Support and we get the assistance quickly!

I like how Monday offers different type of way for the same goal that you want to achieve so you have different options and can pick the best that goes with you

I dislike that sometimes it doesn't sync automatically and you have yo refresh the page

We can track all the tasks and all the issues and is easy to see and understand how things are moving and the status of each of them

User friendliness. Everyone able toeasily nagivate the UI. Never have issues with servers.

I have started using Monday.com in my organization last year and it was been a 360 turnaround on my workload. I used to do everything in Googleslides and it was always a challenge to follow up with the other stakeholder , but with Monday my projects are way better organized and the deadlines are always completed on time.

Not everyone on our organization uses Monday.com so that cause a challenge when following up with stakeholders that do not have a Monday.com account

Making my projects more organized and help me out not needing to send out a bunch of emails but having the whole story of the project in just one place

The varied templates/uses - there's a lot of different ways to use Monday no matter what the project is. It's easy to set up and also easy to import info if you don't want to start from scratch.

Sometimes some of the columns are a little fiddly - but this is a very minor dislike.

Keep an organised track of projects, reduces excessive amounts of spreadsheets and email chains - everyone can go to one central place for the info they need.

Does not restrict you to a specific workflow.

Jira has more native integrations with other dev tools.

This tool got our team up and running so fast. Its been a real game changer in terms of assigning tasks and staying on top of our roadmap!

It's a great tool. I can't think of anything I dislike about it

Being able to automate Excel sheets saves so much time from having to manually go through and update row by row while allowing to see the changes in real-time. Really helps showing customer accurate data.

I have everything in one easy to see easy to browse format, with dates, follow ups and all the information we need to get the work accomplised

when you delete somehting it is GONE. I know it is in a hlding place, but I chnged the numbers on a file acidently one time and there was NO way to gt it back

it is our ticket tracking software, it is our project board, it is how we brianstorm and put projects together all in one place

Possibilities are endless due to the amount of features available for the users. Ease of use is key.
