Tools that allow customization of each project. Accurate registration and different ways to visualize the flow of tasks. Compared to other similar platforms, the synchronization of the tools with Google products works well.
It simply lacks more tools or resources that can automate functions. Moday can improve on its diagnostic and download format options. More functions to measure the results of each project and identify errors.
Monday excellently simplified the volume of project tasks, accessible and easy for everyone involved, helped me visualize the real workload and time, to make key decisions and solve.
I like the fact that is present a voting system.
At least on my computer, it takes a bit to load the main page
There are a lot of benefits, like it's easier to work with a lot of people. Surely it's a good investment, and allows me to be more productive.
Monday. com is advantageous for: 1.Distribute teamwork and track project progress and completion. 2. It can be used for daily work management, departmental planning, and video creation. 3. Map and calendar screens are available. 4. We can see who is responsible for each phase of the project by looking at the schedule. 5. It is useful as it integrates with other platforms like Mailchimp and Shopify, which speeds up project operations.
1. Some key Monday.com features, like calendar views, are only available at the most expensive subscription levels. 2. The monday.com mobile app is slow to start on both iOS and Android, and we've been stuck using it multiple times.
1. Monday.com competes for the simplicity of project management by reducing the assignment of specific tasks to team members. 2. Transparency and accountability are promoted and simplified. 3. Enable team members to use collaboration tools such as messaging, file sharing, and feedback on work progress, helping to streamline work processes.
Monday is an excellent substitute for email. Allows monitoring of all daily tasks with the flexibility to adapt to the needs of all areas of the company
I had to manually disable email notifications because it was cluttering my inbox.
It allows me to assign tasks to different teams and maintain visibility of all my projects. It is also useful for delivering project progress reports.
Tjhe flexibility of the tool, the variety of options.
In fact, nothing. We really like the tool.
We are using the tool for project management and tickets. We solved a lot of double communications.
Like the option to monitor all team members task in one location which provide option to monitor all
Some of the cells might be confused, maybe add more color options
Too much documentation to handle and efficient management tools Removing needs of countering employee's tasks.
I really like the spirit of simplicity and the automations we can create to simplify our daily work.
The tools are more complicated to master at first! But once we have taken the time to dive into it, it becomes much easier!
We use Monday.com for our daily work with our development team! Thus we were able to set up a more coherent workspace for our employees, and we all know what needs to be done, if I am able to help my collaborator, and to have more regular reporting!
I like the possibility to color everything diferently and add labels
I think I dont like the the app does not automatic refresh the info in the dashboards
I'm a developer, the app help me organize my team and the tasks
Monday is such an amazing piece of software as it keeps everything so organized. As a graphic designer, it is also super helpful to see what other people are working on as a team. I can always know what my colleagues are working on.
I believe a new coding system would be better than having 10 numbers or so. Other than that, I believe the creators on Monday have come up with every possible solution and tackled in accordingly .
As a graphic designer, our department works on Monday with organizing new projects and who works on what. Even for collaborative work, it is super helpful knowing where people are at and is anyone is struggling.
I like Monday.com allows you to see the progress of the projects immediately, to solve the situations of the participants, it also allows options to visualize the data and the progress of the projects, such as the Kanban system and the Gantt chart, it allows a variety of templates available that help organize the activities of each area of the organization, ideal for creating our workflows, comments on activities and the progress of all tasks are updated immediately.
Monday.com does not provide internal forms with update features, nor does it provide a much-needed chat feature to engage in team conversations.
Monday.com saves time in workflows, is a means to keep up with work schedules, accommodates the email connection, is useful for improving data storage and time tracking, and provides alternatives to keep workflows structured.
It's easy to get started and to onboard clients to use the system. It's a great way for the team to communicate task progress and to deliver the project to the client promptly online. It's also been handy to use the Docs feature on Monday where we can discuss the weekly internal agendas.
There is an issue I reported about subitems in Monday where the updates do not appear unless you click into the notification of that update. It's not okay knowing that updates are not seen on the board because of this bug. I already put in a task for this but I have not yet heard of a response or update on this issue.
Problem being solved is having a central place for all client requests. The benefit we get mostly is having only one place to find everything which is helpful, not having to open so many tabs on the browser makes it easier to work.
Like the option to monitor all team members' task in one location
Some of the cells might be confused, maybe add more color options
Too much documentation to handle. Removing needs of countering employee's tasks.
Monday.com's customisability is by far one of its biggest plusses. It's wide range of templates allow the system to adapt to the ever-changing needs of our business. Combined with automations, this makes for an incredibly powerful project management tool.
Sometimes status updates and automation can glitch. Text widgets on dashboards are supposed to autosave, but we find ourselves often having to retype notes / updates because they fail to save.
Monday.com has solved our capacity forcasting needs, as well as becoming our main project management system. It is also where we have chosen to base our Knowledge Base.
Monday is a great product for managing team, backlog and features, roadmap, and on many verticals! The product is very intuitive and easy to use. The ability to link an email to a specific row is a great feature!
I would love to kill Jira and Confluence and have Monday as the tool for managing the product backlog, sprints, and also all the development side. If not at least I would improve the link between Monday and Jira/Confluence. I would love to see hoe Monday improve our bugs handling
Transparency between the different departments on the high-level of company's focus. No more sticky notes and excel all in one simple board for internal and external members!
Mixing my individual to do list with team collab tasks, Monday is now my one stop shop for keeping myself and the whole organisation goal focused. Would thoroughly recommend.
It can be a little pricey per head. But arguably still competitive!
The business used to be a beehive of unnecessary email activity. Tasks are now more structured and focused.
We started using Monday.com in 2020 when all the team was working from home due to the pandemic. We needed a tool to keep track of all the tasks and that allowed us have a centralized dashboard to monitor all our business.
Sometimes can be overwhelming to start a new page from scratch. You need a bit of experience using Monay.com at its best. Sometimes can be tricky to set automations and expecially to stop it if you don't need them anymore.
We now have a centralized dashboard to monitor our business, from invoices to employees' tasks. This allows us to be more productive and focus more on what brings value to our business.
Being so customizable that it works on any project that you throw in to, said it could make you more productive and versatile. Monday.com is created for every task that you make.
I hope in the project, you can see it as a vertical view like an app or something not just horizontal like you always scroll on to see the entire project; maybe it's nice if you click a project you can see call its assets
using monday.com as a team; we work on it side by side, updating each other because we work in a remote area; we have been working like we are with each other, and that as great
Overall it's very customizable. Really felt like I was able to make a task tracking and roadmap board that fit exactly what I was hoping for. Made things a lot less clunky than Jira
No big complaints so far. I wish the Slack integration was a bit more useful than just creating tickets. Also not the easiest to "share" a ticket between two workspaces
Roadmapping and task tracking
The interface of this application is superb. It is very easy to create a layout so that you can track whatever you need exactly was you want to. The interface is fast - very slick and easy, and intuitive to use.
It is becoming quite a big eco system - and some of the functionality we might not use. I am concerned in future it will be out priced for what we use - but I am sure the team will do billing in a modular way.
Our entire digital team can now know exactly what projects are currently running, where we are in terms of timelines, what is done, and what is outstanding. The notifications is also great to know real-time when someone is done with a card.
I have used monday.com in past for few projects and it's very simple to use and lightweight project management tool with lot's of colors.
sometimes the user interface is bit confusing but overall it's good
project management and task management
Flexible, powerful software that can be adapted to nearly any workflow and project tracking requirement. Since we starting using Monday.com over two years ago, the Monday team have developed what was already a great product into a truly awesome one. Adding powerful features almost weekly. The support team a super responsive to tickets raised and get back to you in what feels like an instant, with professional and helpful responses.
As it is so flexible, it can get a little complex keeping it all tied together. Spend some time prototyping workflows to develop the best ones that suit you, then lock them down!
We use it to manage our software and solution delivery track and deliver changes. Pretty much everything and anything. We use forms for client data collection and surveys. We use the views to allow clients to see the project status. Monday.com allows us to have one system for so many things that simplify internal processes and enable us to manage many business functions and processes easily and coherently.
Monday.com allows my colleagues and me to collaborate on complex projects across an entire portfolio, all the while providing insightful data. We use it daily, weekly, and quarterly depending on the objective.
I do not like that the pricing packages limit some key features that I argue shouldn't be part of the highest tier. Copying and templating is a reasonably common action, and to commoditize that is unscrupulous!
We are solving inter-team collaboration inefficiencies. We have been able to project plan across team members and execute project deliverables using monday.com
you can organize each workspace, great for big teams, very easy to customize each board and easily filter in the board, and simple to add a new task and link it to other tasks then creating subtasks from it
UI can be a bit complex and sometime it become difficult to undersand few things specially sorting points on the board is not useful. Sometime their server is not working and which creates a problem
I use it in my company for sprint task management, when working on features, bugs, hotfixes
The application is User friendly, and most of the UI color is fabulous it looks to me so good as the most of the other applications give you only one or two colors only.
Nothing to dislike if there is a desktop application it will be great in case of no internet and integration with outlook or microsoft product will be much appreciated as well thank you
I didn't face any problem with monday.com I have some benefits that make my work as an analyst easy as I can find very easy what is the tasks required for myself
I love the UX in additional to how easy it is to use, we have a small team so it's really easy for me to keep up with in addition to the team for using everday
I think it could use more integration with tools like GitHub and other CI/CD platforms so we can merge changes based on status
I am the CTO of a startup and it has helped us get from Ground Zero -> MVP -> Launch because of how organized it i keeps me and the team; we need Monday everyday to keep us on track
Very easy to use and user friendly interfact makes it seamless to management projects
Platform is Quite expensive and may not be affordable. Simple user authentication and permissions are only available in enterprise plan which is silly
Using it for project management and trying to remove jira
Easy to use. I'm terrible at Excel. Organization is key.
Sometimes, the commands aren't as simple to remember how to use.
Staying on the same page with colleagues that are not in the same office. Takes away the pain of sending countless emails.
everything is in one place and i can scgedule follow ups
Initially hard to navigate but fine once you are familiar
keeping the teams leads in one place
What I like best about Monday is how easy it is to manage tasks and schedules. It only takes a few clicks to create, validate and assign a task to someone. The organization and reorganization of tables are also easy to use.
There's not much I don't like about it. What is missing is the possibility of having a central panel, and from this one, you can assign tasks to other boards and follow them up.
Manage user tests and better debug our web and mobile applications. The company's performance has increased by 200%. We have not received any financial benefit from Monday
The flexibility and automation which we have across all the boards. Also, we like the dashboard which helps us to review everything at on place
As a software development company we have to use some 3rd parties for API documentation so that would be great if we can get a feature for API documentation
Project Management Financials Forcasting Automatic reminders Benefits are following 1. Automatic reminders 2. Easy to keep track everything
