Let me introduce you to my secret weapon for project management: monday.com! This platform is an absolute game-changer, combining user-friendly features with a boatload of resources that make even the trickiest projects a breeze. Say goodbye to confusing interfaces and hello to the exciting world of efficient project management!
An area in need of improvement is monday.com's support ticket system. Currently, some users have reported challenges when seeking assistance through the support ticket system. The response times may not always meet expectations, and there might be instances where the solutions provided are not fully satisfactory. monday.com could focus on strengthening their support ticket system by allocating more resources to promptly address user inquiries and enhance the quality of the responses. By prioritizing customer support, monday.com would demonstrate a commitment to ensuring user satisfaction and foster stronger relationships with their user base. We previously used HubSpot and their support system was FANTASTIC! I would like that team to come and work for Monday.com
Work Smarter, Not Harder: Once you've customized your boards and workflows, get ready for an absolute joyride! monday.com has cracked the code for intuitive usability, making your project management experience a total blast. We are about to really start using their CRM product and looking forward to writing a gleaming review for that as well!
- We have used it for IT tickets management and it works like a charm. Dashboard shows all tickets in a color coded tabular format which is totally customizable. - Integration center supports easy integration with Slack, Dropbox, Teams, Outlook & plenty of other applications. -Automated ticketing is also supported. -All Boards can be exported to Excel or saved as templates.
- User permissioning will take some time to get used to. -If your external integration fails you have no other option apart from contacting Support & that resolution will take a few hours. -Product is expensive if you compare with other counterparts such as Zoho.
We use it for internal IT tickets management after having tried Jira, this one is fun to work upon and most customisation is available with the administrator unlike Atlassian Jira which is mostly fixed.
I can get notifications on my phone, update tasks, and write notes, and also the flexibility of the tool allows me to manage projects efficiently compared to others; I can share a project, collaborate and update tasks with clients. It saves me emails and time. The integrations are fantastic
I think Monday can improve the security systems of sharing and also the number of seats is limited.
I can use only one tool and manage all my work in there
Monday.com is extremely accessible and user-friendly for users with all ranges of experience in business and project management software. It's easy to learn, simple to understand, and excellent to get organization up and running with small or large projects, making communication with multiple departments easy and painless. Everything "works" without hassle; even the simple functionality of the clipboard feature integrating flawlessly is something to appreciate.
It was a little challenging to figure out why my account permissions would allow me to see some boards and not others and request invitations to those company boards I was missing. When I was a new user, it would have been helpful if I could search for existing boards, see I was not a part of that group, and request an invitation from the board owner.
Organizing website and feature performance across multiple teams within our organization. My department uses it to plan projects, track data and assign individual tasks. Information is easily accessible, and with our Monday boards we can see the points of contact for every project. All data is clearly outlined and simple to access and update.
It works perfectly on my iMac, iPad, iPhone or every other device that i may use.
Automations are a bit expensive, but overall it is really really great
I have everything i need in one place from every devise
Monday.com have an excellent user interface with easy-tracking live dashboards and boards where we manage the daily base data. This tool also provides many templates for project management and finance, sales and CM board. We have the form option to track each feedback report to get feedback from another person not using the monday.com platform.
Subitems and formula columns cannot be tracked in dashboards; if the formula column has some labels not able to add automation in boards that have dependencies of other columns.
We have done cloud migrations data to the monday.com platform. It solves the problem of time tracking each person working on their project. Easy tracking on monday.com with the help of a live dashboard, workload view and calendar view. Automation and Integration help us a lot in sending notifications on deadlines for their task/incidents and automating some workflow dependencies. Integrating with other applications like JIRA, Asana, AWS, Gmail, google and Outlook got easy to send notifications and migrate data from other cloud applications with the help of REST APIs
Easy nevigation, unique status across team geography, best reporting graphs and drill down industry agnostic
field level validation is not there , pop up msg
unique status across globe and hierarcy, bandwidth utilization effectively, team status, presales status, online collaboration without emails
Very robust platform that seems to anticipate my needs! I love the dashboard feature and how much manual work monday.com eliminates on a daily basis!
monday.com has a few minor improvements to make, such as updating the settings on graphs/charts and keeping the workspaces organized.
monday.com keeps everything in one place and has intuitive filters that help me to prioritize my work and keep others on track, too!
Custom Integration, Automation, Dashboards, Data security and control are one of the best features of monday
The dropdown does not have sufficient automation and the Mirror column
Monday.com is excellent in CRM, Project Management and has a straightforward user interface to manage daily activity and tasks; different data views provide an easy understanding of the data flow, which helps in better decision-making. We have used monday.com to migrate data from remedy solution to monday.com and mapped the data according to requirements in different views and dashboards with correct data view (card view, kanban, chart, workload, calendar) for better understanding and control over activities.
Well, the best and the most imperative thing which Monday Dev covers is the leverage users get when it comes to planning, devising, and formulating intuitive launching strategies for products no matter how complex the project is.
The only thing I dislike is the dull interface because in a cloud platform where everything is "at your fingertips"; the graphs and other sprint structures should look fascinating.
Above all is the ease in the software implementation phase since previously it wasn't easy to track the progress along with organizing the way a developer wants. There were a lot of limitations along with contingencies but now not only Scrum is playing an important role in curating those approaches.
Currently, I am using Monday.com regularly. I have been using it for the past two and a half years. It is straightforward to maintain my activities and the status of the task daily. Very easy to track all my jobs. So, it is beneficial for me.
Sometimes I face site down and face some delay in response, But it rarely happens. that is okay. Otherwise, I do not have any complaints or issues. It's easy to track all my tasks in the excellent dashboard. It is beneficial to maintain my activities.
I can easily maintain my tasks regularly. So, it is convenient for closing the work and finding any other bugs or updates in proper flow. So I can complete my pulse on time and respond to my clients quickly. It is a benefit for me to maintain all my activities.
The best part about Monday.com is that you can automate complex workflows across multiple team members to eliminate the back-and-forth of emails and text messages. MDC does the notifying for you and makes it all run smoothly.
We've been using Monday a long time. Back in they day they were able to implement feature requests quickly. Today it takes them a lot longer, although that must be inevitable with the growth of their company.
Monday.com got us OUT of our email, and eliminated the arduous task of scrolling back through a text message chain trying to find that one piece of information that you remember came through... in MDC there is a logic to where you might have had a conversation so you can reference it later, and if you can't recall they have universal search to help you locate it.
It has an excellent process automation system that allows our operators to generate their reports and tasks much more quickly and effectively, it is possible to share files and reports that we make while maintaining the centralization of information in one place, the ability to integrate with different tools facilitates the flow of work optimally. We use Monday.com in our company on an ongoing basis because it is our main tool for the control and development of workflows due to the large number of tools and customization that the software allows, providing a variety of solutions for all stages of our process and in the different departments of our company.
At the moment it has been little possible to manage the subcategories of the processes, which is sometimes absolutely necessary in our project development, much of basic plug-ins are paid and is not at all profitable to be very simple, there should be more specific plans, for users who keep traveling we do not have an offline service which could be very profitable.
The tool allows us to manage much of our company among all users, the centralization of information is extremely important for us to follow all the same objectives simultaneously, the templates greatly facilitate the work and the ability to customize is flexible with all our operational needs.
The most I like most about Monday is how it keeps my professional life organized. My projects have an order, and even more; I can see my progress. At first, I didn't like it, but in reality, I didn't understand how to get the most out of it. Now, it's one of my main work tools. I recommend it to any company or organization.
Perhaps the not-so-friendly thing about Monday is that I often lose track of all the tabs/projects I have, and even more if it is another team member who creates it. But it's really just that you have to "play" to get acquainted with Monday and get the most out of it.
Oranizacion, organizacion, organizacion! When we do not all work in the same office or many times we are working remotely, the most that is needed is to be all on the same page, and that is achieved by using Monday.
it is easy to use and to follow up on projects with many people in the team
is often a bit complicated or slow to set up
to follow up projects and as a marketing and customer service tool.
Easy to make a quick check-list, to-do list, or even bug tracker. There is so much this tool can do, that I've barely scratched the surface and I've been using it for over a year
Doesn't seem to be a free version, and from what I can tell can only really be used by businesses. Also, small nit-pick the 'table' option in "Updates" doesn play nicely with Excel or Google Sheets when copying and pasting, which is a bit frustrating. I do also wish there were accessable video guides on the different features and use cases of different kinds of Views. Like I don't even know what the heck a Kanban or Gantt are or are used for. But that's probably more on me.
Keeping my task going. And I use the sub-items to breakdown my tasks into smaller more manageable tasks, which is very important for coping with my ADHD. Large tasks can seem too daunting, but the sub-items help me prioritize the parts of the task. Also, the new-ish feature, or at least it was just recently brought to my attention, of the column that shows the progress of the sub-items is AMAZING.
As an experienced software engineer, I appreciate the flexibility and ease of use of monday.com. The platform's automation features have also been incredibly helpful in streamlining project workflows, saving me time and effort. Overall, I find mondayto be a valuable tool for managing projects and portfolios, and I highly recommend it to other software engineers and development teams.
Could be nice to allow to insert code blocks in the descriptions
monday.com is solving several problems for me as a software engineer. Firstly, it provides a flexible and customizable platform for managing project workflows, which allows me to adapt to changing project requirements quickly. The platform's automation features have also helped me save time and reduce errors by streamlining repetitive tasks.
Monday is the perfect platform for managing and completing all internal tasks, collaborations, and projects.
It can feel a little overwhelming some days and I sometimes think I might not be using it to the best of its ability.
All internal communication issues and the lack of accountability my team had before our Operations team grew.
Monday is a super tool 100% recommended, in our company we save a lot process time. Easy to set up, we build all the boards using a video tutorials. We also connect with another services. We track all our operations thru the boards The most amazing think for us, the forms. This provide us a flow process from our customer direct. Avoid a double process inside our office.
The only thin we recommend is to have a outside acces for file, directly to Monday. And do not have to load the link from another cloud company. Form other side, the tools is amazing!
Workflow tracking All team is working in the same. We track with files, pictures, comments, emails, all in the same page. No missing information for the team
