I don't have anything negative to say...

I no longer have to beg clients for reviews. I add the client and a photo of my work, and NiceJob does all the follow-up. Since I started the Convert service combined with Reviews, I've noticed a massive gain in requests for estimates/work. They have taken so much time and effort out of website and review management. I consider NiceJob an essential investment for my business.

Great for busy business owners to gather and manage reviews. Can make a huge impact in differentiating your business and getting additional exposure online.

Getting reviews is hard on your own when your running your business. Trying to remember to follow up with people and ask for a review and making sure you don't hound them if they already have given a review. Nice job takes all of that off my plate for a reasonable fee

Quick and easy to set up, easy to use, and the best way to get reviews from as many customers as possible!!! NiceJob allowed the company to focus on the more important things of the business and stay relavent on Google.

Honestly, there was nothing about NiceJob that I did not like; it is an excellent service! Every time I have had a concern, the solution was already on its way, or I had not figured out that it was already there.

NiceJob solved the problem of taking time to try and get reviews from customers, send our techs out to get reviews, and post them on our website. It has made our lives easier, and we have gained so many reviews by using NiceJob.

I have no idea how they do it but they sprinkle some magic fairy dust and get us reviews. Through their help, we now have over 300 5 star reviews across all social media platforms. Easy to use, quick customer service response, would highly recommend.

There has been no dowsides in our dealings with Nicejob, they have been responsive, efficient and friendly with all our requests and concerns.

Nicejob has helped us build and increase our online reputation, our website quality and functionality. Our productivity has increased significantly as well.

I truly appreciated the amount of complexity within the automation system for obtaining reviews. Being able to be consistent with following up without being too needy or pushy is key and NiceJob is great for that.

The only thing that I would say I disliked is the starting price. While I am more computer savvy than others, I have created and simulated the same functionality within different platforms for less than a quarter of the cost.

The main problem that NiceJob solves is systematically setting forth to obtain reviews rather than doing so on the fly. Business gets busy and it is impossible for any business owner to be able to keep track of reviews while so many other things are happening throughout the day.

It took me a minute to get used to having more than one campaign running and figuring out the rules that needed to be set.

The problems I've been having is setting the right rules for the campaigns. I have realized that having the rules makes it a lot easier to upload contacts.

The interface is simple to utilize and does what is needed--to improve and increase our Google and Facebook reviews.

I don't have any particular dislikes. My only request was that or customer Fish CRM would allow an integration with platforms like NiceJob for automatic customer synchronization--but that has nothing to do with NiceJob.

I am trying to raise our Google reviews way above the competition so that we stand out. Feedback from new customers is that our reviews helped lead them to us.

Nice job is always collecting reviews when needed. In the past, we would forget to ask for reviews until weeks after a project was completed. The wow factor was lost by that time. We get reviews while the project is fresh in our clients' minds.

NiceJob does the follow-ups to our customers by providing reminders to them to complete the review.

One problem we are solving with NiceJob is the ease of sending requests to our customers. Doing so has helped with having multiple people in the organization requesting reviews without having lots of training.

I like the email alerts and tips they give! Let's you know when you are left a review so that you don't forget to respond!

There isn't much that we dislike if anything - we would like it to be easier to manage the customers that we've already reached out to. Perhaps a dashboard that lets us view our prior customers.

It was very difficult to reach out to all our customers before, but it is essential that we do so. With NiceJob we're able to make reach them from one convenient location.

NiceJob has given our clients an easy way to leave a review which has led to substantial growth in positive reviews for our company.

The only negative that I can think of is the possibility of receiving negative reviews. However, our clients are sweet enough to come to us first with any concerns before leaving negative reviews. This is great and gives us the opportunity to right any wrongs to leave the customers satisfied!

We now have an overall better rating on Google due to increased reviews.

I love that Nicejob integrates with many software programs, namely ServiceMonster. It automates our review requests as soon as the job is invoiced, making it super easy to use!

I wish that the emails that are sent out would not be branded with Nicejob's logo etc. The option to remove Nicejobs branding would be helpful, even if it was a subscription add on.

Previously we sent out review requests manually and many times our office staff would miss a step or forget to send the request. Nicejob automates this process for us and makes sure that everyone receives the request.
