What do you like best about OnePageCRM?
OnePageCRM stands out amongst CRMs for its intuitive user experience, and its focus on features that actually matter for driving my business forward. Rather than flip-flop adding endless bells and whistles that dimish ease of use, the team at OnePageCRM only add what delivers value. Each new feature is well thought out.
What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?
Nothing. It's great! Don't change a thing!

"I like OnePageCRM because it tells me what to do"
What do you like best about OnePageCRM?
I've been using OnePageCRM daily for several years now and can no longer imagine life without it. The simple but powerful idea behind OnePageCRM is to simple keep track of the next action you need to take. I have 100's of customers to keep happy and lots of potential customers to woo at any given time, and with OnePageCRM I rarely drop the ball. I feel like we've grown up together, the platform was small and simple when my own needs were modest, and it was very easy to get started. They have grown into quite a robust solution, adding great collaboration tools, especially the email integration, just as I was expanding my team. Their API cam along right when I was ready to build integration allowing me to see customer information right from my own website. The customer service is also superlative, I even wrote about it as a good example for entreprenuers on my blog (https://www.billtrack50.com/blog/reflecting-on-10-years-as-a-small-business). OnePageCRM is the best money I ever spent.
What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?
Being completely all in with OnePageCRM, keeping the entire history of all of my relationships entirely in OnePageCRM, has kept me from exploring what else is out there. Their ever lengenthing list of integrations is helpful, but they can't really integrate with every single tool I might potentially find useful. I'm happy that I'm happy right now, because I am pretty darn committed to this solution at this point.
What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of what I need to do next, and giving my whole support team visibility into the entire customer relationship to date.

It helps to organise the deal sizes, profits, margins, cost to estimate the true value of business in piepeline
What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?
The notificaiton system can be improved, sometimes the amount of emails you get from the system is overwhelming.
What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?
OnePageCRM helps to not only provide a follow-up on your business pipeline, but also helps to estimate the value the business will bring. It made estimating margins and profit of future business deals easy.

"Great functionality - great for teams"
What do you like best about OnePageCRM?
It was great for our team at the time. Flexible on users. Easy to tag different sales funnels. Super easy to use - by far the easiest CRM I've ever used. I would definitely use this service again.
What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?
The big challenge was the price per user. We switched to a system that was free for the size of our team. It also had a lot of training modules that added value to a young sales and marketing team.
What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?
OnePage was our attempt to professionalize our sales and marketing team. Measuring sales and marketing outreach. Building sales funnels. Adding strategy and structure to our sales outreach and followup.

"Great Value CRM systems OnePageCRM"
What do you like best about OnePageCRM?
I have used many CRM systems and was recommended OnePageCRM by a trusted colleague. Following some investigation I was hooked and purchased OnePageCRM straight away. The action based process, along with the customisation and training and it is perfect for my services business. Value for money and for scaling it is the best! Also importantly, I use it on my phone and desktop, and it reliable.
What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?
The training sessions are in Dublin time. A little more communication on how to access and engage the training and system would be good
What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?
The management of thousands of contacts being leads, clients and referrer of business and effectively communicating with them as I action my marketing plan via OnePageCRM

"Great system for a small to medium sized company"
What do you like best about OnePageCRM?
We have been using One Page for about 7 years now and it is very easy to use, integrates where we need it to and is robust enough without weighing us down with features. We don't use the sales funnel features but that isn't cumbersome or anything.
What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?
Honestly, they are ever evolving and if we have some feedback to make things easier and they are always really responsive and helpful. No complaints.
What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using an Excel spread sheet to keep our customer and contact records and now we have One Page (for 7 years). We now have over 20,000 contacts so we are able to easily categorize and sort all of these different kinds of prospects (many are just interested in general and follow along). I consider a good CRM system an absolutely vital component in a business of any size and One Page is a very good system.

What I like most about One Page CRM is its integrations with other systems, as well as its clean, friendly and easy to use desire, and its action function that simplifies everything, it is an intelligent tool, it satisfies the needs of our clients, Your mobile application is very good and useful, excellent technical support.

Most of the CRM are complicated and have a high price, One Page CRM is honestly simple and friendly, you can make adjustments and customize it, I have no complaints about this software, it has been very helpful for my organization and I would continue to use it. sure that it is evolving and placing more functions that make it even more attractive and simple.

Your website and your application are integrated very easily and this makes everything flow, has been beneficial to simplify tasks, some functions such as creating a daily call list to contact my potential customers, and gives me a menu with the options, effectively everything easier.
