Overloop allows me to create an automated sales outbound campaign using LinkedIn and email. Just had to set it up, sit back and watch the leads come in. Also, the Google Chrome extension allows you add contacts from LinkedIn on the spot. No other tool in the market matches the functionalities available!
It can be expensive at the beginning at $99 but the free trial helps you realize its value. Still, totally worth the money. As per improvements, maybe add more custom functionality in the Deals section.

I love Overloop because it is intuitive, really easy to use, and integrates everything CRM needs to make it easy for sales, marketing teams, and the rest of the organization. I like that through this software; we can keep our customer database updated, create sales campaigns, track emails in seconds, and create and edit workflows, among other things.
Its price is high and becomes unaffordable for small and possibly medium businesses.
We have used it as a CRM tool for our sales, marketing and customer service staff to have updated customer information and be able to be addressed and served in the best way; this has helped strengthen business relationships, raise the quality of care and we had noticed an increase in sales compared to when we did not have Overloop in our possession. It is a very flexible CRM, complete in terms of functionalities, fast and easy to use. Its user interface is excellent; it has everything a CRM needs.
The platform offers everything you need to automate your outbound sales process at a fraction of the cost of a regular sales team. It's simple to use, yet powerful, with lots of options to configure your workflow. Customer support is super quick and effective.
There really isn't anything I would think of as a downside, considering the reasonable pricing and flexibility. Keep up the good work!
We are getting more calls from the first week of using Overloop, without having to keep track of unresponsive prospects. The platform really helps us to focus on the potential clients, and bring more of them into the loop. Moreover, we can finally have a clear overview of the number of prospects that actually open emails.
For the price point, nothing beats it. Prospect.io offers a super quick and easy solution for prospecting and lead management. The platform itself is exceptionally intuitive, the customizations available are simple, and the customer service is rapid. I noticed a bug in the system - they had it fixed within 24hours. It doesn't have in-built calendar scheduling or texting options, but it's straightforward to use zapier to link it up to almost anything. The BD team were up and running with prospect.io within a day!
It's not got the frills that a larger provider would offer. For our purposes, it's of no concern, but depending on the size of your business, it might be a consideration.

I have a huge amount of contacts across creative industries and Prospect.io has been such a help in streamlining our update process and also adding new contacts at the same company. Plus the integration with Pipedrive is a tremendous help.
I can see more features being an improvement - specifically for creative professionals.

The easy extension makes sure to have a fast and reliable experience for Email finding and Cold Email Campaigns. The cost of the platform is for sure bearable + the interface is very straightforward.
Sometimes the email finding option can be for old emails but this is a small percentage of the other good ones. It depends ofcourse per company and search (for example on LinkedIn).
It makes sending out emails very easy and straightforward to set up. I don't have to put in my agenda to set reminders on campaigns and can make sure to send follow up emails as thread.
