Mailshake makes it easy to launch email campaigns at scale. Everything is where you'd expect it to be and it only takes a few minutes to get your first campaign sent.
It'd be great if there were native integrations with other CRM tools to keep databases synced. There are Zapier recipes you can create, but I prefer to have them in-app.
We needed to execute cold email campaigns at scale with follow-ups. Our current ESP doesn't have this functionality, so we needed to seek out a solution.
I like that I could learn how to use the program quickly. It doesn't take a long time to learn how to use Mailshake, and it is easy to get going in Mailshake.
I dislike that I didn't find this sooner. I can't think of anything that I dislike about Mailshake. It takes my email campaigns and runs them flawlessly. If there was one request, that would be to have an app that I can put on my phone to see how my campaigns are performing.
The benefits are that I can create a campaign and implement it without having to use an outside agency. The feedback I get on the emails sent is extremely important to our organization.
The ability to reach out via email in bulk and the text replacement options for when you don't have a specific field.
I wish I could organize my campaigns a bit better.
Mailshake allows me to do a ton of solid outreach, fast, all while giving super-strong suggestions on how to make sure you don't get a spam alert on your email.
It is easy to use, functional, and highly effective for mass outreach.
There's nothing really that I dislike. It serves it's purpose for us well.
We currently don't have any problems with Mailshake. It helps our outreach campaigns go very well since it automatically cleans up our lists and removes duplicate email addresses for us. No need for Excel databases to keep track of duplicates!
Mailshake makes sending emails that generate meetings easier than any other product out there.
Nothing. Maybe list cleaning could be a little quicker, maybe it could automatically integrate with every CRM all customers use, but I don't believe that's even possible.
I am solving the problem of following up with customers without any action from me. I am solving the problem of ANYTHING that would get in the way of quick outreach. I am also receiving benefits in the way of dashboards that track all sorts of data so that I can do process improvement on my outreach.
1. Mailshake allows you to easily connect a Gmail, Outlook, or Ionos email account to send email drips and receive replies. 2. There is a built-in email address cleaning tool, a wizard to guide you through creating emails that won't get caught in spam or promotion filters, 3. You can enabled a rulem to stop sending a drip sequence once a contact replies. 4. The scheduling tool enables you to define the days, hours, and time zone for sending. 5. Support is very responsive.
There are a few settings that are difficult to find, such as the signature block.
As a marketer, many of my clients have an email platform such as MailChimp, HubSpot, etc. These platforms don't allow uploading and sending emails to cold contacts, i.e., those who have not opted to receive emails. Mailshake is an inexpensive tool to send emails to purchased contact lists to begin conversations with prospective leads.

Como toda ferramenta, o Mailshake é passível de melhorias e atualizações, no entanto estão no caminho certo, como por exemplo: 1) Reports podem ser melhorados; 2) Adequação/maior flexibilidade de calendários de disparos; 3) Colocar +1 conta para fazer disparos em uma mesma campanha; 4) A versão 2.0 que foi ao ar não contempla em envio de e-mails manuais a opção de Templates prontos. Desta forma nosso time ainda não utiliza a nova versão do Mailshake 2.0.
A prospecção com cold mail de uma forma otimizada e de fácil operação. Estamos tento um retorno muito positivo em nossas campanhas.

I use Mailshake to send Outbound Marketing campaigns for my clients, prospecting on the B2B level. With Mailshake, it's easy to compare metrics to make data-backed decisions and changes. Their support experts are also amazing at identifying problems and solutions to deliverability issues.
I love the simplicity of the system especially the templates.

Mailshake saves me a tremendous amount of time and frees me up to do creative things.
The customer support holds your hand, if you ask, and walks you through all aspects of the software. The experiance is unlike other softwares for myself most because of this reason. There's a group a people who are good at what they do and it shows. I have a better experiance using MS with Google Chrome than Safari and when I told them I had any issue, they immidiantly responded. The software is heavy but the team is so welcoming it's hard not to like them.
The software is heavy but the way you use it depends on what your doing and the non sexy act of scrubbing the lists of leads is made easy because of the videos you have to introduce you to list scrubbing. There's a clear aim from the developers to create a culture around their software and all things considered they make it so you feel like your a part of the other people using MS and when your scrubbing lists that's a very good thing.
I'm leaving LL behind. The way we send outreach to SEO Firms is made in a way where we don't mess it up. The macbook pro is the only thing on my desk in an otherwise empty room with the list of leads scrubbed and popped open. It's hard not to succeed. The metrics are good but above our heads at this moment, right now it's more of a have everything in one place kind of thing and MS gives us that.
