Reply has just added some great features, and let me not start with their customer service. Great product and super efficient.
I think the AI used to rate your copy could be slightly adjusted. I try to make sure that I connect with clients on a personal level, and the AI seems a bit robotic
Reply is helping with our outreach campaigns. Although I prefer to email personally as it builds trust, I also know that outreach is about numbers, and bulk emailing can be extremely valuable.
The customer success team is great They answer your questions really fast. there's always someone there to help you. The tool is really nice and has lots of capabilities.
I hope in the future they improve the sequences capabilities. I want to create a sequence where I can contact my potential customers from 2 different email accounts.
handling conversations with multiples contacts at the same time, with a nice human touch.
Customer support and service is very good. If I have questions the team is very responsive by chat.
Some of the search functions should return more results and more easily sortable. Example, sometimes when searching for names you need an EXACT match (i.e. Jon v. John). Second, I would like to be able to sort my contacts by domain, not just alphabetically (i.e. sort by @google.com).
Helping me effectively reach out to business owners via cold outreach.
Simple to use, friendly customer service, affordable, and no long-term commitments
Tool is limited in some capabilities relative to competitors, but most of the bells and whistles other offer and charge you more for aren't worth it anyways.
Helps you send out mass email campaigns
Easy to understand. Setting up a sequence goes very quick. Great customer support. You never feel left alone. I highly recommend the videos they make if you get stuck!
Please bare in mind how the GDPR rules might affect you in collecting data and setting up databases.
Quickly getting new contacts of prospects in a structured way. Easy to understand, easy to contact.
The linkedin integration to capture email + improvement of emails with AI
task systems that gets outdated and expire
mass email to obtain outbound meetings
Good customer support team, they are fairly responsive The sending tool itself does its job Decent featureset and fair price Allows us to plug in multiple accounts I like the built-in warmer Stats were good
Email accounts were constantly disconnecting, which was annoying UX/UI can be confusing at times, in terms of trying to find where things are
Helps us with doing B2B prospecting and outreach Has helped us with ramping up outreach
It's incredibly easy to contact their support team and resolve any issue you're facing. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable.
Takes a little time to learn to navigate but the customer support chat is there to help.
They are assisting me with my cold outreach.
Sequence flows are intuitive with helpful tools to guide content and campaign.
There is no obvious way to be able to send different email follow-ups based on someone having opened the previous email, or not.
Managing outbound sequences.
I like the simple design and easy-to-understand user interface. It's really easy to import contacts and map the data for it. The tool changed and impoved a lot since it came out. I was able to test/use it in the early days. Also whenever I face any issues or questions, the customer support is super fast, super friendly and super helpful. Keep up the good work!
There could be more channels to reach out to your prospects or contacts. I'm pretty sure that in the future there will be more channels and more opportunities to seek.
We were having a hard time to find the perfect cold emailing/email outreach tool, it is hard to find an application where it has all the features built-in. We are benefiting with out multichannel email/social media campaigns.
Reply has been a great tool for our use case. We were sending ~300-500 emails a week and this allowed us to effectively automate all of the intros and follow-ups.
Some functionality didn't fit well with our outbound process. We were able to create workaround but those issues eventually started to compound. We left the product not because we didn't like it, we just didn't have a need for outbound prospecting anymore and decided to cancel.
It allowed us to automate the hundreds of emails we were sending a week. In particular, it did all of the follow-up work for us which is often the most fruitful.
At it's core, Reply is a robust and reliable product. Sequences and templates are easy to construct. Also -- when you do face the occasional hiccup, customer success always provides great support
Every now and then the platform/app can be a little clunky. Gif attachements may not load, email sequences desynchronise with your email account, etc. These are minor issues, and customer support is always on top of it.
Personalized email automation, follow-up sequencing, Multi-channel sequence construction. Benefits are definitely A LOT of time saved in our outbound marketing efforts as a team.
Easy sequence set. Very simple and very efficient tool for the marketers.
Quite a costly product , but super-efficient.
Sending bulk emails to the targeted audience and easy email scrapping.
The ease of creating and managing multiple campaigns is awesome. I also utilized their email warm up feature which was really helpful when first getting started.
As with any flourishing young company, I have not been without my share of hiccups as it relates to people receiving (or not receiving emails) when intended, but the issues I've encountered have been relatively minor and their customer support has responded swiftly each time.
I utilize Reply for my drip email campaigns. I chose it over Hubspot because they make it very seamless to create and manage multiple email campaigns at once.
Good setup together with Zapier and Airtable
Bit confusing UX first couple of days. Re-using same names for different settings Also bit slow connection.
Automating and tracking standardized, but individualized, well-researched, email outreach.
Results of the Email Campaigns Free Trial Good Support
Not enough user friendly A bit expensive
reaching more candidates for recruiting purposes
I appreciate how easy it is to use for all kinds of our bulk marketing campaigns. It has a feature to use calls, emails, and LinkedIn to create multi-step campaigns. Furthermore, we are also able to develop campaigns and seamlessly track their performance.
While using Reply, the dislike part is the limitations with the email template customization, and its prebuilt templates are pretty generic and do not meet more rigorous business needs.
We are using Reply for all sorts of mass marketing campaigns to new leads or existing customers. We can also seamlessly track the engagement, clicks, and open ate of our emails, giving us clear insights about how we shall modulate our campaigns in the future.
The ease of import and sequence creation
There are some limited field mapping options
Using reply for cold sales reach out
being able to send an email to multiple people at once, saves time
the userface is not that intuitive. i have to read multiple directions to understand how to do simple things
sending a ton of emails at once, a huge time saver
I like the simplicity and ruggedness of Reply. The support team has also been fantastic and quick to assist when needed.
There are a few bells and whistles that are missing from the service, such as an auto-email warmup setting, but I know this is currently in the development pipeline
We run direct email marketing campaigns for clients who generally cannot afford the more expensive toolsets. Being able to offer a cheaper but fully effective tool for them to use has been fantastic. It allows us to reduce our running costs and cost to clients while also ensuring that we hit our goals.
