Dead simple to import prospects and set up complex and varied outbound campaigns. Emails look like they come from you directly.
No big complaints! I uploaded duplicate contacts which were a bit hard to dedupe in the product, but I was able to delete and reupload relatively easily.
The goal was to be able to quickly test different outbound campaigns to figure out which messaging was most impactful. With Reply, it was easy to do this in minutes.
I like the UI and UX of the app's interface.
too few of email account can be linked to each user.
the ability to have many contacts and place them into lists but also grab the whole as well.
The customer service is absolutely amazing. Plus they have great resources on their blog to ensure you succeed. I also like that they provide in-depth stats on your campaign performance and A/B testing capabilities for the subject line and email body.
The bounce email filter could be improved. Not all email that bounces get flagged by the system.
It helps us scale our cold outreach.
I love the ease of use, tracking and filtering features and how it integrates with all my other apps.
Their isn't anything I really dislike. Sometimes the pages can take a while to load but apart from that it does everything I need and more.
Cold emailing both sides of our platform when launching in new territories. its great for getting a full picture of what is happening with our email outreach. We also use it to warm up customers who we plan to cold call. Once set up the software will save you time and allow you to send personal emails which have been tested over time.
Fairly easy to use platform with a high level of customization to your email campaigns. Their custom support team is very responsive as well.
Stats can be confusing sometimes. The aggregate score of your reply rate for example, is the reply #/total # of contacts. Reply.io also doesn't really support outlook.
Sending tailored messages to a large list of clients.
The best thing for me and why I decided to use them is they had all of the features I need for email outreach, at the right price.
The only thing I dislike is the app can be a bit slow at certain points, but most of the time there are no issues.
We are able to have personalized outreach that scales. Our team is doing better with follow up and proactively contacting prospects and channel partners.
Reply saves me A LOT of time by automating everything from large email campaigns to following up with leads.
Occasional glitches and inability to include graphics
Reply makes my job in sales and marketing much easier. It does what I would otherwise have to do manually with email marketing, tracking and follow up.
Easy to set up and get going, syncs with my major databases which makes for easy reach out and tracking both on personal level but great for business insight to. Im not the most technical so relied on support to give me a nudge and they were very responsive and extremely helpful.
There are a number of features that I may not be leveraging to their full potential. I'd love to be able to track when an email is forwarded on and to whom.
I can easily personalise a message and send it to a specific group of people across multiple industries at the touch of a few clicks. This is pivotal for a small yet rapidly expanding business to continue that growth in the right way and the tracking allows me to stay personal.
Really clean interface and nice reporting. The feature to send in the recipient's time zone is particularly strong (you have to update their city/state/country). Great customer support - that's probably the biggest reason I've stayed with them.
Don't find much value in the tasks, lead finder, or phone caller. I think this is more so the job for a CRM but get that because Reply's owned the email marketing side of things, they're looking to expand in different ways. The reporting gets a bit tough - wish there was an easier export all data so that custom reporting could be done more quickly.
Helps set great cadences. There are other solutions like Yesware, but having a solution in the cloud helps centralize the data from the campaigns and makes it easier to control everything.
It's incredibly simple and quick to set up a cold email campaign in Reply. The plain text emails from Reply resemble real, 1-to-1 emails better than any other email automation tool we've tried.
They've added a ton of extra features, which can be a bit distracting/confusing from the core product. The performance reports/data from campaigns are also not the most intuitive to use.
Highly-personalized cold email, at scale. Reply allows us to kickstart sales
Support team is always there to support you if you have questions ! Easy to navigate trough the software online.
some instructions are not clear and cause confusion when you set up a list or try to start a new campaign!
being able to send emails to my clients and segment them after they received the 1st email
The layout is simple, clean, easy to navigate. If you are new to email campaigns (and I was) its pretty easy to get started. If I get stuck on a step, I can chat with a product expert right from that screen. I have also found the email verification to be pretty accurate. Even though I use other sights to help gather contact information, I've learned that if Reply says its :not a valid email" its usually right! I would really like to have an integration to LinkedIn Sales Navigator to more quickly import information.
I find it confusing to know which features I should leverage inside Reply.io and which ones I should use in my CRM. For example, why would I use the "Tasks" feature in Reply vs. my CRM. What additional value does it bring me? I'm a 1 person shop so I don't have a lot of free time to investigate features. I need to get going quickly.
2 main benefits: making contact with new clients; quick visibility into who's really reading my mail.
The tool is very intuitive and easy to use. Its easy to create a campaign and the custom variable inputs allow you to simply personalize each message. The analytics once a campaign are live are brilliant. For any sales/marketing person that uses email as part of their outreach strategy, this tool is a must have.
Have been using for 2 months and there is nothing that comes to mind.
Creating and managing mid-large scale email campaigns, less time spent reaching out to more people. The analytics have helped to understand how successful my campaigns actually are.
Overall, Reply is a very good system of campaign organization. I like that I have everything to measure my results in one place. I can organize my contacts, format my campaign which will go out looking like I'm sending directly from my email, and it offers very comprehensive stats. Managing all the users and compare them as a team gives us a really good insight as well.
It took us a while to really get it ready, there's a lot of layers and settings before a message can go out. We had a few issues at the beginning of using Reply because the campaign would be sent before the set schedule. After a few attempts, the issue was solved. Customer service can be tricky, although I only have good things to say about our contact people. It makes a difference, though, to have direct chat if there's any question from our end, Reply team is always very responsive :) It's a complex system to change lists in the same campaign. Too many steps of back and forth to set a campaign. I also don't like that when I export stats, it just gives me general data of the entire campaign. I would love to have more specific data exported for reporting.
We can keep track of prospective clients and organize or CRM through it, which improves a lot our workflow. We can send different steps and just wait for the results after a few days, instead of always checking inaccurate stats form different systems.
Ability to set automated campaigns to reach clients. Excellent integration with Salesforce makes it a breeze to use.
The User Interface is not the best, but they seem to have made some changes recently which improved the look. However many aspects of using it are counter-intuitive making it a little hard to get used to.
I've been using Reply for just under a year and it saves me a lot of time in writing follow ups. I am able to make highly personalized condensed emails which don't give the recipient any idea that the mail is automated.
I like that this has streamlined my sales funnel - and helped me initiate contact in a more structured way. sending emails right from gmail + being able to track is really convenient to move contacts to leads to qualified leads etc. very intuitive service that just works.
honestly this just does it's job - don't have any complaints.
promoting my startup to journalists and influencers. I've realized 30 + press writeups within 2 weeks of using the service from ~ 400 contacts. this has been great.
Cold email sending is a time taken process and reply.io simplifies that process. All you need to set up a campaign, add contacts and steps.
Loading issues are their. Also one thing I felt very difficult was identifying the current active step of a campaign, Reply.io need to take care of that issue.
Previously we have a lead generation team and their main process was to sent emails to the prospects. After reply.io the cost associated with lead generation process reduced to almost 50%.
I really enjoy being able to put people into lists and cater each email to the individuals. They have quite a few features.
Some team functions are a little lacking when you try to work with multiple accounts but they are constantly working to add more every update.
This eliminates the need to manually keep track and also send out emails. Very helpful.
Reply is a useful email marketing tool that allows you a build a large number of email templates using your own domain now. It is highly customisable and a scaleable. It allows you to make mass-mailing look very personal.
Some of the logic of the site is not entirely intuitive and it takes a bit of getting used to. There are a few odd quirks like features that do not work unless the page is fully expanded for example. It is definitely a website that could do with being a bit simpler. Pricing could also be a bit better.
Our business is an online courier platform with a business model that depends on high volumes. As such, mass marketing to businesses is a necessary part of our strategy. Reply is the best solution we have found so far.
Being able to send emails on behalf of different people allows me to manage all follow ups for my sales team, so they can focus in more important tasks. Also, I like the fact that I can personalise every email, try new templates, a/b tests, etc etc.
The system for making contact lists is very basic and sometimes a bit disorganised. I also feel that having a reply-history for each contact would be very helpful.
I can reach out to more people with much less effort. The sales team can just wait for the answers to come, and they don't have to worry about anything else.
UI and features list look awesome, but some still need to be developed. Support is fast and friendly. If it weren't for the support, I would have quit the service already, so many questions appeared and were solved with the help of support agents.
Low quality of Reply contact data (ok, it is still in beta) Too many labels and tags messed me up when I wanted to exclude email from particular sequences. It might be Do not contact stage (not) Paused status (can be for some time) Blacklist (the last I tried, it helped)
Reply helps a lot with massive, focused email campaigns. I tried Reply data as a contact mining source. It was pretty easy to work with and seemed promising, but the bounce rate was too high, and contact relevance was pretty low. So, I'm looking for new tools for contact mining.
The easiness of the platform and how to move a lead from sourcing to custom sequence
Sometimes it can be a bit challenging to work in a manual function of adding people on Linkedin and the automation is a paid add on
It helps me solve automation at scale
Good for bulk email. Also can create auto email using their Ai.
Follow-up email. Cause sometimes the F.U email got deleyed.
Email Campaign
Reply's customer support is outstanding, consistently providing timely and effective solutions. Their friendly and knowledgeable team goes above and beyond, ensuring a fantastic experience every time.
The product needs a few developments to match some of the well-established sales enablement platforms but Reply is a great entry-level product.
Email cadences
Easy to use / Set up. And they also have really good customer support.
In the beginning, I had some issues figuring out how to do a few things, but someone from their team helped me out the next day.
Really the main reason I used reply is for email sequences and outreach. I wanted to have an efficient way to do outreach that was personalized and let me test out different messaging.
They are constantly innovating with new tools and integrations, and help you make a better outreach to leads through email and LinkedIn.
They could do a little better with the link tracking and accuracy of reporting. But that would just be the cherry on the pie.
They improved our email delivery.
I really like that they have multi-channel campaigns that you can set. I can reach out to someone via email, linkedin, call all in one sequence. It's also very easy to set up and use the platform.
It's pretty expensive when compared to other systems that accomplish similar tasks.
We use reply to manage our outbound and warm email campaigns on the sales side. Our AE and SDRs use the tool to create sequences to warm up leads and set opportunites in the pipeline. We're able to set sequences for multiple companies in our portfolio as well which is really great.
I liked the feature that flagged spam words and graded the likelihood of a responce
I had a lot of email land in the spam folder
Automation of email and follow up
As we are on our journey to grow in the german market, we choose to equip our team with Reply in order to take our prospecting effort to the next level. I must say that we are not disappointed, Reply is an easy-to-use tool. We managed to book a lot more outbound meetings thanks to Reply. We appreciate the integration with Sales Navigator providing us with email address which is a huge benefit while prospecting.
Too short onboarding session. The sales Navigator plugin is a bit limited in terms of contact information for the DACH market The integration with Salesforce is not as smooth as I thought, but I believe that they are already working on it.
Automatization of our outbound processes/Structure our prospecting effort Managed to book a lot more outbound meetings. Save time and reach out to many more leads on a daily basis.
Easy to build sequences and Salesforce integration works well.
I would like to be able to schedule and move people from steps easier.
We are using Reply to manage outbound email sequences.
