I like that its connected to Linkedin which I can straight away pop the potential into email sequence. Saves time on me looking for business emails
Some emails are not accurate, some cannot be found, especially the ones of companies in China/SEAsia.
It helped with my business development activities so far. Saves time for sure, increased productivity.
Extremely user friendly and easy to learn. The metrics and reporting allow for quick and efficient monitoring.
Sequence scheduling can be confusing. Other tools we've used have been better for this however Reply out-ranks all competitors on all other aspects. Also, sometimes sequences can freeze or bounces don't get detected by the system. Not a huge deal though as it should be standard to cross check anyway after sequences send out.
As a boutique BD agency, no other platform has enabled us to use the multiple account feature for our multiple clients. All other tools similar to reply either make you create a completely different account or make it very difficult to integrate a separate email (ie. Gmelius)
My team and I are pleased with sequences-building abilities and statics of on-going processes.
On rare occasions we got issues with some tools but Reply team always solve it asap. Besides platform is developing every day so we are looking forward to continue cooperation.
Easy to work with huge bases. Segmentation does it best!
I like the ability to create sequences the best
I don't like how you can't see emails sent to users within Reply
I can send mass emails to cold lists in Reply in an instant
Reply.io helps to automate a lot of routine tasks. It has an intuitive design and overall is very easy to use.
Individual plans are a bit pricey. Other than that there's nothing really to complain about.
We're using Reply.io to automate some parts of our sales workflow.
Easy to use and gets our message right to the inbox. The multiple integrations available via Zapier are also a nice touch and extremely useful.
The platform does have some frustrating bugs, in particular navigating between different pages/parts of the tool sometimes takes an unusually long time and requires a hard-refresh of the page. It's not a huge issue, but it can get a bit frustrating and impact your workflow.
We use Reply for cold outreach and customer onboarding processes. We find out onboarding emails get to the customers inboxes much more frequently with Reply than with other tools we were previously using (Intercom, HubSpot).
Easy to use dashboard and interface. Clear graphics and metrics
Hard to take a break from the subscription if needed.
We have won business with companies we would not have otherwise been able to work with
Customer support Interface and ability to navigate around the software The email templates and Reply's help/analysis in scoring your email and suggesting what could be better
The app doesn't pick up that maybe people - maybe 40-50% If the respondent doesn't have images enabled on their email then you can't tell if the emails been opened (same with other providers)
Better written emails Saving time with sequences Looking at open rates Pulling linkedin contacts into reply for contacting in a sequence
-I can send a large number of emails every day -Reply emails look like 1-1 emails which increases response rate compared to other email services -The customer service team is very responsive and helpful -I've been using Reply for 3 years and have seen it improve over the years, which I appreciate as a customer
-Sometimes the UI is slow and I need to wait an hour or so to actually use the function of the platform I came there for -Sometimes emails don't categorize correctly -I wish the reporting tools were stronger
-Getting around account lockouts and email send limits on other platforms
I really like the UI/UX experience: very intuitive, simple and efficient. The customer care is always ready to help you and also from the reporting point of view I would say is very useful: you have everything you need at the first sight. They also provide a Google Chrome extension that still needs some improvements but for the rest I also use the integration with Sales Force and it works perfectly. I would indeed recommend Reply.
Nothing. The only tiny thing I can share as an improvement (together with the Chrome Extension) is the possibility of adding the signature just in some cases and not always. It can happen for instance that I want to just type a very informal email without adding my signature and it's not possible. For the rest: amazing tool.
I automized the connections with my prospects and customers
Reply IO has a nice user interface to it.
The user expertise lacks some intuitiveness to it.
Personalized outreach at scale
The sentiment analysis is helpful when writing emails and the reporting is solid!
Not a huge fan of the integrations, they could definitely improve.
Could email outreach. I've booked a lot of meetings with it!
It's very easy to use and provides suggestions for improvement in the subject, body copy, and overall email performance.
Reporting can be improved. At times I have got false data in my campaign reports.
Automation of outbound email campaigns. I did save a lot of time and got better results with this automation.
I've been using Reply.io from the last 6 months and it's great. It makes everything quite easy if you have to send out mass emails. Noticed it is quite easy to use as well and like to interface.
I think overall not so much to dislike. Maybe few things: Sometimes the interface is a bit slow. When there is a campaign with high bounce rates - it stops and doesn't send any more emails so you have to create a new one
Being faster to send out emails, keep tracking of who I contacted with the integration in BCC of a CRM of your choice - so efficiency, organisation.
the language recognition tech makes my life easier as i can automatically sync only interested leads to my CRM
the website is a bit slow and somewhat buggy at times
compared to the free campaign feature included in my contact providers plan, reply is a lot easier to use and the integration options are perfect.
its really a good one to use for my business and networking
Nothing more to dislike on this as it is really a good one
Telephonic conversation would be done by this and soon will replace if someone is not available on telephone
The Reply.io Interface is extremely easy to use. You don't really need to train anyone to use it as each function is pretty self-explanatory. The reporting tools and analytics are also great and I love the option to A/B test which some other platforms don't have or charge extra for.
There's not much to dislike but it could be a little cheaper.
I'm able to reach out to well over a 1000 potential prospects per month and very clearly see how tweaks to email campaigns affect open and reply rates.
Reply is a full-featured platform Outbound ESP with great support.
The ramp-up time for casual users is a bit more than simple platforms. Because it has full global-level control (e.g. you can throttle email sends and delays from a sequence level) it can override individual user controls, which can be confusing for casual users, but at the same time extremely powerful if you're an admin looking to manage overall email volumes and sends.
We use it for 2 use cases: outbound prospecting as well candidate outreach.
Having access to email performance and tracking analytics for the sales them and being able to share campaigns and email templates across the team. Both features have allowed us to optimize our outreach efforts and grow our pipeline.
The Salesforce integration is not fully compatible with our salesforce org and requires some workarounds and manual entry.
Outbound sales. The benefits of Reply has been being able to scale cold outreach and optimize messaging and tactics.
It saved me time and effort to email lists of many people that i needed to contact and i didn't have time to continually send follow up emails.
Nothing. It was pretty easy and intuitive to use.
Follow up emails to people who don't respond.
