I like the email warm up and the customer service.
Some glitches from time to time but all software does.
Email drip sequences and tracking for deliverability.
Reply was very easy to learn how to use, and also very user-friendly. The interface and experience is very nice and I have a great handle on all my active email campaigns.
I feel like the reporting could be more robust. It's not quite as easy as I thought, and there are certain things I don't think that I can see or easily report on. Maybe I'm just not using it correctly thought. For example, what days of the week are my open rates / reply rates best.
Taking a lot of the pain and exhaustion out of the email / follow-up process with prospects. It's easy to draft a campaign, upload contact, and let Reply do the rest while I address responses individually.
Reply is simple to use and it has gotten me significant results. On a weekly basis, Reply easily saves me 5 hours of work manually following up with potential customers. And the ROI I get from cold outreach is easily my #1 sales channel.
My only complaint is that I cannot pay monthly. Currently, I'm paying my subscription on a quarterly basis. As a small business owner, cash flow is always front-of-mind. And I'd usually prefer to pay for subscriptions $50/month and above on a month-to-month basis.
Reply helps me to save lots of time following up with potential customers during cold outreach campaigns. This saved time allows me to focus more on warm leads, rather than spending time turning cold outreach into warm leads.
Intuitive user interface and reliable. Good use of AI on the backend when dealing with email responses.
I've not come across a downside to this product. I would certainly recommend it.

Reply makes it super easy to send emails at scale. They know what can be challenging about sending emails, so they fill the gaps and make it easy! For example, they have a warm-up feature to help you safely send emails, an email grader to help write emails that get replies, and templates to help you get started. I've also noticed that they automatically add delays when you create email sequences. A simple touch, but things like that make me trust Reply for my email outreach.

Sending outbound emails to prospects. I use ZoomInfo to scrape leads, Sendspark to make videos, and Reply to send my video emails & follow ups to prospective customers.
The analytics is great, it's also very easy to set up campaigns.
Not much, it's quite good. When a campaign ends, and you add another sequence, emails don't automatically start, which threw me through a loop. But, their support team was really helpful to solve this.

1. Ability to be able to bulk import Replies received. 2. Not sure how efficient it is to call. We currently use Hubspot for calling independently.

Creating sequences for outreach is really simple in Reply. You can create a multi-channel sequence in just a few minutes. I also like how it guides you to creating better emails because it tells you how likely you are to get a response based on email length, positivity, subject length, etc. It's definitely improved my response rates. Lastly, Reply allows me to customize when I send my emails and allows me to do A/B tests to evaluate performance of different email templates.
There are very few things that I don't like about Reply. The only thing I can think of is that sometimes the integration with Pipedrive is imperfect, but it's still pretty good.
The most important thing Reply does is allow me to automate my email outreach, which allows me to be incredibly efficient and increase my outreach volume significantly.
I love how I am able to automate my emails, schedule unlimited follow-ups, and set up several campaigns. Reply.Io offers a wealth of features that make the outreach process smoother, simpler, and more effective. The interface is very user-friendly and anyone is able to easily adapt. Customer support is very proactive in offering help and ready solutions! There was this one time I had been struggling to import a list of contacts. Anna from Reply.io had been extremely helpful. She was able to troubleshoot the issue and find a resolution quickly. Thanks to Anna and Reply.io's customer support team for being so prompt and accommodating in times of need!
