Easily digestible for a CRM. There are not a ton of bells and whistles which play in its favor. If you are looking for a basic CRM that can manage client info with some reporting, this is the tool!
Some pretty basic UX that makes you scratch your head and think "Why can't I do this?".
We are able to track leads and opportunities pretty seamlessly. We also utilize Google for our needs and the integration just makes it that simpler. With the basic reporting, we are able to quickly see how things are progressing and there is not a lot of clicking around that needs to take place which is a bonus.
Easy integration with Gmail and ability to add team members, pipelines, and opportunities.
Out of the box Copper is very limited, had to spend a lot of time getting it just right for sales, account management, and operations. Also, wish it was easier to add documents and also import and export data.
We needed a CRM for our growing team of sales, account managers, and operations. Ability to work on accounts as a team was important.
The Gmail integration is the best I’ve seen. Access your entire CRM directly through Gmail.
No marketing tools built in. This has forced us to consider other products.
We use Copper primarily for sales.
It's very easy to set-up. Most CRMs have an ugly interface with WAY too many options.
The product still feels young. For example, it has a built-in "Calendly" like tool but it's hard to customize making it difficult to work with.
We use it to monitor our prospects and track deals like any other CRM. We are slowly getting used to its quirks but all CRMs have their own unique things that make you want to pull your hair out. Copper is no different but the ease of set-up is a nice win.
The cross platform use is absolutely amazing
Seems to be a bit behind other CRM softwares.
Copper makes managing contacts, appointments and tasks so much easier and saves tons of time.
I like how easy it is to see notes left by other employees. @people is easy and efficient. I also like being able to create tasks, have them automates, and be able to tell when the task was completed and by who.
The colors. They updated and changed the colors so everything is too uniform. It's hard to differentiate between people, opportunities etc.
I syncs well with zapier. We create new solutions every day.
Tracking of leads and being able to categorize based on traction
Can be more user friendly. A lot of useful features but can sometimes get lost in them especially when trying to integrate with other tools that we're using.
Communication with sales prospecting within the company especially when multiple touchpoints are involved. Processes regarding followups can be optimized with sales
The link between all Google environment. Google contact, Google product as hangout, gmail and chat.
I did no practice during a long time to write something here.
All contact, process and worker in the same environment.
It's a great place to organize all sales notes, opportunities, tasks, etc. and gets away from individual and paper-based notes.
It's not quite on par with salesforce, which I'd say is what it tries to replace.
It's the only CRM we use. Benefits include organization of multiple individuals on target accounts, task management, etc.
I appreciate that I can use Prosperworks right from gmail. The plugin for gmail/Chrome is pretty neat. Hover over an email, and the lead/contact appears in the pane on the left. Prosperworks is great at tracking all your email communication with anyone you've identified as a lead/contact. The dash is also very usable. Overall not a complicated product, easy to learn. I also like that Prosperworks notifies you when a lead/prospect opens one of your emails. Last of all, I would add that Prosperworks has a much nicer UI than any CRM I've used in the past (Salesforce, Zoho, Method),
I wouldn't describe myself as a "power user" by any means, but I've noticed it has a couple small quirks. Occasionally the plugin for gmail/Chrome freezes up and won't work. Reloading the page seems to fix it. I also wish that Prosperworks had features for email automation built in. For example, when I update a lead's status to xx, trigger an email utilizing template xyz. You could probably do this via Zapier, I haven't really investigated too much. Would be nice if it was built in though. When I first started using Prosperworks, I reached out to their support to see if they had any kind of a guide defining the default statuses and so forth. They don't. It's up to the user to define I suppose. Related: would also be nice to see a few more automation features. For example, once you contact a lead they could switch from the New state to the Open state.
We're using Propserworks as a basic CRM, keeping track of leads and opportunities.
We're happy with Prosperworks, we tried several other crms before and this one has the best Google integration!
I only with it automatically copied over my contacts, manual addition is frustrating!
I'm able to keep track of my contacts much better now!
Easy to use for exporting data for opportunities.
If something is wrong with data entry, it is hard to locate the error.
Copper is helping us track win percentage both for sales and number of leads.
Drag and drop options and pipeline overview
It's difficult to keep a good overview of your pipeline if you have a lot going in different areas. Maybe some extra visuals to make it easier.
Keeping track of customers.
The Gmail widget does a lot to speed up the work.
Too many features, not all of which are usable, add to the complexity.
Works decent enough to handle our CRM needs.
-Copper will auto fill contact information sometimes -I think it's a good option for non tech companies (like real estate
-Not complex enough for a sales team -Cannot customize user experience very much, it's a pretty limiting CRM compared to their competitors -Experience small bugs that make day to day tasks frustrating -Less integration options with other applications/tools, so you're often required to set up a webhook, which is limiting if your tech team is busy
-It's good for account management, at a smaller scale. I wouldn't recommend it for a large sales team (more than 2-3 people) or a team that likes everything to integrate nicely. It is a cheaper option than competitors, and they're nice to small customers
Integrates really well with Google GSuite. Email, Calendar, Drive.
The exports are rubbish. A simple export of Companies and People does not allow you to link the two together. After 3 years they still will not add the link field the the two tables at export.
Cooper is a great CRM, Sales management tool but we are looking elsewhere more.
I love that ProsperWorks will let me assign myself a task after I put a lead in so I don't forget to do the follow up with that lead that I need to do.
I don't really like that I have to put in a certain amount of information before it lets me save each lead, as sometimes I only have a couple piece of info for that lead.
The number one problem it solves for me is follow up with leads, as I find it difficult to remember when or why I'm following up but if I have notes and a reminder, it's easier for me to do.
Tight integration with Gmail and the email received/read notifications.
Lack of a click to call function within contacts.
Still working on that. None yet.
I can customize my pipelines, create specific pipelines for the deals that I'd like to follow up on. I also like the trainings available on the webinars platform.
I like tracking my leads and deals but somehow, I feel Copper is too many steps to add a deal. First add people, then opportunity. Leads nurturing is a bit obscure. My team is barely using it, and I'm with copper for another 6 months without the ability to get refunded for the team members who are not using it. I also wish I could have quarterly reporting of where my team members are up to in comparison to their goals.
I think I'm the only one who uses it on my team and I am paying for 13 seats. It is quite frustrating honestly, and I try to make it work for me, but for these past few months, I think it's a waste of money.
