I started using Apollo this summer and it was a real breakthrough in my work. Previously, I spent a lot of time searching and compiling an email database. With Apollo, I began to do the same work in 1 day. There has also been significant progress in mailing lists set up and implementation. The application allows you to conveniently and quickly search for contacts, as well as make mailings and view reports on mailings. The entire email campaign is fully automatic. You don't have to send follow-ups manually - unlike other apps I've used before - such as Pipedrive.
Setting up email campaigns can hardly be called intuitive, but after I contacted support and spent some time on it, everything worked like a clock. I would recommend the development team simplify the settings for email campaigns and make them more user-friendly.
Apollo helped me improve my work tasks' efficiency and reduce the time to complete them. Now I can write to more people in a month, and I also have free time for other business development activities that I did not have time for before.
Apollo provides the best accuracy in email finder extension. And it helps save the leads from LinkedIn with every detail of the prospect. I would suggest to everybody.
Sometimes I get a popup of error while I save the lead, but it gets saved even if it shows an error, that makes it a bit confusing, so I need to go to the dashboard and check whether the lead is saved or not yet.
As a Business Development Manager, My efforts are to bring new and potential clients, so I need emails of the leads, in short, all info of the lead and it helps me a lot by saving leads in the dashboard and also, I can export the leads where there are no limitations. Thank God!
Seems like the creators of the platform thought of everything a user could have experienced while using the platform. It's a fantastic time saver too!

I could fetch the emails and phone numbers of other target companies. I have fetched names with their cities, designations, and contact details. Emails are working.
I don't find such problems, but sometimes I get some wrong emails. Sometimes wrong emails cause us problems but they are not that much of a problem causing cause we can find good ones.
I can fetch emails from my target audience, which is very helpful. I can mass mail to everyone on the email list in once all because of the apollo.io website and fetching details.
The best part I like in apollo is the sequences. You just need to add the contacts, which will automatically target your communications.
It has some minor bugs. But you can ignore those.

The recently updated prebuilt features suggest and recommend the best email content. The data quality compared to other platforms it's good and got us decent product demo's. Analytics with email open rates and LinkedIn connect icon is a big plus.
Sometimes the integration between LinkedIn and Apollo didn't go well, and I had to wait a few hours to get it sorted. Also, the Apollo pop in LinkedIn takes a long time to gather data. Otherwise, everything is fantastic.
I can now get suitable Ideal customer profiles and good databases and book good demos for our Sales team. The spam rate has reduced with the overall configuration in Apollo. The click rate and open rates give an idea to categorize, which leads to focus first.

The only improvement needed which is quite hard to achieve would bem individual phone number or even department Numbers.

The best thing I found was initially it gives you some credits to use so that you can know their tool and services and then you can decide whether you would like to purchase more contacts from them. You can easily filter by the number of employees in the organization, the country of the organization which you want to target.
I still did not find any downsides or limitations. So for me, there is nothing to dislike till now.
It is a great help for budding entrepreneurs who want to start their new businesses or startups but struggling to get clients as they don't have that many contacts. So Apollo provides the platform from where you can get the contacts of millions of clients across the globe to reach out to them with the products and services they offer.
Even with the free account this tool helps out a lot! The onboarding process is simple and very well thought, teaching you how to use the most important features. Within the first 30 minutes of usage I have created a list, created 3 e-mail templates and a sequence and also started sending e-mails to prospects (one of them already replied with interest). 10/10 - would be a 11/10 if translated to Portuguese (Brazil) so I could refer it to my team (they don't speak english).
Unfortunately not available in Brazilian Portuguese, but the overall experience and results were great.
They helped me create companies and customers list, automate my e-mail sequences and also helped me find the customers that I need to be in touch with, using their e-mail search tool. They also help with getting their telephone numbers! The tool is great!

I am obtaining contact information for the individuals I want to connect with for my business. I don't utilize Appolo as often as I should.
What I like best about Apollo.io is the ability to quickly and easily access verified contact data. With Apollo.io, I can search by keywords, titles, industry, and more to find the right contacts in seconds. It also allows me to instantly engage with the right people and gain deeper insights into the daily tools I use.
It should be possible to send more email sequences for each search instead of 25 each time since the process would be even more effective and faster. Waiting for that to happen any time soon.

1. Its better and more accurate than many other such software 2. Less complicated, and easy to use. Believe me! Not confusing at all. 3. The export of the list is very easy and all leads can be downloaded at once and not individual rows. 4. The above is essential so we use csv file for any emailing.
1. Some features like csv downloads are now having a cap on its export. 2. Enrichment of the csv file eg: if we have linkedin links of people and need to find their emails, there is a cap on 1000 prospects. 3. Phone numbers available for only 50 people in base plans.

The platform was super friendly and really scalable. I was allowed to reach amounts of prospects that would've taken me weeks through other resources, especially in countries where we dont have much market knowledge.
Conversion rates arent as high as I would've expected, probably the amount of bounced or blocked messages is something to work on. Besides this I am really happy with Apollo,
