The contacts database is made accessible using a highly intuitive interface which is very easy to use whether you are searching for people or companies. The depth and breadth of the contacts information held are very impressive, covering a very wide range of business sectors and levels of personnel. The search results are presented clearly and concisely and well supported by the ability to save information for future reference.

Only one minor issue is that, sometimes, the contact details identified (e.g. email address), although verified no longer work as the person has moved on to another company. I have only come across this whilst searching for directors where the company has been acquired and thus some of the directors may have resigned. This is easy to mitigate by just checking an up-to-date list of the company's leadership team where directors that have recently resigned are identified.

Apollo is great in many different aspects. It has an extensive database of contacts and companies with a large percentage of up-to-date information. Many various handy tools are already built into it, and what's more, they are constantly working on adding new, relevant tools and functionality. Apollo has helped us streamline and optimize much of our workflow.

Nothing specific. You just need to understand that as a constantly evolving system, Apollo can very rarely show you something unexpected :) Two clarifications - we've never had this issue with data quality, just a couple of times there were some small bugs with the interface. And second - Apollo has a fantastic support team which reacts immediately and always helps us to solve problems.

Through Apollo we get access to a large database of contacts and companies that are easy to search, sort, create dynamically updated lists, etc. And we also automate the process of working with these contacts and, thanks to built-in analytics, we can constantly improve this process.

Apollo.io has a user-friendly interface. It does not have an overly complex learning curve making an easy implementation. The tools are very effective and they provide the direct contact numbers of professionals mainly of those who are present in the sales industry. It integrates with various platforms and has a great customer support experience.

I think there is nothing to dislike about Apollo.io. The product is simply awesome.

Apollo helps in saving my time and facilitating follow-ups. Its integrity with various platforms enhaces its utiity. The most important thing is, its user-friendly nature helps me in using it on a daily basis.

Apollo has great data quality, a full feature set, every integration you may need, the ability to perform execution within the platform and have it reflected accurately in the crm, superior support, and it's easy to start and integrate. I use it every day. You're able to instantly implement, and then it's just you that needs to catch up and learn the platform. Also, the price/value is a big factor. The #1 player in this space would have cost me $38k/yr and that's with negotiations. This platform to me is considered #2 in terms of data quality, but will cost us about $1,200/yr unless needing to additionally append contacts, which are done so at a minimum by the way. The Value is what turns this #2 to a #1 for me.

Clarity in their knowledge base is somewhwat lacking, but they do make up for that part with webinars, resources, and fast and attentive support which has a 'we care' vibe, as opposed to some others.

As a niche provider selling to a competititive space where people move from time to time and data quality and intent is imperative, I needed a provider that hits every mark. It's amazing to see that now the data providers are also providing additional services such as buyer intent and setup/running email sequences. I'm only just starting to use the platform (a few months) and it's looking to be a key part of our growth strategy. I'm also the Admin and running this for other parts of the organization, so I'm speaking as the one who chose this platform for the company. As I learn to leverage all the nuanced features, I expect an even greater impact.
