Great intuitive app, with great features, easy filtering options and with great ease of navigation and functionalities. Plus the contact information stays always up to date to records to date.

The interface of Apollo.io is user friendly. I like all the filtering and buyer intent signals. There is an integration with our CRM which is easy to use and pushes contacts into our CRM. I have found that that data is accurate and gives me access to more buyers than I could find on my own research or with tools that are very expensive for small businesses.
There are 1600 categories for buyer itenent data and the 6 I choose are "close" to what we do. It might be helpful to have keyword search over categoies. You do have to upgrade to the pro plan to filter from the categories and I didn't know that when I signed up and so sometimes it is a little clunk to narrow down my search results.
Giving me accurate contact data on relevant buyers. I want to know who is looking for what I sell so that I can make that connection.

Without a doubt, it seems very intuitive to me to be able to contact so many people from different companies; from CEO's to directors of said companies seeking to improve their businesses. The most likely thing is that within a month or 2 I will subscribe to one of the plans to have many more credits to have many more leads!
Honestly, I haven't had much time to check what bad things Apollo has, but, if I had to highlight something, I would try to say that we could change to the language that is most comfortable for us, in my case Spanish
Currently, the way I can find leads. Before, it took a long time to be able to contact leads and, above all, for them to be good. Now my goal is to gradually improve with the tool and learn how to use it completely well.
What I love the most is that it gives the result I'm looking for.

The ability to find prospects with relevant information and a fantastic integration to my browser and CRM make using Apollo.io a fantastic tool that I use on a daily basis. When searching for prospects on their website the extension of Apollo.io allows me to easily find the right leads and will almost immediately allow me to add them to my CRM and even allow me to review their record if they have been already added or contacted before, also, the integration with hubspot was very easy to use and to get started finidng the right right prospects. The conversation recording function with AI generated summary is a brilliant tool that allows me to go back and review specifics about our conversation and even showcase some of our recordings to other team members as well as a mostly accurate transcription regardles of how many speakers there are. Thankfully I have not had to contact customer support as I have not yet experienced any major issues but I do see they are easily accesible directly through their site which is great if I ever do need help with anything.
Not much to say here, I really have enjoyed Apollo.io as a new business developer. The only issue I did experience once was with a glitch where my call summary was being sent through emails about a hundred times due to the call being disrupted therefore I had many notifications of that conversation.
Transcription of meetings allow me to have immediate note taking power. finding the right prospects whether through the sites search function or directly through the prospect's website.

The accuracy of the phone numbers provided is a little bit hit or miss. That's about it!

I can see what I will get before I pay thousands of dollars for ZoomInfo. The pricing is very reasonable -- I'm a free user to test it out. When days go in and I'll purchase the right plan. This is much better way to ease into a paid account to utilize my money!
Very good product. The only thing that I would suggest is the filter bar on the result side -- if I can rank them based on different sequence that'll be better. For example, one click it ranks result based on A-Z and another click it'll come up with Z-A.
Apollo creates an AI sequence that's free and so easy to track my emails and follow up with cold contacts.
The best thing at Apollo for me was the possibility to have everything at one place: to easily find qualified leads, to organise them in lists, see their profiles, create emails, send emails, and track the process. I love possibility to quickly check the lead’s profile (on LinkedIn as well) without leaving the search/list you are currently in. Also, accuracy of emails is really good comparing to other tools I used. Price for a professional plan is quite good compared to how much I was paying before for various tools.
I do not use all Apollo’s features e.g., calls, so I am not sure how accurate available phone numbers are.
I use Apollo to find qualified leads, I find search filters easy to use, with many useful features such as for example possibility to exclude specific word in a Job Title or Industry.
