Compare Mailshake with other popular tools in the same category.
Features to automate email sequences and lead catcher are great.
They can provide more options to find new prospects compared to its competitors.
We use Mailshake to reach out to new prospects via email. Basically, cold calling emails.
Very easy and simple to use A lot of beneficial features Perfect for outreach campaigns
I'd say the dashboard can get a little bit overwhelming to look at when you're starting out but besides that, I have 0 complaints.
Cold email outreach, simple campaign setups.
As far as the tool goes, the ability to personalize emails individually with a template as a starting point. I do have to mention their incredible Support and Success teams, though - really love how quick to action and helpful they are.
I experienced a minor bug with their sequences - it did not send for a few days even after being toggled as active. I don't know how often this happens to other users, but it was a mild inconvenience.
I am making cold emailing more personalized and therefore personable - sending manual emails was a nightmare, but so was sending automated emails with no human touch. Mailshake provides me with a solution that has the best of both approaches.
Ease of use. All very inuitive and easy to set up. Once finished, forget about it and focus on the results.
I have nothing on the downside. It ticks all my boxes.
B2B email outreach. It works on scale, and allows you to get a foot in the door.
Analytics on emails, verification process.
Would love more suggestions on number of emails sent per day, etc.
I have statistics and verified emails, and it helps me a lot.
It's simple but works really well. Makes it really easy to send outreach campaigns.
There aren't any downsides that I've found.
It has saved me a lot of time when it comes to sending emails. This means I can spend more time on the important things.
I like how easy and reliable mailshake is. It is very easy to learn and onboard staff and once it's set up almost anyone can log in and start creating campaigns.
The design was just ok, but with the 2.0 coming online that has really been fixed.
As a small start-up, we have really ramped up our outreach and cultivation by allowing us to prioritize, follow up, and track leads efficiently. We found that what took 2 full time people in the past can be boiled down to about 4 hours of work to set up and a few hours a week managing.
Ease of use. It's simple, quick, and has decent tracking mechanics.
Sometimes the tracker doesn't count opened emails correctly, and the formatting of signature lines can get a bit too far spaced out.
Sending mass emails. It saves time, automates the entire process, and does a better job of getting fewer bouncebacks.
The personalization feature is really good. The email recipient can almost never tell that he/she received an email via an automated system.
Nothing yet. I only wish the price was a bit more competitive.
I tried the tool almost 2 years to reach out to cold contacts from LinkedIn. I got quite a few responses so it was very encouraging.
There are numerous aspects that I like about Mailshake. Firstly the interface is clean, modern, and intuitive. The system itself is easy to learn and guides you step by step so you can't mess things up. The Campaign tab shows your sending calendar, sequences and their responses, and your overall responses for the whole sequence. Helpdesk support is responsive and very helpful. If you are new to cold email, then Mailshake's onboarding is excellent. There are 3 separate weekly live webinars on onboarding, deliverability training, and campaign Q&A, where you can ask any question to the Mailshake team. In addition to this, there are several summary courses and blog guides to learn more about cold emailing and how to get the best from Mailshake.
The only obvious gap for me, and it's a small one, is that I would like to set separate calendar settings to allow email sending at different times of the day for campaigns in different time zones.
Cold email outreach for my lead generation services. It automates and schedules email sequences and notifies me when I have a reply. Automatically manages unsubscribes and leads won or lost.
