The ability to instantly connect with our customers, and leads, cannot be beat.
The software can hang from time to time, requiring a refresh.
Between having leads reach directly out to our sales reps, the ability to take payments via podium, and the ability to write macros to send out sale information, the benefits are countless. Also, accumulating reviews and the ability to respond to them, no matter what the platform, is convenient. The newest feature of campaigns is fantastic! You can text thousands of people with your message!
You can talk directly to the tenant. That makes the door of communication easier. I think that this allows everyone to be on the same page and opens what we need and since we all live in a digital day and time this app is helpful. So when someone needs help. The upside of the information is getting in our all over the place all at once. That helps in situations when you want to tell someone something multiple ways without over sending the information to the tenant and over telling them information. I think that is a good thing about using podium and then you can answer questions and also send any other things need with the two way communication method installed and allowing pleopke to ask questions or email on that app. I think the daily information is goof as well when it comes to knowing what has been going on while you at not on th clock for work
Can not text and email at the same time. Sometimes it’s needed. Sometimes people do not see a text or would like to go directly to the link without having to do too much to get there. Since sometimes you do not know if someone had an older phone that cannot get to it or if the link was not enough to get where they assumed they needed to be. I think there should be a link to just get the review and export it automatically on the website. I don’t like the fact that it automatically closes or opens some text and I don’t get notifications on my cell phone I made sure they were on. I think on some point a calling feature would set this whole app up in a whole different way and will turn into like a GOOGLE VOICE as spec literally that is the only thing missing from this app.
Getting in contact with many people at once. That makes it easier to have all you need in one place while doing many task. I solved the problem of that getting to the people to get my review link as soon as possible. So we can get the information to them if they are missing it or just a well informed reminder while doing that I so I think there needs to be a reminder text or email send once more or so. In order to see if the tenant has gotten the needed information.I think that information would be really helpful when it comes to updating the website for new users.
Texting is so convenient and faster corresponding than email, and everything is kept for record.

Podium helps us keep track of our customers' wants and needs and ensure that each person speaks to their customers in a timely fashion.
Sometimes, Podium feels rudimentary when trying to type new customers' phone numbers, especially when the phone numbers are indeed similar. It doesn't allow me to exit and message the new customer.
I am not particularly solving any problems with Podium. I am merely resolving the interpersonal communications with my customers and closing the text messages when I am finished with their cases.
Text messaging is key in 2021, way to go!

The search function can be a little frustrating sometimes.
We have been able to get more positive reviews on Google and Facebook for customers to see. The webchat function has made it much easier to communicate with customers, and the customers like that we have it.
