What I really like about Podium is that I can connect so easily with my customers, the option where I can send them a link for a deposit is amazing. It is for sure the best tool in the matket. I use it everyday for hours.
Honestly, the only downside about Podium that I can think of, is that I use another program for my sales called, Hubspot, and there's no way we can integrate Podium to Hubspot. So that kind of sucks.
Podium has helped me to classify my customers, it's so easy to find them when I'm able to edit their names and personal information such as email address. It makes my life at work so much easier.
Immediate notification of reviews and messages
Only referring to the mobile app, reports would be nice to see on the mobile application. Most people like me do tons of work from their mobile devices.

Not much, I guess it could be cheaper but it's worth what they charge right now.

Podium is a powerful text messaging tool to contact customers, conduct marketing campaigns and promote the organization's products and services. It is super intuitive; our entire team finds it easy to use, even those who have joined sometime after implementing it; the adaptation of users has been fast. I love that it also integrates payment functions; they are easy for everyone, especially for our customers, who have also been delighted. It is an excellent tool for contacting clients regarding payments, reviews, support and general communication needs.
Podium works well. However, there are features I would like to see in it, for example, being able to see who has viewed a message on the mobile platform, highlighting messages that have not been responded to after a certain period and the sometimes prolonged load times.
Through the use of this tool, we have been able to answer queries from our customers from different channels in real-time, schedule appointments with customers, and even make sales via telephone. The payment mechanism it offers provides greater security for both the client and us and helps us make the process easier, more convenient and faster. It is a tool I use every day in my company, and it has been a critical factor in improving our customer service and growth in general.
It makes it so easy for customers to leave Google reviews. They receive a link after a call and are directed to Google where they can rate their experience. Super easy and efficient. And integrates with Service Titan which makes it so much easier.
There isn't anything I dislike. They are always helpful when I call and support our business to help us grow our customer base and Google reviews. Podium has helped with the growth of Rogers.
They are solving the problem of getting Google reviews. It is not an easy thing to do. They make it easy for the customer which helps our business and prospective clients make the decision to use our company.
How easy it is for patients to use, they really can review us in minutes!
We have not been able to have our operating system sync-we are on dentrix ascend a cloud based system and even though I was told it could sync no one has helped me get it taken care of.

I feel that Podium is giving me a better performance in terms of its extraordinary message transfer, and that alone already makes it a great app. We can now communicate with our customers via text messaging, Facebook and even Google. We can examine information about their interactions with us, such as their response times, the types of messaging they prefer, etc., to guide our business decisions. Podium has brought many perspectives on discovering professional outreach regarding accurate sales and advertising, so it's pretty significant.
I wouldn't say I like the interface's date; they need to update their design or marketing strategy.

Overall, using Podium is easy and gives my team the opportunity to communicate with customers quickly. In addition it has allowed the team to obtain more information through pictures being texted in.
There is not really anything that I dislike about Podium. I would love to see additional features like video call so that my team can provide additional help to our customers.
Most of our customers prefer texting or emailing. With Podium we can get faster and much clearer responses from our customers. Within our industry being the quickest typically leads to more sales.
PODIUM IS MOST HELPFUL TO OUR TEAM IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE. FIRST, WE CAN SEND LINKS RIGHT TO OUR CUSTOMERS TO CLICK ON TO EITHER LEAVE US A REVIEW OR COLLECT PAYMENTS FROM OUR CUSTOMERS WITHOUT ASKING THEM FOR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION. AS A COMPANY, OUR 1ST PRIORITY IS KEEPING ALL OF OUR CUSTOMER'S INFORMATION SAFE; WITH THE LINK WE CAN SEND OUR CUSTOMERS, WE NEVER HAVE TO SEE OUR CUSTOMERS PERSONAL INFORMATION. PODIUM HAS JUST MADE BUSINESS EASIER IN MANY DIFFERENT WAYS!
THE ONLY ISSUE THUS FAR IS WHEN THE PAYMENTS SYSTEM GOES DOWN; OTHER THAN THAT, WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY ISSUES OR ANY REASONS TO DISLIKE PODIUM. EVEN WITH THAT HAPPENING, ALTHOUGH IT CAN BE AN INCONVENIENCE, WE UNDERSTAND ALL PROGRAMS HAVE GLITCHES AT TIMES.
IT HAS BENEFITED US WITH THEIR PAYMENT SYSTEM. WE NO LONGER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT A DRIVER FORGETTING TO GET CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND MAKING SURE PAYMENTS ARE MADE
