The amount of reviews we have gained through Podium has helped our busienss grow exponentially. We pride ourselves on our 5 star reviews and also appreciate knowing when we receive a less than stellar review so we can reach out to the client and correct the issue.
Lately, the integration has had mutiple instances where it disconnects from our POS system for days at a time.
We love that we can collect payments from clients via Podium which makes it easier for our clients to conduct busienss during their busy day.
It's helped us connect with. more customers and made the customer service experience more seamless. It was very easy to implement among our staff and user friendly as well. It's going to help our customer service and delivery department excel beyond what it currentlys is
I think I would like email to be more fully integrated with podium for our employees and customers.

Automated messages sometimes are sent too often and not shown on my end, only on the receiving end.
Having a way my coworkers can see all the messages and jump in and help each other if needed.
I wish I would've done this several years ago. It helps to streamline all of our conversations, so no matter who is talking to a customer or responding to a customer, It feels like it is the company not the individual. Asking for a review has been made very simple and I expect to see multiple reviews for a lot of different tasks completed.
Haven't really found a huge problem with anything with Podium, the one thing I wish it was a little easier is it feels like some of the conversations are not in the same sequence of when they were received

Before, we would miss so many business opportunities outside of business hours. Now we can respond to clients from all over the place. We love being able to send out blast messages to clients.
The only downside is that sometimes it disconnects from our other apps from time to time. May be an issue with the other party.
Have not had many problems with the service. Very satisfied!
Mainly the fact that you can communicate with customers under your store listed phone number and the fact that it notifies customers to let them know repairs are ready
We had some issues at first, but it was mainly from getting my store phone number released from a different service
In a nutshell, I just love the convieniece of all messages being on one platform for responding
We outpace our competitors in reviews by 5x. As well, the online chat has been a big boom for us and our ecomm platform

We are able to quickly engage with our customers through webchat, which makes them very happy. Our ability to respond in a personal way has helped solve the problem of a customer wondering about items on our website.
I love the Podium app as it allows myself and my delivery team to keep our customers updated in real time regarding the timliness of their deliveries. We can give precise times as to when we will be in their driveway. I also love having the ability to ask for immediate feedback on the customer interaction with my team, allowing us to immediately fix any problems that may have arisen during the delivery process. More importantly, if we've done our job, asking for a review and giving the customer the tools to give the review is the icing on the cake. There are many applications we can use Podium for, but we only use a portion at the present time primarily for communication.
I haven't really found a downside yet, other than perhaps letting customers know on our website, that we may not be with them until the next business day.
Instant communication eases the waiting game and takes the wonderment of when a delivery truck will be coming. Although we give 2 hour windows on every delivery, we sometimes run into traffic or unforseen circumstances that cause delays. Podium allows us to give instant updates. Prior to Podium, I'd ask customers for reviews, but the ease of doing a review through Podium has made the process infinitely easier for the customer. There are many more marketing implementaions that are available that we haven't utilized yet primarily due to being an old guy and not being technology saavy.
