Their customer service and affiliate tracking software is top-notch. I am very impressed by Post Affiliate Pro's excellent customer service and affiliate tracking software. That was a huge burden off my shoulders! The tracking software is very accurate. The integration of affiliate pro into services is such that it's not difficult to communicate with our company’s affiliates through their social networks, or share content so they can review it whenever they want.

We're just starting to use it, but I have no complaints so far. A recommendation: The tutorials should be based on the most up-to-date version of our tool. Since I come from a non-technical background understanding certain features take time for me.

I am using the power of affiliate marketing for my business to increase sales. I don't have to pay a large sum on Google or Facebook ads since affiliates are doing a hard job, which is great because it saves me time! I don't have to worry about paying large sums of money when Google or Facebook ads would take up most of my time since Post Affiliates Pro does all the hard work! The software takes care of technical work as well as administrative so all we need now our attention can focus solely on growing and scaling up this company.

We needed a software to track our affiliate sales. In addition to that, Post Affiliate Pro also allows for automated emails to be sent out, and many other things that make life as an affiliate manager much easier. It's also great for affiliates, as they get their own login & dashboard for maximum transparency.

It was quite simple to get the page set up and to add assets for affiliates to use. The team was also very responsive to questions and was happy to extend the free trial a bit longer while we got familiar with the software.

Outstanding customer support - available 24/7 by chat. They've also done an incredible job handling the setup of our affiliate program by email.

The system is complicated - but that's a good thing, because it can do pretty much anything you want it to do. But it's easier sometime to let them set it up for you instead of trying to figure it out on your own (at least for slow people like me!)

I like the straight forward features and functionality of Post Affiliate Pro. It makes it very simple for an organization to launch an affiliate program and support each member that joins in.

There are a LOT of features that they provide that you do not necessarily need. It is a little overwhelming when you are just trying to implement a simple sales affiliate program.

We wanted to deploy an individual sales rep commission tracking system and Post Affiliate Pro was the best solution to integrate with our proprietary software.

I love that you can upload your own logos and make the signup and back-office look like a white label solution.

I am able to easily run an affiliate referral based business

The system covers almost everything you need, in our case, the core requirement was to have a system that can track the sales made against a specific coupon code which is assigned to a correspondent affiliate, in the market you will find the majority of the affiliate tracking software covering clicks, leads ..etc. so it was so challenging to find a system that covers the coupon codes as well. The system is very user friendly & very flexible at the same time!

The only comment I have that the integration is not very easy, however, they have a very good support team & they will assist you!

Several but not limited to the below: 1) Having a proper tracking software to track the commissions. 2) The ability to synch the sales from our ERP system using their APIs. 3) Having a public website to introduce our affiliate program.

Not having lots of start up funds allows a functional affiliate system. The benefits are a live support team to help and work hard for you, the support team dos your integrations so you don’t really have to no pay someone to vonfigure the system

Post Affiliate Pro is very intuitive, I've been using it for two months and the customer support is the best I've experienced for any software till thus far. There are many features available in the program which makes it future proof and very reliable, and it also supports features that allow great diversity and customization to create and grow your own unique affiliate campaigns.

The only thing I'm not happy about is the inability to communicate the same person that helps you with the program initially, though most of the support staff will be able to help you as they can view your program in real time and also update some features for you online in realtime as well.

No problems thus far as the support is very good, also the integration process is seamless and you recieve good support from the customer care team which is available 24hours. There many compatible APIs that allow you to tailor your business to exactly support your affiates needs and the user interface is simple and easily understandable with the provided video tutorials, both for the merchant and affiliates.

While setting everything up the help I received was amazing. It was fast and accurate! That helped me to set it up quickly. It is fairly easy to understand the software (for a newby) and with there help I was able to set it up without trouble! They also helped me connect it to my Clickfunnel site.

They were really fast to help with any of our questions. Takes some time to get used to the dashboard, but after that it is relatively easy to use.

what I liked most about Post Affiliate Pro was the way in which I used it to avoid any misunderstanding between affiliates, where affiliates can only see a banner with their respective commissioning, based on a campaign that includes groups of commissioning. The Post Affiliate Pro administrative panel has a simple way to see who is with us, facilitating communication between the merchant and the affiliate, being able to extend the commissioning to the affiliate if there is a great progress with the promotion of our products. Complex dashboard for simple integration, translation that is not complete in Portuguese, the fact that I have a totally different time zone with that of the support. I would think it would be great if the Post Affiliate Pro documentation was updated, as there are things that no longer exist in it. Making integration difficult, not because of a lack of information but because it is difficult to find or read it. Please fix it :)

Super easy to setup. Very well structured. Great Dashboard with perfect overview for all the vendors.

Unfortunately it's not open source and self hosting is only available through very high costs.

It solves our entire Affiliate process for the business. Many vendors participate in the program. Also we have introduced this software with many of our clients due to reliability and ease of use.

At Post Affiliate Pro we appreciated the availability and professionalism of the team during the trial phase, during the set up, and what not least, especially during use. The team is always available 24/7 and sometimes, in the middle of the night (Italian time), we have managed to solve even complex problems thanks to their technical support. The great versatility and the amount of features available allow you to take advantage of their software even for things they have not foreseen, this is extraordinary.

We didn't have any problems or things that we didn't like. If we find it later we will update the review.

With them we were able to create a very complex system by integrating different platforms. Any other solution would have cost us much more to develop the APIs

I'm not the most technical guy in the world, I have some understanding, but not too much, however, I find Post Affiliate Pro very easy to use, from installation to the day to day running of the software - I don't have any problems with it. It's a robust, well built piece of software, which does everything I need it to do to run my affiliate program. From start to finish, Post Affiliate Pro has provided me with a professional and quick service.

So far so good - I don't have any negative comments about Post Affiliate Pro at this stage. Everything just works how it should.

I have not encountered any problems as such. I had a small glitch at the start of installation, getting Post Affiliate Pro to work alongside my payment processor, but they liaised between each other and managed to get everything working.

I use Post Affiliate Pro for trekking my advertising conversion and conversion from my affiliate network. Post Affiliate Pro has a lot of useful tools, easy to integrate, and convenient use. Support answers very fast and helps me with all my issues. I highly recommend this application.

Customer support and in depth reporting! We specifically used the in depth reporting to analyze and improve our marketing funnel leading to more than doubling our Affiliate sales (and doubling all other sales too since we're basically using the same marketing funnel!)

It took me a few days to get the hang of most features, but as soon as I started watching the video tutorials I also able to grasp the functionalities quickly. I wish I started watching the videos from the beginning.

We just needed a better affiliate software but ended up more than doubling our affiliate sales.

Documentation sometimes might seem outdated, but with customer support most things were solved in a timely manner.

PAP has an outstanding Support Team that is available to help us 24/7. All of our issues are resolved immediately through the chat feature, if our issues are escalated to the developers, someone always reached out via email within 24 hours.

We could not automate the reports and those that are available are not very useful to us. We could run the reports in the platform but wish these would be available automatically and send to use via email.

We use PAP strictly for affiliate tracking. PAP meets our needs for this.

Customization hands down. Each affiliate can be assigned a custom affiliate code which is very important in our industry. Affiliates can be assigned as sub-affiliates to other affiliates which led to an extremely successful marketing campaign we had recruiting certain types of Affiliates who are actively practicing this approach. Also, customer support is extremely prompt and every time I\\\'ve asked questions, they responded quickly and explained the details I needed.

I wouldn't say I dislike it but I wish maybe they were more use cases and stories about how different customers are using the product. It's certainly not the company\\\'s job to do this but it would be nice to get some fresh ideas. :)

25% of our Affiliates are what is called network marketing affiliates so we needed the functionality to manage an Affiliate tree with sub-affiliates. Also customization of the affiliate codes. Email automation and customization etc.

Very useful piece of software. lots of customisations and quick customer support when needed. Highly recommended.
