AWIN have deployed very good system and API, espcially for the reporting the system, they have different dimension dashboard.That's very useful for the pubsliher to track the performance of each program which we promoted.
Currently, no more really bad experience when cooperating with AWIN. But the dealink issue faced by Publisher is the critical on I would like to share. As not all AWIN's adivertiser will update their feed timely so I would like to suggest AWIN to deploy some related feature to handle deadlinks.
Most of them is related to the new features inquiries.

its difficult to bulk upload creatives like banners, and when doint it its never possible to delete them afterwards, they just saty in the creatives list as hidden forever.

Their platform is easy to integrate with our custom marketplace. The affiliate base is very large and active as well. I have been happy with their pricing model as well.
It would be great if inviting large batches of affiliates at a time was possible rather than having to invite individually. Another thing is I wish the user interface was a bit easier to navigate.
We are building our affiliate base with Awin and their sub networks. Growing our affiliate revenue across as many different affiliate types as possible. So far it has taken time but slowly it does build up.

A slightly updated and more user-friendly interface would be a benefit.
AWIN allows us to run our CSS and partner affiliate scheme.
Awi allows our business to easily and efficiently manage, recruit and optimise our affiliate partners. The platform has an extensive suite of reporting tools which allows us to easily review KPIs and create a strategy accordingly. Furthermore, the vast database of affiliate partners ensures our brand can be promoted through a wide range of sources.
The platofrm is perhaps slightly outdated and could perhaps make use of a face lift.
Awin is allowing brands easy access to a complete suite of tools that simplify the partner management experience and allow any and all companies entry in the affiliate marketing world. The platform has acted as a gateway for our business into the partner space in the last two years.
Awin has a strong network of publishers that allows Vivint to access incremental partnerships. Their tracking mechanisms have been reliable, and I've been impressed with their account management.
Their APIs are not as intuitive as I would expect. Additionally, they have not integrated Awin with Share-A-Sale (a network they own), which would seemingly have benefits for numerous advertisers.
Awin's platform allows Vivint to find net new affiliate entities and to operationalize those partnerships in a turnkey fashion. Vivint is relatively new to e-commerce endeavors, so finding a proper e-commerce oriented tracking solution was imperative to achieve growth.
Firstly the initial onboarding is flawless. Once you’ve onboarded the publisher recommendations kick in which really help you to learn the types of publishers that work best for your product. Finally the cost of acquiring customers becomes extremely affordable giving you a great Road
Not a great deal to dislike about Awin, it does what it says on the tin. Everything has been thought about already

Loads of flexibility to set offers, accept or decline each publisher and provide assets and copy for them to use. If you know what you're doing it feels like a very powerful way of extending your reach and only paying for converting customers.
It takes a bit of time to get setup - you need a developer and some space in your backlog. You also need to monitor it a fair but to get you up and running. We've seen only 1 customer referred so far, but hope for more soon.
We only want to pay for converting customers and think affinity marketing is a great way to do just that.
The level of activity within the platform is unparallelled within the UK, with most key publishers using this network as their first/main port of call. The interface itself is the easiest to use and seems to be the most intuitive of all the affiliate platforms I've worked with.
Account support can be slightly vague and response times are slower, particularly for smaller accounts.

I like the commission flexibility and being able to tailor payouts based on a variety of factors in a few simple steps
I would say the downside to Awin is that it lacks in certain areas vs competitors from a reporting POV; better forecasting by pubilsher would be useful or dashboards that show customer journeys

Ways of reaching new customers without access to a substantial marketing budget, as AWIN allows us to only pay for marketing in response to a successful sale. We've seen considerable increase in business as a result.

We have had a premium account with AWIN twice and both of our Account Executives have been fantastic! We thought we couldn't do better than Sahil but Katie has blown us away! She goes above and beyond to make sure that you get the very best out of the program.
It can be a lot to handle without an AE if you're not familiar with the program.
AWIN is helping us with brand visibility across a broad number of channels. If you get a great AE it's even better. Katie G is the BEST!!
I like the publisher marketplace. It allows you to find the specific type of content of affiliates you are looking to partner with. From editorial content to coupon code websites, always have been able to find what i am looking for.
After uploading creative graphics, you cannot delete them. You can hide them so they are not visible to companies you work with but that begins to create a funnel of images you are not using being left in your toolbox.
They have helped me find more active affiliates to allow our brand recognition and sales to grow.
The access to over 200,000 worldwide active affiliate databases makes it easier to get the product/service the brand exposure needed to reach the exact customers needed to make the products a success.
There were very few downsides to the AWIN program, but a minor inconvenience was the registration, it was a bit slow for my liking. Again this was a minor inconvenience and not a larger concern
The program helps the product/services with more prominent brand visibility and exposure needed for the product to be successful. The affiliates are spread worldwide, making reaching a worldwide audience easier. They have solutions for both agencies and publishers equally.
Great support team. Big list of publishers. The brand helps us increase sales at a great ROI.
