Affilimate Expert Review

Affilimate publishes no prices, and one of its three plans cannot be bought at all — the Creators tier’s button reads “Request early access”. What it does publish is an unusually candid explanation of how it prices: by volume running through the platform and which features you need, with the actual numbers arriving only after a call. That is still a sales process rather than a price, but it tells you more than most quote-only pages do.

  • What it is: Affiliate revenue analytics for publishers, aggregating 100+ networks.
  • Best for: Media companies and enterprise publishers with commerce content at scale.
  • Pricing: None published. Quoted on volume and feature set, after a call. Verified August 2026.
  • The honest catch: The creator-facing plan is early access, not generally available.

What Is Affilimate?

Affilimate is affiliate analytics for the publisher side of the market. Where Rewardful helps a merchant run an affiliate programme, Affilimate helps a publisher understand the income from dozens of them at once — pulling transactions, rates and payouts from 100+ networks into one dashboard and attributing that revenue down to the article, link and placement.

The platform is sold as three modules. Unify consolidates commissions across networks, available through the dashboard, an API or MCP. Optimize provides article- and link-level revenue, conversion heatmaps, content segmentation, traffic-source and UTM reporting and 25+ customisable attributes. Amplify adds campaign infrastructure for sponsorships and link swaps, “from pitch to renewal”.

Two capabilities stand out as genuinely hard to replicate. Product data enriches reporting with prices, categories and availability from 70M+ tracked products matched to your links. And offsite tracking follows revenue beyond your own site — into mobile apps, syndication partners like Apple News and MSN, and social channels like Instagram and YouTube. For a publisher whose commerce content is distributed as widely as it is hosted, that second one is the reason to have this conversation at all.

The customer roster on the pricing page is named and checkable: People, Outside, News UK, Katie Couric Media, Real Simple, The Spruce, McClatchy Media, Ziff Davis and Everyday Health, under a claim of 200+ leading publishers. That is an enterprise-media list, and it tells you where this product actually sits.

Affilimate’s pricing page: three cards for Creators, Premium publishers and Merchants & Agencies with no prices — the Creators button reads Request early access, the other two Schedule a demo.

How Affilimate Works

  • Three segments: Creators, Premium publishers, Merchants & Agencies.
  • Creators is “Request early access” — not yet purchasable.
  • No published prices anywhere on the site.
  • Priced on volume plus feature set, quoted after a call.
  • Setup in under 24 hours for standard stacks.
  • API and MCP access to your commerce data.

Affilimate Pricing

There is no pricing table to reproduce. As of August 2026 the pricing page carries three audience cards with no figures, and the only route to a number is a sales conversation. Affilimate’s FAQ states the model directly:

“Pricing is based on a combination of the overall volume running through the platform and which features and products you need. We tailor plans for companies starting their commerce journey through to companies with sophisticated internal tools requiring custom integration from our team. We’ll send you a list of KPIs for pricing after our first call.

What actually decides your cost — and your timeline:

  • You will not get a price at the first call, and Affilimate says so. The FAQ’s exact wording is that they “send you a list of KPIs for pricing after our first call”. So the first meeting establishes what they will measure; the price follows separately. That is standard enterprise practice, but it means budgeting for at least two conversations before a number exists — worth knowing before you invest the time.
  • The pricing metric is volume plus features, which cuts both ways. Charging on “the overall volume running through the platform” means the bill scales with the affiliate revenue you are tracking. A publisher whose commerce income doubles should expect the tool measuring it to cost more. The upside is that a small publisher is not paying an enterprise floor; the downside is that the fastest-growing customers see the steepest increases, and none of the thresholds are published.
  • The Creators plan is not on sale. Its button reads “Request early access” while the other two say “Schedule a demo”. If you are an individual creator rather than a media company, the plan designed for you does not yet exist as a purchasable product — you are joining a list. Anyone arriving at this listing as a solo affiliate should know that before booking anything.
  • The customer list tells you the real target. People, Outside, News UK, Ziff Davis, McClatchy Media, Everyday Health, Real Simple, The Spruce, Katie Couric Media. These are large commerce-content operations, and pricing “based on volume” set against that roster implies a floor well above a personal blog. The product is not hiding this — the segments are labelled honestly — but the logos are the clearest signal of where the price lands.
  • Setup speed is the most concrete commitment on the page. “Account configuration and your first insights takes less than 24 hours and often doesn’t require developer resources” for standard setups, and “under 2 weeks” from kickoff to a live trial even for custom stacks. That a trial is mentioned at all is useful: there is evidently a way to see the product with your own data before committing, though whether it is free is not stated.
  • The offsite tracking is the differentiator worth paying for. Following affiliate revenue into Apple News, MSN, Instagram and YouTube solves a problem that on-site analytics structurally cannot. If your commerce content is syndicated or your links live in social bios and video descriptions, the alternative is reconciling network reports by hand.
  • API and MCP access are both offered, which is ahead of the category. The FAQ lists publisher API endpoints for “pulling commission data, sending custom events, searching your advertisers, and generating links”, and Unify is explicitly usable “through the dashboard, API, or MCP”. An MCP interface means your affiliate data is directly addressable by AI tooling — a genuinely current capability rather than a roadmap item.
  • The AI platform is early access too. Agentic campaign management, MCP-enabled integrations and yield optimisation are described under an EARLY ACCESS label. Treat it as direction rather than delivered function when weighing a quote.
  • The affiliate link resolves cleanly. /go/affilimate returns 200 and lands on affilimate.com/?aid=B5BnNI5Rew&fpr=b5bnni5rew, setting affilimate-referral plus FirstPromoter’s _fprom_ref and _fprom_tid cookies. Attribution is working through two mechanisms at once.

Who Should Use Affilimate

  • Media companies with commerce content. The named customers are exactly this, and the feature set is built for it.
  • Publishers using many networks. Consolidating 100+ networks into one ledger is the core job.
  • Anyone with syndicated or social distribution. Offsite tracking into Apple News, MSN, Instagram and YouTube is rare.
  • Teams with data infrastructure. API, MCP and data-warehouse access make it a component rather than a silo.

It fits poorly for solo creators, since that plan is early access only; for anyone who needs to budget before talking to sales, since nothing is priced; and for publishers on a single affiliate network, where the aggregation that justifies the platform does not apply.

Honest Pros and Cons

Strengths

  • Explains its pricing model even though it publishes no prices.
  • 100+ networks consolidated into one dashboard.
  • Offsite tracking into Apple News, MSN, Instagram and YouTube.
  • API and MCP access to commerce data.
  • Setup under 24 hours for standard stacks, often without developers.
  • Named enterprise customers rather than anonymous logos.

Limitations

  • No published prices, ranges or minimums.
  • The Creators plan is early access, not purchasable.
  • The price arrives after a second conversation, not the first.
  • Volume-based pricing rises with the revenue you are measuring.
  • The AI platform is early access too.
  • No indication whether the trial is free.

Affilimate Alternatives and How It Compares

  • Skimlinks monetises and tracks publisher links, with its own network rather than aggregating others.
  • Impact is the enterprise partnership platform, oriented to the advertiser side.
  • Rewardful is for merchants running a programme, not publishers tracking many — and publishes its prices.
  • PartnerStack combines a partner marketplace with tracking.
  • Manual network reporting remains the default for publishers on one or two networks.

The Verdict

Affilimate solves a problem that only exists at a certain scale: a publisher earning affiliate revenue across dozens of networks, in content distributed well beyond its own site, with no single ledger showing what actually earns. Consolidating 100+ networks, attributing revenue to the article and link, enriching it with 70M+ product records, and following it into Apple News, MSN, Instagram and YouTube is genuinely difficult to assemble from network reports and spreadsheets. The named customers — People, News UK, Ziff Davis, McClatchy Media, Everyday Health — confirm both the capability and the altitude.

On pricing there is nothing to check, and that is the review’s main finding. No figures appear anywhere on the site. What Affilimate does offer, and what raises it above the average quote-only page, is an explanation: pricing is “based on a combination of the overall volume running through the platform and which features and products you need”. Compare WhitePress, reviewed elsewhere in this series, which also publishes nothing and explains nothing. Knowing the metric lets you at least estimate direction — your bill grows with the affiliate revenue you are tracking.

Two practical cautions. The first is timing: the FAQ says Affilimate will “send you a list of KPIs for pricing after our first call”, so the opening conversation produces the measurement criteria and a price comes later. Budget two meetings before a number. The second matters more for anyone arriving here as an individual: the Creators plan is not purchasable. Its button says “Request early access” where the other two say “Schedule a demo”. The product aimed at creator-led businesses is a waiting list, and a solo affiliate booking a demo will be talking about the enterprise product.

If you are a media company, the counterweight is that setup is fast and low-risk to evaluate — “less than 24 hours” to first insights on a standard stack, under two weeks even with custom infrastructure, and a trial is referenced although its cost is not. Add API and MCP access for pulling commission data into your own systems, and this is a well-built component rather than another dashboard to check. Go in knowing the price will be a conversation, and that it will scale with your success.

FAQ

How much does Affilimate cost?

Affilimate publishes no prices. Its FAQ states that “pricing is based on a combination of the overall volume running through the platform and which features and products you need”, and that plans are tailored from companies starting out through to those needing custom integration. The exact figures come after a sales conversation — specifically, Affilimate says it will “send you a list of KPIs for pricing after our first call”, so the first meeting defines the metrics rather than producing a quote.

Can individual creators use Affilimate?

Not yet as a purchasable product. The Creators segment exists on the pricing page — promising all affiliate commissions in one dashboard, centralised link management and cross-channel content performance — but its call to action is “Request early access” rather than a demo or a checkout. The two segments that are generally available, Premium publishers and Merchants & Agencies, are both enterprise-oriented.

What does Affilimate actually do?

It consolidates affiliate revenue for publishers. Unify pulls transactions, rates and payouts from 100+ networks into one place. Optimize attributes that revenue to individual articles, links and placements with heatmaps, content segmentation, UTM reporting and 25+ customisable attributes. Amplify adds sponsorship and link-swap campaign infrastructure. It also tracks revenue offsite — in mobile apps, Apple News, MSN, Instagram and YouTube — and enriches reporting with data from 70M+ tracked products.

How long does Affilimate take to set up?

Fast, by its own account. For publishers with a standard setup, “account configuration and your first insights takes less than 24 hours and often doesn’t require developer resources.” Even publishers with custom technology stacks are said to go “from kickoff to live with a trial in under 2 weeks.” Affilimate states it works with all major website builders and CMS platforms and can integrate with custom sites.

Does Affilimate have an API?

Yes, and an MCP interface as well. The FAQ describes publisher API endpoints for “pulling commission data, sending custom events, searching your advertisers, and generating links”, and the Unify module is explicitly usable “through the dashboard, API, or MCP”. Data-warehouse access is also offered, so commission data can feed internal systems rather than living only in Affilimate’s dashboard.
