This software is fantastic for upselling. It is a quick and efficient way to get more products in front of your customers. I like that you can run campaigns on items you want to focus on pitching. It's also great to see the Leaderboard results page as it encourages you and your team to keep using the tool to gain even more sales.
I want the software to pull in-stock items to the top of the list when I search for products by product name.
I can quickly find products to upsell that correspond to the customer's business needs which increases the probability of the customer purchasing from us.
Proton's user-friendly system makes pitching new or previously purchased items a breeze. With little interruption or time away from our original processes.
The only thing that I can think of it's a different system that we have to access seperately. So, it's an additional step to have to implement. However, we have started using Proton to search out a customer's account. We've found that the search within Proton is better than our regular system search.
We have increased our sales and also, now able offer additional products to every interaction that we have with the customer. It allows us to take advantage of each time we are in contact with the customer.
The ease of copying and pasting items into an email

The benefits are being to easily look at a customers account and see what the products the have pirchaed or quoted lately and being able to supply them with a good list of items to help them!
This program excels at upselling. More items may be presented to your consumers quickly and effectively in this way. I appreciate that campaigns may be created for certain products you wish to market. A nice feature of the program is the Leaderboard results page, which motivates you and your team to keep utilizing it to increase sales.
The loading of the extra selections might be sluggish at times, and I find the button that automatically recommends the chosen goods to be useless.
The advantages include being able to quickly check a customer's account to see what things they've recently purchased or priced, as well as being able to provide them a helpful list of stuff!
I love how you can pick a product, and then it will show you other products that you can recommend with that particular product.
There is nothing at this time I dislike about this software
