Easy to use, highly customizable (to map with every business entity's requirements), Easy to Implement, Regular usage, ease of integration with internal systems, Simplified Features and very good customer support
Not any major issues as of now for the product and services.
We were looking for a centralized system to be followed by all the Internal groups/departments within our business model and Recruit CRM has been able to support us for the large part of our requirements
Very user friendly, needs very little training and can be worked out very quickly.
The system can not be edited as much as we would prefer to work with how we would like to capture information.
The ease and visibility of the database is helping with efficiency.
The user experience is very intuitive and visually appealing. The team is extremely helpful in getting you up to speed - and continually answering questions along the way.
Some of the extensions we were already using (i.e. Signal Hire) weren't compatabile, but otherwise no complaints!
Recruit CRM helped us keep track of our various open roles and correlating pipeline. Also provided a way for interested candidates to submit themselves to our database without extra work on our end.
It's user-friendly, very intituitive and perfect for a recruitment agency like us which has a big client portfolio
Nothing that I'm aware of, the only thing we missed is that we work with several currencies and thay only accept one
Believe it or not, we did not work with any ATS, and, after a long process of searching and comparing many, we found this one, which is very well suited to our needs.
I like the customer support team and our customer success manager. They are all very attentive and willing to help whenever a problem arises.
There are not many things I dislike about Recruit CRM.
Keeps track of all the candidates for a specific job post. This platform helps consolidate the recruitment process.
Native features are great and principal objects are quite custmizable (candidates, jobs) A lot of engagement features allow good collaboration. API is a game changer for automations.
Data vizualisation could be better. Also an access to Hiring stage table would be great
A lot of time is gained by the teams using the product and they can focus on added value tasks. The tool allows a great collaboration between Talent Managers and Account managers.
Implementation of new features based on needs and requests. Fast responses with support.
A newish platform so some features can be missing, but they're usually implemented at the request
Simple to use platform, ease of access.
Top reasons we moved to RecruitCRM include the LinkedIn Chrome Extension, user-friendly interface and very supportive customer team!
Dashboarding/reporting isn't very mature yet, although it's not a deal-breaker since it's still able to give you some numbers.
Most CRM/ATS cater to big companies but Recruit CRM is start-up friendly - transparent, scaleable and efficient with its intuitive design and zapier-enabled automations. We're also very grateful for how easy it is to contact the support team whom have been very responsive to our needs and requests.
It is just a very well planned and designed ATS. You can see that it has features that were missing in other ATSes that we used before. It is intuitive and the RecruitCRM team is always there in case of any issues. They are also listening to customer feedback - I saw our product improvement points implemented in the roadmap and then included in the tool after I reported them to the team.
Of course, there are a couple of glitches, but they are not critical. It is more about UX and speed of using RecruitCRM. Sometimes you have to refresh the page for the changes to get implemented. But I reported all feedback points gathered from our company to RecruitCRM and hopefully they will be fixed soon.
Of course, it helps us with our recruitment work. More specifically, it helped us coordinate our internal work, facilitated flow of information across our recruiters, fastened the way of working with our clients and helped our management have better visibility over what all recruiters are doing.
Recruit CRM takes the demands of recruiters who work in an agency setting and empowers them like no other system on the market. The following set of capabilites have been second to none for our team: Acquisition of new talent: with its software to capture profiles from social media sites and integrate them seamlessly into the talent pool, as well its search to customize lists and skillsets based on ability Recruit CRM has one of the most forward thinking talent search features on the market. Connecting Talent to client needs: through its digitial interface and ability to share and give access to its platform over a digital submission, it scales and provides options to Talent acquisition professionals to showcase their talent to clients. The resourcing options can be changed from bespoke to broadbased access. This changes the ATS system from a tool to a revenue maker. Communication with talent and ability to move talent through stages of application process: Here again Recruit CRM shines. Recruit CRM allows a clear and concise view of applications, the ability to use Kanban provides a clear overview of the application process at hand and the communication methods with candidates especially when your email is tied to the system is extremely efficient. Again you are spoiled for choice and empowered to scale your bench whilst being responsive to the talent which has applied. Their model is constantly being iterated: Whilst some ATS systems provide a set of capabilities and remain static around build outs and changes, Recruit CRM is constantly integrating new customer feedback on a rolling basis. They have constant access to discussions around how to use current tools and will conduct build-outs on an up and down voting system. They have been responsive around every question my team has had. This model is hands down the most impressive feature for me and our team. It is one thing to build a market leading product, it is another to provide such an open and iterative model to make it better.
The fact that i didnt find out about this product sooner.
See the review above
RecruitCRM is clean, easy to use, customisable and has every feature I need for the use as a CRM and ATS. If I have a question about I alway get an response within 2 minutes and they take time to answer my questions properly.
I still cannot figure out what to dislike about RecruitCRM. Up to this point I am very happy with it
What I experienced with the big CRM/ATS company’s that the intuitivity and ease of use is not that good and most of the times not built from the view of the end user. Recruit CRM is completely the other way around and has features that I was told were not possible in such a program, like import from Linkedin or an easy to use email tracker. It does not take a lot of time to use the program properly and it works for me, instead of I work for the program.
This helps me gather and use the data from the Recruitment process. I can have metrics to make better decisions.
Perhaps it could have more integrations with other applications, like ZoomInfo.
I can upload the data faster and easier to a system and then use it to make decisions to improve the business.
Can be customized according to our needs, managing candidate life cycle and interview schedules, reports and dashboard and excellent customer support.
The 'administrative' side of it, not every salesperson is disciplined to do the work..:)
Enrich talent pipeline, manage information of candidates and help recruit for roles that are hard to fill. Outstanding customer relationship management.
Candidate Tracking Client Link to view Candidates Customizable Hiring Stages
Their email sequencing is a new addition and could still use some additional functionality for ease of use.
Great way to track applicants that we bring into the system. The system is fast and easy to use. Everything is in the right place and easy to find.
Our company has been through multiple different CRM systems, and none do what Recruit CRM can do. Bringing together Sales and Recruiting on the same platform created new ways for us to run our business more efficiently.
The only downside for us is being a company of our size, there are features we can't wait to implement, so you could say it holds us back from being that much more efficient in other areas of our business.
Having both our Sales team and Recruiting Team on the same platform. The ability to create workflow rules within the system to have our processes run smoother. Finding solutions for current processes. Data integrity.
Excellent support - always on hand, great video tutorials and they are constantly enhancing the functionality
Nothing to be honest - I would obviously prefer it was free!
keeping all candidate info all together
LinkedIn extension is extremely helpful and saves loads of time.
It meets all my needs effectively so there is nothing to dislike.
effective CRM system for me to manage my candidate & client data as well as organise deal flow and candidate out reach.
I have been using RCRM since 2018. Its easy to use and the features have been easy to understand and implement. This is my go-to place for my recruitment busines. The customer support deserves 5 stars. They are prompt and quick to respond.
I only use this to store my candidate database. The search function can be better.
The easy of storing the candidate database is a major benefit. I havent used the other functions much.
Ease of integaration and Language support
Initial setup is a bit tedious and might take some time to use all the features
Maintain standard database and track of applicants
At a glance, visual overview of the recruitment process in the Kanban. Easy to see where we have reached in the recruitment process. All information easily accessible including recent emails. Easy to update and tailor to our requirements. Seems to be flexible enough for systems integration with other platforms eg Wordpress and gmail. After sales service is prompt and efficient.
No real business development process already integrated into the system, so that we can have an overview of our BD efforts on the client side with a live pipeline. We currently use Google drive for this, alongside the CRM/ATS, so more manual than we would like it to be.
We previously used Bullhorn which was very US-orientated and slow. This new system is fast, updates quickly and is very versatile to use across the team. We wanted to work on recruitment processes together and this allows us to do so. RCRM has meant more collaboration and a faster pace of work.
