There are lots of features that are super useful for agencies, their support is excellent and they are constantly working on improving their system.
The fact that boolean search is still a bit rudimentary and needs improvement, but they are working on it.

Candidate tracking was difficult for me at first. Then it is beneficial for me to get everything sort out.

not a lot of custom reports. reporting can use a face lift. tracking pros and cons of each candidate
keeping track of each candidate across all interviewers. making sure we are keeping track of a clear report card and tracking pros and cons.
