The system is very intuitive and customizable.

it would be ideal if it had also a job ad muliplicator but that would be optimum.

What problems is Recruit CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

easy access to profiles that are connected to one job, easy communication with clients and candidates, which is also tracked. we are more sufficient in our work and due to this we are able to handle more projects at a time.

At the moment the system is working very good for us. Only some translations are off.

The visualization tools are key, the UI is seamless, and the team makes the experience that much more incredible

What do you dislike about Recruit CRM?

It's almost too customizable! The opportunities are endless and sometimes I get lost in the detail.

What problems is Recruit CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

The User Interface encourages my recruiters to document, something that's been a challenge in the past.

Everything, it is super user friendly. The support team are fantastic, you never wait more than 2 minutes for support.

What do you dislike about Recruit CRM?

It lacks integrations and automations but does integrate with Zapier.

What problems is Recruit CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me manage my whole recruitment process, I've been able to move away from spreadsheets into Recruit

We have used other CRM and ATS services and found Recruit CRM to be the best out there. They prioritize customers and their needs with easy-to-follow explanations to assist us in the best ways to utilize their system.

What do you dislike about Recruit CRM?

Recruit CRM is mighty, and I am excited to utilize and harness its powers. I do not have any dislikes to date and do not expect any. Any challenges that we may have had has been user errors.

What problems is Recruit CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recruit CRM has allowed us to implement it within our organization quickly. It will enable us to have everything uniform and in one place. We are now implementing automation that the Recruit CRM team is assisting us with.

Questions around customisation, automation, and reporting. The team is always helpful in providing the answer or a suggested workaround, they always seem keen to understand how we work, too.
