Customer Support is what I dislike sometimes they give very fast resolution but sometimes its very delayed.

The best part for me is the job costing and work in progress features.
It takes some dedicated work on the front end to set up; however, once that is completed the day to day is 10x easier and faster than other ERP systems I have used.

Initial setup process is a bit complex.
It hlps orginization overcome issues related to manual data entry, complex fiancial reporting, and lack of real time insights. The benefits include increased effieceny, improved accuracy, timley decision making and scalability as businesses grow.
Sage Intacct is super easy to use and very user friendly. The customer support is top notch and they are always available when you need them. We use Sage Intacct every day. This is because of their seemingly endless list of useful features. Sage Intacct was very simple to integrate into our company and it's implementation is even better.
There was a bit of a learning curve but Sage University was extremely helpful in learning how to use all of the features.
Managing all of our accounts and making sure our AP and AR are being filled out correctly and in a consistent manner with the helpful templates.

Sage is easy to use accounting Software. It is a set of Intutive and Completely completely Integrated reporting tools, works as a time saver when it is about reporting.
it does not support excel as attachment, so files needs to be converted to CSV first to get uploaded, either at the time of uploading the JE or for attachment (document proof or support) Also, all the entries use to be together not bifercated,on the basis of period
Sage is all in one Accounting tool, you dont have to have different software for Accounts payable (AP) orAccounts receivable (AR) or Record to report Jobs (RTR) all are in this software, best thing about Sage is reporting , for reporting it will reduce your deendency on excel, also a great time saver.

The most helpful about Sage is being able to get reports for a specific item I'm looking for. I use Sage Intacct very often to get reports. Also, it is helpful to have video to increase my knowledge about Sage! The integrations that Sage has helped me with all of my reports.
I do not have dislikes about Sage Intacct. If there is an issue, Sage has a great customer suppport who is able to help and help ease the process.
As a nonprofit, there is a lot of information to look at the same time. Sage Intacct has great features that help view all the requirements at the same time.

It is a bit rigid to customize as per our requirements
It solves the issue of using multiple software to maintain books of accounts and in the release of financials, it benefits us by reducing the time by providing all the required reports, financials, and details records of transactions under one platform.
Dashboards and flexability in the system has been a game changer!
There are 3 different report types in the system, although they each provide different type info and views it can get confusng to know what report type you should start with and if a dimesnion is available or not.
We were able to use platform systems to build project detailed forecasting to meet our project needs. This has automated our WIP, feeds into our dashboards and has removed a lot of excel work. We now have great historical data in our system for projections, revenue and cash.

Till now, i have not encountered any difficulties in operating Intacct.
It is helping the businesses in making financial reporting more easier. Also, offering various modules to generate invoices and share them in one shot.
It makes it easy as two levels is the top level and entity level and we can do and process all the transactions separately. It also enables the processing of all multi-currency bills as well. And for each new term, there is one tab in which we can search whatever it is. It also provides clarity regarding the progress of the firm with the help of reports.
Detailed navigation could be more straightforward and make it user-friendly at the same time. They could also elaborate on the errors that are made while creating a vendor and while downloading various reports like ap aging and vendor aging there are many dates to be added which confuse a lot. There should be option to merge a partially converted PO as well.
Sage Intacct enables me to process multi-currency bills, PO bills and it helps me to download various reports like vendor aging, AP aging reports, CC Reports at the same time It also tracks all the transactions in one place and also helps in syncing expense reports.
with the no. of reports which can be prepared, it gives an overall solution to all accounting needs and is also very easy to use

Everything is in one place, all in one system. We used to be with Quickbooks and have over 30 companies, so constantly having to switch entities and ask people to switch into multi-user mode was so annoying. We no longer have to deal with that. I can open as many windows and instances of Sage that I want or need to. It makes processing everything and digging into problems or questions so much easier and faster. There isn't a single function that we need or use that can't be handled within the Sage product.
The worst thing that we've had happen with Sage is that we had a period of time where we were so busy, we could barely think straight. During that time, there were new features rolled out in Sage that you had to enable within user roles, features that really would have helped us at the time. We've since found them and rolled them out, but it would've been nice to know them sooner.
It gives us a chance to keep all of our accounts the same so that things translate easier and better between all of our companies. Plus we can run all of our financials, bill payments, everything, all in one place. It has made us infinitely more productive.
It is so user friendly and saves us an enourmous amount of time with our multi-entity companies.
We need to have outside firm review how we use it and utilize more features.
Sage is a must with our multi-entity company. This has sovled timing issues as well as overall productivity of our entire team. We are able to collaborate and ensure our financials are accurate.
I like AP module. its interface is really good.

Its reducing my processing time
The first and foremost thing I love about intacct is it's User interface design which is very convenient and user freiendly. It is very simple and layman understandble thus implementation is easy as pie. Integrating the software with other tools such as reporting ERP SIMPL, Bill, Blackline etc. Customer support is one of best across all ERP software i have worked with. The software can be used frequently as in everyday usable software. The features offered by the intacct is not just accounting and reporting but also handling all accounting related entries in ease without reaching out for more support.
Intacct does not have any disadvantages or I did not feel like disliking any of its features cause of its ease.
Intacct offers automatic posting of recurring entries which cuts down manual work every month. Intacct helps in importing data in face paced thus cuts time in updating manually. Intacct helps in posting every bulk entries without any error thus aids in avioding systematic errors
It is more feasible to use and helpful to navigate.
Nothing much for disliking and need to update the logout time.

General legder and Cash management is very user friendlly and time effective
As a non profit user , grant/ project could be more simplified yet still not that hard to segregate all of the project by the particular period of time or length.
Sage intacct very convenient to use when reporting specific project revenue and expenses , crearting more attribute for journal entries for example income by location, grant, type etc.

It helps in creating vendors, provides us reports during reconciliations and to process multi-currency bills.
I like the functionality of the General Legder, Cash Management, Accounts Payable modules of SageInatacct. The Edit feature is awesome. I appreciate that I can edit a journal entry instead creating a new entry. The void option in Accounts Payable is also a time saver. The option to void only the check reduces the time in rekeying invoices.
Downside of edit feature is it's not available for credit card transactions. Also, creating customized reports is difficult.
Sage Intacct enables us to keep all of our day to day accounting functions in one product.

Here are my dislikes: Entity level, top level confusion.
It is helping me in record keeping and tracking.
The item that I love is the reclass feature. If I make a mistake in AP, it can easily be fixed without creating another bill or reversing things. Most ERP systems have problems doing these features without deleting line items
I guess the only thing I do not like is the vendor list is a bit hard. to maneuver. also when you want to know the full history of your vendors, you cant without changing the filters
They fixed the 1099 problem. They have added tax bandit, which allows an easy streamline to upload i should be using this feature this year.
Will a little training, the software is very straightforward. It is built on web platform and generally works very well. It integrates very easily with other platforms with little effort.
A few processes in the Accounts Payable area could be streamlined.
Our business has grown a lot since we have started with Sage Intacct. Adding new divisions is very easy.
