The cost of having the tool as part of the monthly report. I would suggest a quarterly resport to keep reporting costs within small budgets.

It is very dificult to obtain revenue and industry information for non-public and smaller companies which are vital information for strategy and planning excercises. Similarweb is a reliable source for not only these but information on web traffic and domain information is also very helpful

too much data can we confusing. we need a way to show the data we want to the users we want. We cannot add all the elements in dashboard. and considering how world is moving Similarweb needs to be more mboile focused.

Similarweb has helped me with planning and gathering insights when it comes to PPC planning where I couldnt get from Google Adwords. It gives me a bigger picture of how competitors are performing in the seach landscape.

It is not the easiest tool to navigate and it does take some time to get used to it. Sometimes you may not be able to filter for the information you need, but support is always there to helpl.

Sometimes I do not get enough data from solely using Google data alone, I wanted to know how we are comparing to our competitors and how we can improve our PPC performance. I can also show the business our findings though similarweb to help with PPC financial plannings too.

Similarweb has a very easy-to-use interface that allows me to get key information quickly. Competitor analysis is well presented. Data is easy to extract so we can make our own branded exhibits as well

I wish Similarweb would extend the time series to be a bit longer, rather than charging a lot of money for it. The bulk query download interface seems a bit rudimentary which is why I don't like using it (it's simly a Google Sheet with a macro at the moment?)

Similarweb has a very user-friendly interface that makes it easy to navigate and use. The interface is intuitive, and the information is presented in a clear and concise manner, which makes it easy to understand. I loved the the way it provides comprehensive data on website traffic, audience insights, and industry trends. It allowed me to analyze competitors in a very thorough wat. The competitor analysis feature was very useful. Customer sucess team was really helpful as well. I found it to be a valuable data as a UX Researcher.

the free version of Similarweb has limited functionality compared to the paid version. This limits the amount of data i could access, which was a drawback at times but still was super useful.

I needed a unifying criteria across different markets to use as a sampling criteria for a research process. In this instance i found it to be really helpful and to actually fulfilled very well and surpassed the objective i had with the tool.

The sheer amount of data within Similarweb is amazing - whatever I need to find it's in there. I particularly like the keyword insights it provides, levelling up keyword research for clients.

The vast amount of data makes it fiddly to format it sometimes in away that's digestible for the whole team. However the Similarweb account managers are great at providing help on this.

It's giving us better insight into our competitors, such as market share, what KW's they rank for etc. This then allows us to make sure we're filling in any gaps for our clients
