Snowflake does a lot to remove the time consuming aspects of DB adminstration and management and streamlines a lot of its functionality eliminating developer overhead.

Snowflake is one of the best data warehouse tool out there. It is super easy to use, so gone are the days of menotinous DBA tasks needing to be done. The pricing model is based on pay-for-what-you-use and is very cost efficient. You have total control over how much compute power you use, with incredible scalability. Every query can use a different size compute engine if you want! In addition, they have built in stored procedures, triggers, events, etc to make ELT easier. They also have a service called SnowPipe which allows you to easily create real-time streaming from common storage locations such as S3 and Azure Blob.
The new GUI is still difficult to get used to. It used to be much cleaner/simpler of an interface but along with more and more capabilities, you sometimes need to have more and more complex interface. With all that said however, you don't have to use the GUI. Everything you can do in the GUI can be done in any ODBC/JDBC compliant data tool you like to use.
Snowflake is the perfect tool for having a powerhouse data warehouse that is strong enough for fortune 50 companies to use, yet simple enough for anyone with minimal data warehousing experience.
Snowflake has the very user-friendly feature of maintaining track of data and tickets, and their progress can be tracked easily. The data loading and running of query languages like SQL is smooth and satisfies users.
A few times when there needs to be up-to-date chat among the users regarding the ongoing project, users need to wait for the client or others to comment, so there is a need for an interpersonal chat feature that can help the users to act immediately
Snowflake is a platform that provides excellent consistency as well as user-friendliness while setting up a process. to activate or load a data cloud or sources to the platform users do not need expertise on the same as the features are very easy to understand, which helps manage projects very efficiently.

None that I can think of, super satisfied with its technical capabilities. Price is definitely higher side for startups.

The databases are easily organized. You can search them on your own. The features allow you to keep an easy track of your projects and because of that you´re able to recicle code and separate your queries according to the project.
Sometimes when the query fails you are not told very specifically where the error is being generated. A FAQ section should be included or a section with tips to get started with SF
Working with relational databases without having to dowload them and work on them in R or Python. Thanks to snowflake I´m able to get just the data I need. It simplifies my job because some of the communications I send extract the most recent data from SF instead of hurrying to upload data.
The UI is one of my favorites. It is clean and usability is easy. For someone who uses it everyday, I have very few frustrations with it.
I wish there was an option to just left click a table and explore the data. Right now you can only input the table name into table.
It incorporates the large datasets we have from various sources, and allows us to consolidates the data to provide key reports off of and make business decisions.

Performance low when having large volumes of data in snowflake, getting warehouse timeout error while running a base more than Million plus.
Snowflake Integrates with a number of big tools including business intellignece. It helps to run a Million base querys within seconds, and infrastructure kind of cool user friendly.
