SpotDraft Pricing Reviews
Everything! Onboarding was managed well, with a friendly dedicated team who engaged in regular check-ins and supported us every step of the way. From there, our experience has gotten better. The support team engage with my teams via Slack, and responses and support are, genuinely, instantaneous. Suggestions we've made to the platform to add additional features have been actioned, and we feel like we're a real key stakeholder to Spotdraft- the relationship feels so in sync and personable, its just fantastic working with the team, especially Shriyan who has been a true credit to Spotdraft and has supported us since day 0. I'd also flag the Spotdraft pricing is truly competitive. Considering all the above, it made switching from DocuSign over to Spotdraft so easy, and makes switching back to any other provider impossible. Spotdraft are true market leaders in this space, and I can't wait to be a part of their journey.
Nothing! They are superstars! We feel we've been totally supported by the team.
Fundamentally, prior to using spotdraft our contracts were stored across multiple Drive locations and sometimes were signed. Spotdraft removes this entire risk. They're hugely valuable to an entreprenuerial company!
As someone who isn't great with change, I've been resistant about process changes that we've incurred by implementing SpotDraft. That being said, their team (particularly Charlomee) strives to make things as simple to manage as possible and offers super consistent support! There are a ton of great features, although my favorite really is at the very end when I can see something is fully complete just by glancing at a list! Additionally, it's great to see how much the company puts towards future growth and listens to the customer's ideas about ways to make the product better. It's very clear that they care about the value of their product as well as their relationship with their clients!
The user interface is very simple, however, because the product overall requires data and information to be input, sometimes it can be frustrating to have to go through multiple screens (and remember to go through multiple screens) to make sure everything needed has been captured. I wish there was a way to make the user interface a little more customizable to the user.
We had multiple team members and groups processing and saving agreements in different ways. SpotDraft has allowed us to streamline our contract library at the moment of Contract review.
SpotDraft has the best mix of functionality and reasonable pricing.
There are some features that aren't ready yet. But that is understandable with a new company.
We've been using SpotDraft for most of our contract flow and signing. It has made getting agreements out for signature much easier.
Platform: UI/UX, ease of use (especially for non-legal teams), customizability, features. Team: Reachability and responsiveness, prompt turnarounds, brainstorming and finding creative solutions.
I don't dislike anything about SpotDraft as such - just that there can be a few features that can add enormous value to the tool (in my opinion) 1. Having a mobile application (like DocuSign) 2. Having a feature for raising legal requests for the types of agreements that have not yet been templatized (like in ServiceNow) 3. Having a feature for automatically select signatories based on the value of the contracts. This will especially be very helpful for public companies like Kaleyra for their legal and financial audits.

Their customer support and weekly meetings soon after the implementation. I appreciate our POC's patience and quick turnaround on any queries that I may have. As both Spotdraft and we use Slack, communication is super quick.
They do not have an automatic way (read AI) to input metadata from executed contracts.
We wanted a one-stop shop, and we got it here, especially with their e-sign feature. Their editor is a beautiful combination of MS Word and Google Docs and hence very easy to use.
The support from the Spotdraft team. It's easy to use tool.
There should be a fee mechanism based on the use case also
The contract management lifecycle starts from zero till execution.
The team is simply fantastic and extremely responsive. The product works very well for our use case - streamlining approval collection for purchase orders. During the implementation phase, we had a dedicated customer success manager who sat with us, understood our pain points and was able to configure our platform in such a way that the time taken to close purchase orders has reduced to under a day. Additionally, all our purchase orders with various vendors are stored in the SpotDraft repository along with a quick summary which allows us to easily access and review these documents whenever necessary.
During the initial days, it felt like the product was extremely raw and we had to keep reaching out to customer support to get our issues resolved. Things have gotten a lot better now though. As I said in my previous answer, the team is very responsive to feedback.
When running a hospital, there are lot of things that need to be frequently purchased - from syringes, gloves and OT masks to more more expensive equipment such as an OCT machine for the Cathlab. Initially, the entire process of approving these purchase orders were very manual. The purchasing department will stand around outside the CEO's office or my office to get the necessary approvals & signatures so that an order can be placed. This has been completely streamlined with SpotDraft. The purchase order is generated on SpotDraft by the purchasing department and approvals are automatically requested from various people in the hospital based on the nature of the request - eg. over a specific order value will end up requiring an approval from the CEO as well as the MD. Additionally, we have had situations of the purchase order being misplaced and people spending way too much time hunting for these orders later down the line. This has also been eliminated by SpotDraft. While this was not as much of an issue earlier, we are also getting our HR documents (agreements with consultants, nurses, other staff) on SpotDraft so that we have one source of truth for everything.
I love the UI. Apart from being aesthetically pleasing, it's incredibly intuitive. Explaining how to use it to business users is always a breeze.
AI capabilities continue to be under development.
Quicker turn around times for standard template agreements, central repository for all contracts in the org.
