Nothing as of now. I am happy with the software Prajwal helped me understand and run through the software, and it is easy to use. And it will take less time to make the lengthy agreement. Feedback from my side if you can make it easy for us while uploading the agreement on the portal and filling the data in the Excel sheet.

It saves my time to make any such lengthy contract in just a few clicks and details. Also, it helps a lot to make a professional agreement on a business level. It allows you to learn how to become an expert in making agreements.

Honestly, there's not much to dislike! They are a startup and constantly improving its product and are incredibly responsive to feature requests. If they continue, I definitely see them becoming the leader in the CMS world. Unparalleled customer service + product improvements + easy UI = SUCCESS!

SpotDraft is solving a complicated SalesForce integration. They have built a custom UI for our SFDC integration and we are so excited to roll it out to the team!

SpotDraft's team has gone above and beyond in supporting our company. The platform is easy to use and organized. We receive 1:1 weekly calls with Chalormee to address questions, receive more training on using the product, or incorporate functions our team would like.

I have no genuine dislikes with SpotDraft, the platform, or the team. The team always gives support when needed; my feedback is always heard and addressed. Once you learn the process of the platform, it all becomes effortless!

We have better organization using SpotDraft. We can have multiple business users on the same platform but own their own contracts process. Storing documents relevant to our needs directly into the platform

The ease with which one can upload, work on and get the documents executed. Also, the customer support team, especially Prajval, is very helpful and prompt.

I have not had any downsides working with SpotDraft.

Documentation management and execution.

The contract management cycle and easy follow-up on the sent agreement are helpful. It has inbuilt easy tagging features on the agreement, making it easier to tag the team in the clauses if we are stuck.

The in-built contract drafting word processor has a few shortcomings, like controlling the pointer as it starts to scroll the document on its own. It needs to give some features like clause library as default inbuilt in the platform.

As with the live updates I am getting via spot draft as to where the contract is stuck and with whom, and whether they have opened the mail for signing or not, this has been a very beneficial take for getting the agreement executed in time and this also provides a transparent and auditable history of all edits made.

I like how it has become a go-to for me; I can rely on it for all the agreements I work on daily. It's also time-saving and super duper convenient. Thanks to Prajval Nagaraj for all his patients and time in helping us learn to use Spotdraft; I appreciate his availability at any given time.

Everything! Onboarding was managed well, with a friendly dedicated team who engaged in regular check-ins and supported us every step of the way. From there, our experience has gotten better. The support team engage with my teams via Slack, and responses and support are, genuinely, instantaneous. Suggestions we've made to the platform to add additional features have been actioned, and we feel like we're a real key stakeholder to Spotdraft- the relationship feels so in sync and personable, its just fantastic working with the team, especially Shriyan who has been a true credit to Spotdraft and has supported us since day 0. I'd also flag the Spotdraft pricing is truly competitive. Considering all the above, it made switching from DocuSign over to Spotdraft so easy, and makes switching back to any other provider impossible. Spotdraft are true market leaders in this space, and I can't wait to be a part of their journey.

Fundamentally, prior to using spotdraft our contracts were stored across multiple Drive locations and sometimes were signed. Spotdraft removes this entire risk. They're hugely valuable to an entreprenuerial company!
