The "do later" feature has completely freed me up to do the creative work that's most important. I was constantly making sure I wasn't missing something or getting lost in my never ending to do list. I know have the flexibility to get things done at the time they need to be completed. I have become WILDLY more productive with the time not doom scrolling to see what I still need to do.
Reading threads isn't as easy as it is in gmail. I have occasionally got lost in a thread or it expands to an amount that makes it hard to reference what is above. I think the calendar could use a smidge of development as well. As someone who looks after multiple client's calendar, it'd be helpful to have a bit of thoughtful organization there.
Freeing me up to do creative work. I now have time where my inbox isn't cluttered so that I can focus on work that moves the needle. I also do a lot of work that is time sensitive and knowing if someone has read my email or not puts me at ease and knows it's getting handled or not. I also do a lot of cold reach out to potential partners. Knowing they've opened it saves them from multiple follow ups / frees up my mind knowing they have seen it and are getting to it.
This is the first email management tool that I have ever successfully used (I've tried so many). With superhuman, I am finally on top of my email and love the gamification of inbox zero.
Sometimes there are bugs but I am quick to report them to the team and they are fast at resolving these matters.
It's getting me more on top of my email. It benefits me because I am so much more productive at work. So much of what I do is sales and pitching investors and speed of response time is critical. Before, so many messages in gmail were getting lost, I was disorganized, and so much less efficient.
Amazing Ui, easy to use, and never thought I'd pay for an email platform. Superhuman changed my mind. The AI is incredibly smart and helps me every day. Also love the iPhone app you can tell they put a lot of time into it. Customer support gets back in hours, not days!

Gmail is so cluttered and not very user friendly. I go through my email much faster. Its easier to read my emails, many gmail integration are built whcih make it faster. its just a better user experience and since Im doing email every day - its a god sent.

Once you go through the onboarding, and begin using the keyboard shortcuts, it feels amazing to finally wrangle control of email. I move through things more quickly, able to set reminders so I don't forget follow-up, send emails for later, and so much more. It's really impressive how it has changed my psychology around email. Customer onboarding and support is very helpful, personalized, and very quick response times from humans.
I still don't love interacting with my calendar through Superhuman - I always keep Outlook calendar open for calendar management. I also wish there was an executive assistant workflow available.
