I like that it is super easy to navigate, and offers many different avenues for different leads of clients. My business has really thrived since using textdrip!

It is a little expensive, but it pays for itself with each new sale from using the platform.

There is no calendar to schedule apppointments. I would like to have it all on there and not have to use another scheduling app.

The onboarding can be tedious but once learned, the app is amazing.

I am the only employee in my business so text drip is like having 10+ employees communicating with employees.

Very user friendly and easy to use, can easily implement lead data to follow up on possible oppurtunities, customer service is always prompt, i use this app daily 7 days a week, the number of features as well as being able to respond to clients through the phone app is essential, takes less than 5 seconds to integrate text drip to other lead software.

Wish I could get more credits for the same money as my line of work is a numbers game requiring exposure to lots of people

What I like about textdrip is the afforadablity for what it is. They are defiently and industry leader.

I love the user-friendly interface and gift cards for my employees.

It doesn't have an option to remove landlines and DNC on the upload like the old software I used called OnlySales. That was very nice and convenient

When it comes to eas and customer service, textdrip is one of the best. Any time i've had any issues, which have been minisucle, they help within a timely manner and want to make sure everyone is taken care of.

Setting everything up can be a little confusing but that is more of a user error and getting used to a new platform than a textdrip issue.

TextDrip has done so much for my business! I have used many other bulk/drip SMS services before and none of them even come close to textDrip! It is very easy to do everything I need to and their customer service is top-notch! All of my other CRMS are very easily integrated as well! I use TextDrip every day for my business and I will continue to use it!

There are not many downsides to TextDrip. If I had to point out one thing that dislike, it would have to be the separated view of the phone numbers. I feel like they could have done it a little better and integrated it into their system a little better.

opt out language makes people opt out before I get to help them, they also think i"m a robot. Which makes my deliverability rate terrible. If this were gone, I would like that.

running out of credits thay are good with takig small payments so I can keep the pltform running. They are quick with the webchat and solvig problems which is a huge benefit

I like that textdrip is easy to use and get set up. It is affordable compared to a lot of other texting platforms and makes it easy to get everything automated.

I do not like the opt out language that is sent with each initial text, I find this causes people to opt out a lot more than if the opt out language was not included.
