I like that textdrip is easy to use and get set up. It is affordable compared to a lot of other texting platforms and makes it easy to get everything automated.

I do not like the opt out language that is sent with each initial text, I find this causes people to opt out a lot more than if the opt out language was not included.

Textdrip is allowing me to not have to manually text prospects which helps save a lot of time to allow me to complete other tasks related to prospecting more business.

textdrip is great and easy to use. I've been using it for 2 years now and it basically does the work for me after you set up your campaigns and imports contact. recommend!

opt out language makes people opt out before I get to help them, they also think i"m a robot. Which makes my deliverability rate terrible. If this were gone, I would like that.

running out of credits thay are good with takig small payments so I can keep the pltform running. They are quick with the webchat and solvig problems which is a huge benefit

I like how it gives you so many options to organize, customize, and set up messages so you don't have to manually text as kuch

It's a little pricey and it's easy to opt out

It makes marketing and follow ups as labor free as possible

It is a great way to reach a larger amount of potential clients in one place. Plus the customer service is amazing!!

Gift certificates help alleviate costs, more messages deliver and the platform allows for easy follow-up.

The mobile app needs to be updated to add tags, and pipelines from the app. The Ringy mobile app is superior

I love how seamless the product is, along with a great Demo to show you exactly how to utilize the product to its optimum potential.

There's not much to dislike. I don't wish to share a dislike reason if I don't have one.

The problem I was having was reachong more people but with the mass texting, It makes reaching out to people so much more easier.

I enjoy the functionality and ability to utilize the variability of the program and service that Textdrip provides for my business needs!

There haven't been any dislikes that I have run into using Textdrip at this time.

I do not know where to begin Text Drip is it. Smooth operations for my business! I could not imagine using another platform to help run my business! Customer service is quick fast and extremely knowledgeable!

I have no cons to this wonderful platform! If I was being nit-picky some of the tags glitch out sometimes. The only hassle is getting everything set up. Also, some of my text get messed up.

Text drip is solving my tag problem. Also, when you are reading a long text message thread some of the messages will repeat and it is hard to keep track of where I started.

I love how intuitive the platforms and extensions are across the board.They make my daily workflow significantly more efficient and it has also helped me be a lot more organized with my communications with clients.

The only thing I don't like about the platform is that there currently is not option buy a specific amount of credits or even to refill your credits at your desired time; you must wait until you hit an autofill limit which is convenient in it's own way.

It makes organization very efficient as you can disposition your conversations with clients and keep them filed however you desire. My business results have significantly improved just on this factor alone

Textdrip is very helpful and makes running business easier! I love the extension that flawlessly adds contacts, campaigns and pipelines!

Can glitch when they are updating platform, but not often.

Better delivery for SMS

I use Textdrip daily and it has been a major asset to my business! I am more organized after using TD and it is easy to navigate.

I have not encountered anything so far that has made me dislike Textdrip.

They are adding buckets to send out messages in bulk at specific times I want.

Excellent CRM, great for follow-ups. Plenty of ways for points for beginners as well.

I don't see any cons... Requiring 40 characters here.... is ridiculous thanks.
