The cost is very attractive, and the product itself has greatly increased my business by giving automation and ease of access. Only had one issue in the 5 months I have used it and Angel was very quick and helpful to resolve it! Much better than isales!

Really do not have any complaints about it

Appointment setting, qualifying prospects. The automation allows me to spend my time doing non prospecting activities.

The ability to add a ghost drip. Also being able to set reminder texts for appointments.

I do not like that I cannot use a ghost drip on the mobile app.

1. User functionality is very adaptable. Phil Portman is constantly adapting the software for the best user experience. 2. Web messaging is much more affordable compared to the competition ($10/mo) and text messages are inexpensive ($0.01 per message) 3. You can create as many drip campaigns as you want for clients with vastly different needs 4. You can archive messages to keep a record of previous responses

1. You must archive your messages or your software will begin running slowly 2. You must set deliberate campaigns. If you send out a mass text at 5:00 pm and schedule your next drip for 8 hours later, the following text will be sent out at 1:00 am and most people don't appreciate this. 3. You must manually enter prospects into subsequent drips if they are already uploaded into your contacts. If you upload a spreadsheet of leads, duplicates not be entered into the new campaign.

TextDrip enables the user to reach out to a large volume of people automatically. I have realized that the software is much more intuitive than other CRMs or web messaging platforms at a fraction of the cost.

Nothing at all. The program works flawlessly, and I couldn't be happier with its performance the first day I set it up and got a deal from it, so what is there to complain about?

The problem that I was running into is that I'm a one-person show, so if I was on a pitch, I couldn't be working my leads. So it helps me maximize my time by working for me on the back end and getting these leads to answer.
